He's always a professional, especially on my recent appointment. He was able to remove a small metal piece from my eye with precision, efficiency, and care! I'm glad that he is one of those doctors who only prescribes medication when it's necessary. After removing the metal piece from my eye, he prescribed some drops for me only after my mother asked him if he could (for prevention). I have gone to this optometry clinic, I believe for around 15 years. I had something going on with…read moreone of my eyes. I was debating if I should go to an urgent care clinic or the eye doctor. I called here at 8am and they said they could see me at 1120am. I arrived about 5 minutes early and got checked in. Two people waiting were taken back plus another gentleman who came in after I did. It was about 30 minutes later that I asked about the wait. Someone comes out and they don't apologize, they just tell me it will be about another 10 minutes before they take me back and then it will be 30-40 minutes before the optometrist sees me. For how much more this clinic charges for eye exams compared to others, this level of care is pitiful. I took off from work to be seen so I was already losing money, I wasn't going to lose more money to wait another hour to be seen. Word of advice for the clinic. No one wants to wait for even half an hour before being seen. Making someone wait nearly 1.5 hours after their appointment was scheduled? That is absolutely outrageous, if you keep that it you can plan to losing more than just my business. I will never come back.

They ordered my glasses to THEIR specifications and NEVER confirmed with me what they were ordering. I have been wearing glasses since I was in 3rd grade! These little inexperienced people ordered me COMPUTER glasses!!! I wear my glasses ALL THE TIME! They were trying to put the blame on Dr. Kish. I told them it was THEIR error and they needed to make it right. THEY DID NOT!!! I had to pay an extra $178 to change the glasses. I told them to refund me all of what I paid for the glasses and keep them so I could go somewhere else. I was told I could not get a refund because the glasses were made special for me. I told them they were not made for me because it isn't what should have been ordered and was not known to me they were ordering computer glasses. I had friends and family who were going to go. They will see Dr. Kish, but will not get eye glasses there because of the inexperienced employees who are there now. I have been an RN twice as long as they have been alive. I was also told I was wearing my glasses wrong which was a bad comment made on that girl's part. I am very disappointed in these employees and their excuses and them blaming Dr. Kish.
