The showroom in the store is poorly lit and unorganized, which makes shopping and comparing floors difficult. They do have a large selection to choose from and we love the look our new laminate floor. The customer service, however, was horrible! We were scheduled for an installation over a Saturday and Sunday because we were told it would be a two day job and we made it clear that weekdays are out of the question due to our schedules. I found out on the Saturday of the installation that the installers don't work on Sundays. They apparently thought they were going to stay at my house from 9am to 9pm to do the whole job without discussing it with us first. I finally had to kick them out at 7pm so we could have dinner and feed our dogs. This meant that the installers left without finishing the work and with no scheduled time to come back. I contacted Ramon at the store and, at first, he sounded like he couldn't believe what had happened and said he would look into it and call me back. He didn't call me back, I had to call him back and he still didn't have an answer for when the job would be completed, but he said he would call the next day. Again, he didn't call, I had to call him. This time he tried to tell me that he had already scheduled a time for the job to be completed with me, but that had never happened. I also complained to him and a manager that we were now having two weekends interrupted all because Ramon promised us a job would be completed on the installers day off, but both seemed to feel that our being inconvenienced was not a problem. I asked Ramon what he was going to do to make things right and he essentially said he was going to do nothing. He said he scheduled the installer to come back and finish the job that we had already paid for and that should be enough. They also owe us a refund of almost $200 for work that they charged us for, but we had completed ourselves. Now they want us to take more time out of our schedules to drive back to the store and sign something else for the refund and is been a week since i discussed with Ramon the fact that they owe us money and I'm baht finding out about the signature today. They have absolutely no consideration for their customers time and I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone else. read more

Purchased our laminate flooring here on the recommendation of a trusted (and frugal) friend who knows her stuff. We were happy with Jim's help and expertise in selecting the right product, and with their recommendation on an installer. It's been 4 years and the floor is still in perfect condition (despite kids and dogs and high heels and not taking care of it as well as we should). My BF & I bought our 1st house & found this gem by accident. They were all very professional & helpful for us "property virgins." They have a huge showroom with everything you need for your floors. Even though I didn't need to, They will special order for you. They only had 1/2 our order in stock, but obtained the rest in a timely manner. Their prices are fair & very competitive, so give them a look 1st! We will definitely be back for when we are ready to upgrade to tile. Good job guys! read more

Needed to carpet our whole house, so I shopped around A LOT. Checked out Nielson Bros, Home Depot, Costco, and Millers Interiors Carpet One, and Completely Floored. Basically you don't get what you don't pay for in carpet, and trying to compare the different grades/brands of carpet from one vendor to another is frustrating to say the least. We ended up going with Completely Floored because they were competitively priced, and had great customer service. Carpet One might have been a contender, but their lack-luster customer service (not returning calls) left us cold. Now that the carpet & vinyl have been installed for several weeks, we are very pleased. Karen kept us informed and helped guide us to some great products. We used Dan Floors to install the products & they were great too. 5 stars all the way. read more

Installation service is a nightmare I wish that I could place two separate reviews, one for the store and one for installation. I wish I could give the store 5 stars because of Jim Nemmer's great service. He is helpful and informative. A great guy! My issues are with the installation. They contract out for installs on prefinished flooring. The flooring I purchased is beautiful espresso acacia wood in a Matte finish. The installer KEVIN ruined all the bullnoses. Everywhere he nailed, the filler he used left a smudge stain. He came to the house twice and could not remove the smudges. We told him that he would need to buy us 13 new ones if he couldn't fix it. He immediately got defensive. He then stated that he would bring out an expert to look at it. I thought he was the flooring pro? The next morning we get an email from KEVIN stating that we are knit-picking and that he would not be back. After contacting the manufacturer and Wood filler manufacturer, they said they couldn't speak of the installation but the product he stated he used, if done correctly, would not leave any staining. My husband went to talk to Jim Nemmer, and he right away he called Don Payne, the installation manager. Don came to the house to fix all of Kevin's sloppy work. It doesn't live up to our expectations, but its satisfactory. If you buy flooring here, don't have Kevin install it!!! read more

Did not have a great experience with this place! They contract out their installation work, and when the installers showed up they didn't have the correct number of rooms to install the carpet in. Then I called the completely floored sales rep who then admitted that he and I had the same number of rooms per the initial quote and then called and corrected the installer (who never called me back) throughout this miscommunication. Then after I shared my disappointment over the frustrating situation that my husband and I had to go through, the completely floored rep acted like he did me a favor by getting all the rooms installed. Basically as to say "look were making it work and your getting all the right rooms completed" He took no ownership and shared no apology for the situation! Extremely disappointed in this store. All was well until the carpet was installed and they put numerous seams in a very prominent walkway that are extremely obvious. After getting the runaround numerous times we eventually had a carpet inspector come out to take a look and he agreed that they were visible but excused the fact that it was the light coming in from the window that was making them look so obvious. We were told we are out of luck and that there is nothing that can be done because the warranty is after 30 days. That is because they gave us such the runaround afterwards that we went past our warranty. The store owner refuses to make things right and will not install a different carpet. Very disappointed with this company. Go somewhere else! read more

