Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! If something really happens to the car I'll be back there for sure, and I recommend it for anything you need.

Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. Mike told me I needed to pay for this $125 "diagnostic" service that gives him a full overview of anything that needs to be fixed on the car. The diagnostic came back that I needed a new TPM sensor (tire pressure monitor). He said that he didn't have the part at the time but I could come back and he would order it for me. I left and went on my merry way. Mon AM I finally decide I need to get that sensor replaced. I called Erie and talked to the receptionist. I told her the situation and that I needed Mike to order the TPM sensor so I could get it fixed. Unsure if I needed 1 or multiple of these sensors she said to bring the car in Weds at 8am and Mike could take a look. I specifically said "do I need to leave my car or is it something he can just look at and tell me on the spot. I'd hate to have to leave my car for the day, pick it up, order the part then drop it off again to get it fixed..." She confirms that he can take a quick look and tell me on the spot. Fast forward to this morning - get there at 8am and the place is packed. I get that, everyone is dropping their cars off for the day. I patiently wait to talk to Mike, who is less than friendly at this point. He tells me to leave my keys and he'll take a look today. I let him know that I cannot do that today and his receptionist specifically told me it could be looked at without leaving my car. He says "oh, no way. I have to get a technician to look at it and put it up. You'll have to schedule time with the receptionist to come back." Truly wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world if he apologized for the receptionist providing false information and wasting time out of my day. Absolutely no apology or no care in the world for the inconvenience it caused me. There's too many auto shops in the area to deal with a place that provides conflicting information and doesn't value a customer. I'll take my biz elsewhere.

A couple of weeks ago, I met with an accident at the corner of Eerie and Ashland. Mike and his team were extremely comforting, calming, genuine and trustworthy. He not only gave me free estimates to fix my 13 year old car, but also gave me alternate options of selling the car. He also allowed me to park the car in his lot at no charge due to circumstances I presented my situation that morning. He meticulously worked with multiple other businesses to have my car sold, and gave me periodic follow ups. Within a week, I was able to sell the car with minimal to no work on my end, and all the necessary paperwork was completed by him and his team. Mike diligently worked with me and I was able to gain his trust quickly. He truly works for the customer, and listens to their needs. He gives the right advise without being a salesman, and clearly demonstrates passion and professionalism in his work. Getting your car fixed is always going to be stressful, and likely costly…read more I had my check engine light come on and made an appointment to come in. I was pretty impressed with how simple the appointment process was online. I when I arrived they got some info and told me it would be about 250 to do a diagnostic test and identify the issue. I left the Keyes and they told me they'd give me a call. After about 30 minutes they called to tell me te they needed to run a more in depth test and it would actually cost $340. Not ideal, but I get that when they go in, things might change. They sent me an email about an hour and a half later with the details of what they needed to fix. I gave them a call and they walked me through ever thing. They were frank about what needed immediate attention and what could maybe wait. I was grateful for the thorough explanation and candid feedback. They finished all the work about an hour ahead of schedule. The car is running super smooth and it seems all issues have been fully resolved. Everyone at the ship was so nice. They all had such a friendly demeanor. I hope I don't have to come back here, but if I have any car issues this will be my go-to shop.

He gives his honest opinion and all of the info you need to make your own educated decision. Prices are reasonable and fair. The staff is very knowledgeable and communicative. The service turnaround is short. I brought my car here after having ongoing cooling issues for a while. After taking it to other shops that weren't able to resolve the issue fully, EAM resolved it quickly and in one go.

I truly can't thank Ron & team enough for the work they did on my 2010 Audi A3. My car failed an…read moreemissions test and I needed to take my Audi into a shop that specialized in European cars. I showed up and Ron said to leave the car with him to run some diagnostics and he would get back to me by the end of the day with next steps. Ron did exactly as he promised and spent around 30 minutes on the phone with me going over everything he found, grouped the issues into two separate buckets based on which were most urgent, and explained the long-term impact if I chose to not address those issues. When it came down to the cost I honestly haven't met a more transparent mechanic than Ron. He gave me a clear range of what the costs could be as he needed to actually start working on the car to better assess the damage. He made sure throughout my entire experience I was OK with the costs and he would do his best to keep them as low as possible. I asked him at the beginning if it was worth putting the money into or if I should be looking at a new vehicle and he said if I was willing to put the money into it, the car would last for several more years. In total I had about 6-7 pretty serious things wrong with my car and Ron was able to address all of them in a little over a week. I wish I would have found Ron and team sooner. They are the best in the business and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their European cars.
