From the moment they arrived, the setup was clean, organized, and clearly designed with both efficiency and animal comfort in mind. Managing one large dog can be a challenge, but grooming five very different dogs in a single visit is an entirely different level of skill. They handled each of my dogs with calm confidence, adjusting their approach based on each personality and breed, which immediately put everyone at ease. My Dalmatians came out spotless and gleaming, with their coats looking absolutely crisp and refreshed. My Great Dane who is usually a bit intimidating for new groomers and fearful of new people was treated with such gentle care that he actually seemed relaxed the entire time. Even my stubborn Bull Terrier, who is not easily won over, responded really well and looked fantastic afterward. By the end, I had five happy, clean dogs and a home that didn't turn into a mess thanks to the mobile setup. It was convenient, stress-free, and honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. It went from $120 to ALMOST (all caps since I am being told $187 is not $200) $200. Luckily we have found a new groomer near us for $80! I loved this grooming service but not having a consistent fee schedule is too shady for us now. What made it worse was my neighbors dog weighs more than ours and they paid $140. That's when enough was enough for us and them too. As well as our other neighbors!

He runs into the building and immediately runs to the back with one of your great staff members ready to play. He comes home exhausted with a smile in his face :) Side note, we enjoy watching the cameras through out the day that are available to access via the website while we're working and seeing all the dogs have fun. Boarding: We only boarded him once for a week, but he enjoyed it so much when we picked him up he didn't even show that he missed us. We even think he wanted to stay another week. Groomer: Thank you Shannon for the great job you do with our double coated fur baby. We know it's ruf having that much fur, but he always comes back to us looking handsome and smelling great once you've done your magic. The owner of the building does not really care for your pets and only want your $$$ because if they did care, your pets wouldn't be sleeping with pests nor eating them!! They also wouldn't be getting wet when it rains due to the ceiling caving in
