He completed in a little over an hour the installation a previous tech had not completed in over 4. Jeremy and his Assistant came in today to install our dishwasher. I have never had such PROFESSIONAL care from technicians installing an appliance in our home!!!! They were quick, efficient and polite. A great experience! Jeremy came out to finish a washing machine installation that a previous company failed to complete. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was one of the most thorough contractors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After completing the installation of the washing machine, he continued to check to make sure everything was running correctly and that there were no leaks. Good thing he did too, because he discovered a small leak in my hose that he was able to fix. Once completed, he removed my old washing machine which would of been a pain if I had to do myself. I took the morning off to be home while he worked. It was a difficult installation and he needed a part, so he went to the hardware store himself to get it. It's all true. Every word of praise for Complete Installation and Jeremy is on the mark. Punctual, professional, friendly, meticulous and ready to do the job through completion the first time. He came out on Christmas eve day, at least an hour drive time each way, when he was supposed to be closed and off work to save our holiday cooking plans. We were screwed by the first installer (Premium Product Management, Sacramento) that our home warranty company sent. They took away our old oven/microwave combo and left the new one sitting on the kitchen floor after breaking the shelf the unit sits on. They promised to come back later in the day after I repaired the shelf but they did not show or call. Also failed to show the following day after their office promised someone would show up and complete the installation. Didn't happen. Within 15 minutes of receiving an email from me regarding our situation Jeremy responded and said he would be at our home between 9-11am. He showed up, completed the installation quickly, tested the unit, provided some training and was on his way. Jeremy from Complete Installation was recommended to me by our home warranty company for a built-in microwave installation. This happened around 3pm yesterday and today at 10am, the microwave was professionally installed. As a bit of background prior to Complete Installation's involvement, our warranty company agreed to replace our microwave and repeatedly told us throughout the process that if the new one required any modification to the existing space, we would have to pay for that. We were totally fine with that. So the microwave was delivered and the installers said - we can't install it. And their reason - we are basically plug and play installers. Unscrew one, put in the new one. They were unable to make any modifications which in our case meant opening the wood enclosure a bit. My unhappy call to the home warranty company resulted in a referral to Complete Installation. Jeremy immediately took the call, asked a few questions, told me what he charges and said he'd get back to me in a few minutes with an available time. 5 minutes later, he called and asked if he could come the next morning at 8:30am. He said he'd call 1/2 hour before arrival to confirm his arrival time and he did. Then the modification and installation went without a hitch. He was polite, professional, very neat, and meticulous about his work. And at the end, offered to clean up the fine wood dust which as expected from this type of work was all over - we declined to have him do this.