The only reason they're even getting two stars is because the quality of the carpet we received. The customer service was okay when we went in, we received samples and were told they were all in stock as we explained we needed it quickly. When we went to order the one we had chosen it was not in stock, which was later explained that was sold earlier in the day. We were then informed it would be a week or so until it arrived. The day before it was supposed to be in, we received a call that it would be an additional week. We were unable to move into our house until the carpet arrived, I was extremely frustrated. When the carpet finally came in, we went to pick it up and the owner, Ramon, who had helped us previously, wouldn't even come speak to us, or shake our hand and apologized, just waved across the way stating the carpet was here. Super disappointed as they came highly recommended. Thank goodness we didn't depend on them to install also. read more

Price was reasonable, material quality was good, but the service was terrible. We purchased carpet and hardwood laminate and paid extra to have furniture moved. We specifically asked if that would cover a variety of items (including our food storage) and Amy told us yes. The invoice covered it and we thought, great! At our age (60's) we simply aren't up to doing alot of moving of items. Amy said four guys would show up: two to lay the carpet and hardwood, and two to move all the furniture and items. But only two guys showed up. That's when we learned that Completely Floored outsources the installation to independent contractors. And we found ourselves moving most of the furniture and items despite having paid for that service. It we had known, we could have hired other people to move everything at less cost. Very disappointing, and very frustrating. So if you use Completely Floored, make sure you realize that what Amy says and what you are spending may not cover exactly what you expected ... and that they are rather cavalier in their attitude about having oversold the service. read more

Completely Floored has above and beyond customer service! My tile project was due to start, and when I got my tile, the grout I already had was all wrong. I wanted a specialty urethane grout that not everyone carries. It is an excellent product that is in use in my home now, so I really wanted to be sure to get it. I called Completely Floored in a bit of a panic. Paige was wonderful! She verified that she could indeed get the color grout I wanted, and, amazingly, in time for my tile guy! Yay! She arranged everything, even down to accommodating my work schedule. I was not able to pick the grout up on a weekday as their hours are the same as my work hours. I'd been out sick, so had no time leeway at all. Paige called me to tell me that one of the guys had offered up to go and pick it up and bring it to their store so that I could get it Saturday. Wow! This kind of stellar service rarely occurs anymore. I was thrilled with my experience overall, and will recommend them far and wide. read more

be very careful when dealing with this store and do not be fooled with their friendliness and charm in the begining, check and double check the product before you pay them and actually read everything they have you sign. the carpet i ended up with had 2 long lines in one section where the color was partially bleached and noticeably lighter. in a different area of the same room with the bleached marks i found a half inch hole in the carpet with the threads showing. later i called them 5 or 6 times and initially they reminded me that i had signed a paper agreeing to get the carpet as is and later on they kept on saying the same thing every time: "we are working on a solution for you". also do not use their installers: i was amazed how sloppy they were-on 3 different places they had smeared the green vinyl glue on my freshly painted walls. and in a few areas the carpet they installed barely seemed to touch the baseboard mouldings and appeared to ne unraveling . read more

This Husband, Wife and Son team who own this business are professional, thoughtful, friendly, and just great to work with.We had laminate flooring done in our kitchen, kitchen dining area, family room and formal dining room and it looks beautiful. The laminate that I remember from years past looked terrible, but this looks like wood, is very durable and so easy to clean. We do most of our living in these rooms, so for us laminate is the only way to go. I love it and love the way Completely Floored dealt with us. You won't go wrong with them. read more

Although I am a small customer, they make time for me and have helped me each time with selections and combinations. I did a thorough comparison with Lowe's on our current project and Completely Floored's installation costs were lower. Waited a month and a half to get an estimate on redoing the stairs. Called to find out what is going on. Didn't have a clue who I was and then stated a cleaning crew came in and threw away his notes. I doubt the owners will read this, because I truly don't think they care. However, this place has presented to me some of the worst service I've ever encountered. We came in last year asking for something specific, rep said "I'll call you this week." They didn't. We chalked it up to a fluke, surely their service is better than this?! A year later we came back in for something else. Once again, "we'll look for that and call you in a couple days." No call. So I called and left a message. A nice woman called me back and apologized, said she would get on that. A guy calls me and says he'll look for what I want and "call me by the end of the day." No call, end of day let alone ever! So this time I call and say I want to speak to the owner. Someone takes a message, says they'll pass it along. Guess what? Yeah, no call! Okay, I guess you guys don't need my business. Too bad, I've tried super hard to keep my dollars in my community. I guess I need to head to Seattle, Woodinville or Burlington to get what I want. In this case, just the courtesy of the smallest amount of decent service. read more

I'm so happy we found this place!! The prices are great! The customer service is awesome! My kids even enjoyed coming! Although that's probably because they have a bowl of candy that the kids gravitate to & adorable friendly dogs lounging around, but who cares. It's not an uptight retailer that you hate bringing the kids to. We were able to purchase beautiful laminate at a great price & installed it ourselves. With the savings there, we were able to buy high quality carpet remnant & pad for our stairs & had it installed all for around $350. If you've looked into having someone carpet your stairs, you know the labor is pricey. I had someone on craigslist tell me he charges $25 per stair & that didn't include the materials! I have 12 stairs, so that would have been $300 there in labor alone. For $50 more I was able to get it all!! BTW Bobby Upton did the install & he did a great job! Very professional.
