We started out great with the groomers and service. But every couple of months the price just skyrocketed. Our dog weighs 22lbs and we were being charged for a 40lb dog. It went from $120 to ALMOST (all caps since I am being told $187 is not $200) $200. Luckily we have found a new groomer near us for $80! I loved this grooming service but not having a consistent fee schedule is too shady for us now. What made it worse was my neighbors dog weighs more than ours and they paid $140. I couldn't be more impressed with the mobile grooming service that came out to care for my five dogs, a mix of Dalmatians, a Great Dane, and a Bull Terrier and handled everything with incredible professionalism and patience. From the moment they arrived, the setup was clean, organized, and clearly designed with both efficiency and animal comfort in mind. Managing one large dog can be a challenge, but grooming five very different dogs in a single visit is an entirely different level of skill. They handled each of my dogs with calm confidence, adjusting their approach based on each personality and breed, which immediately put everyone at ease. My Dalmatians came out spotless and gleaming, with their coats looking absolutely crisp and refreshed. My Great Dane who is usually a bit intimidating for new groomers and fearful of new people was treated with such gentle care that he actually seemed relaxed the entire time. Even my stubborn Bull Terrier, who is not easily won over, responded really well and looked fantastic afterward. NO Haircuts! What kind of groomer doesn't cut hair? BS! You shouldn't advertise that you do grooming then. I didn't use your service, because you told me you couldn't do haircuts, only the stupid overcharged frufru garbage. So no, this isn't a false claim. This is a new concept for me. I'm used to the traditional bring your fur baby to the groomer, then pick them up when they're ready. Little did I know that mobile pet grooming services exist out there! Zoomin Groomin was very professional and pleasant to work with. They promptly responded to my emails and called me back when I left a voicemail. It was easy to schedule an appointment on the phone. Just FYI, they get booked out pretty quickly, so it would be best to schedule ahead of time to get your ideal time slot. On the day of the appointment, our groomer (Natalie) parked right in front of our house. We had two fur babies that were in desperate need of a bath. Natalie spent about one hour on each boy. They were so happy after getting their bath, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping. After the service, they were adorned with a cute bow tie and bandana. I was a little worried since this was their first grooming experience. We usually just bathe them at home. Natalie did such a great job putting both fur babies at ease. Zoomin Groomin gave our resue dachshund his very first bath and haircut yesterday. He was left in a run for the first year of his life with little human contact. Needless to say, he is very skittish around humans! Jordan handled him beautifully, even though the sound of the dryer terrified him.
