When I asked about other options I was quoted $2,400 to replace the rollers, motor, and general maintenance. My spidey senses told me to get another opinion before committing- just seemed odd. Turbo was recommended by a few friends on Facebook. Turbo came in and I didn't mention the first quote. He looked at the same things, took a little more time, and said it needed new rollers but that with maintenance, I should have another ten years with the door. With all of the new rollers, maintenance and a couple of other parts I paid under $700. And my garage door hasn't sounded this quiet in months! The third door still worked so he squeezed in through that area and was able to replace the spring right when he was there.
