I started seeing Dr. Hayes a few weeks ago when I began having numbness is my hand due to a pinched nerve. I really like the atmosphere in the office. Although I haven't spoken with the other doctors, I've observed their rapport with their patients and it's very pleasant. They seem thoughtful, engaged, and genuinely concerned about the their health and well-being. I think I landed in a great spot. I've thoroughly enjoyed being treated by Dr. Hayes. I went to Dr. Hayes 3 times, I am pregnant and had to remind him every single time that I couldn't do the electrical stem therapy so he'd leave me in the room with the heating pad that was way too hot, told me if it was too hot I should take it off so I just sat there while he ran the clock out or went to the gas station. The conversations he would have with me were strange and unprofessional. It was very uncomfortable. Had to remind him to put his mask on since I wasn't wearing mine while he was working on me. The work itself was okay which is why I kept coming back and just tried to not engage him in depth conversation. There are several doctors in the practice but no front reception so don't expect to be greeted. When I came in for my most recent appointment I sat there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone, I was about to leave when Dr. Hayes finally emerged and told me I should have come 15 minutes late since I don't like stem or heat. I was never told this and told him he should have relayed that to me instead of having me just wait around with no acknowledgement. He spewed some nonsense about how busy he is and said maybe we should cancel or I should even just find another chiropractor. To avoid confrontation I just walked out and cancelled all upcoming appointments. I think the real reason for his rudeness is that tried billing my insurance for other billing codes and was denied. I wasn't a cash cow for him so he did not want to invest in my care. It was the worst experience I've ever had. read more

Dr. Eberhart and Dr. Hayes are exceptional at what they do. I have worked with them both and received my first adjustment 2 weeks ago. I was nervous for my first adjustment, but was completely satisfied with my visit and felt great afterward. My fiance has had back issues for years and has recently moved to OC from SD. He had to find a new Chiropractor and I, of course, suggested Complete Spine & Wellness. He has received 4 treatments in the past week, as he was experiencing severe lower back pain. I've been living with Sciatic Nerve pinch on my back that runs down my left leg for 2 yrs. already. It comes and go every 2/3 months. I'm been to one Chiropractor in Garden Grove. After that experienced I thought all Chiropractors is a joke, seriously I didn't believe in them. My pain kept coming and going I got to the point where I couldn't live my life like this any more. I was thinking of having surgery when my friend told me about this place. She swear Dr. Hayes got rid of her back pain. I was so convinced so I gave him a tried. I am professional athlete and injured my neck and shoulder. I saw my orthopedic doctor and he recommended neck surgery. I told him I want to try an alternative option. He referred me to Dr. Mary. Said this is the only place he will send. Said if she can't fix you then come back. I saw her and liked her approach to treatment. She was a former top athlete so I felt very comfortable that she knew my condition and what to do with it. After a course of treatment of massage, chiropractic, Acupuncture she put me on the DRX spinal decompression. After two months I had no shooting pain in my neck and full ROM in my shoulder. I have no pain at this point. She just started me on Pilates for my PT. Ramona is awesome! Just had my follow up with the ortho. He did another MRI and there is no visible disc herniation. My right hip was giving me a problem so I cam in to get some help. After about 5-6 visits, the pain in my hip has improved from bad to really good (almost gone). So lucky to have found Dr. Eberhart and her practice at the perfect time in my life. I had just found out that I had a ruptured L5S1 disc at .8 mm. I had a drop foot and severe sciatica.  Orthopedic surgeon told me I absolutely had to have surgery immediately. Terrified of the idea of surgery I began looking for more information/alternatives. It was during this time that I found Mary. She is very professional and informative well as a great listener with the utmost care for your circumstance and needs. She initially encouraged the surgery, but I was terrified of it and just wasnt ready. She then began to ease me into therapies as I was able and appropriate. Physical therapy, chriporactic, massage, and finally the use of spinal decompression on the DRX 9000. The first time I went on the DRX machine, I "got a toe back." (From numbness) Second time on? I got my second toe back and this continued!  Then 6 months later I had a 2nd MRI and my DRX therapy had decreased my herniated disc from .8mm to .4 mm!! I went to a follow up appointment with a 2nd orthopedic surgeon and he couldn't believe where I was at and said, keep doing whatever you are doing. This is now at least 5 years ago. I've continued to see Mary about 1x a month as maintenance  and take common sense steps to take care of myself in the meantime. And since then? I've learned to trust myself again and increase my confidence to resume fun things in my life. I've travelled to Vietnam, Ireland, and New Zealand. I've gotten back the fun in my life and have done zorbing, zip lining, horse back riding, white water rafting, and cave tubing just to name a few. #Greatful read more

I have been going to see Dr. Vincent Hayes for years first for a neck injury and now to just have adjustments for my family and I to keep our bodies in good health. I regularly recommend him to my friends when they are hurt, I am that confident in his abilities. He is professional and knowledgable and I can't thank him enough for all his help. He knows what he is talking about and he will explain it to you, he spends time with you, he relates to you and he is so sympathetic. So this review has been long time coming ohh opps I forgot Julie P= sweetheart professional amazing and all above these ladies know how to have fun while taking care of there client's. So me and my girlfriend Amanda Manion have been coming here for a few months, and never not one time have these ladies not provided the most amazing superb assistance and help. My girlfriend has been suffering from bad head aches and sever back pain for most of her life sustained from a injury from her child hood. We started coming here a few months ago with just basic expectations of , ohh well here is what we can do and then we will recommend surgery. Boy was I wrong from the beginning we were treated like family by Julie P, Sorry if I misspelled your name. Then we met Dr, Eberhart and she provided Amanda with a consultation and the treatment started then after a few visits we were introduced to Romana for Pillaties and all I have to say is wow we are beyond thankfull for this facility and the amazing pro's that work here. Since the procedures my girl friends headaches have pretty much stopped she is so much happier with here abilities to go thru the day and not have to lay in bed with sever headaches. Every time we come in here its clean the vibe is awesome and while my girlfriend is getting here treatment I have taken a few naps that have helped me too, lol. So if you are in need of a amazing caring chiropractor that knows what there doing and cares and knows how to have fun and a over all pleasant vibe this is the place.
