I heard good things about ICU Computer Services so I contacted Bob to give repair one more try, but I also wanted a  recommendation on a replacement unit, and to find out the cost to have him move all of my data from the old to the new. I had it in another shop just a month prior and it was still so slow and inefficient it just drove me crazy waiting for something to open. Never got any call about my laptop being finished that day . Sunday they were closed. And today still no call so I went myself to retrieve my laptop. Hinge is literally completely broken, and they ( Derrick and Patty) expect me to still pay almost another $100 for them to fix what THEY broke. Not sure if they get bored there from not doing their jobs and start throwing the laptops around or as head rests while they're clearly not doing anything . I work in the service industry and understand how customers can be tedious so I have patience for workers but when the communication skills are terrible, service SUCKS, and no one wants to do their job, there are other companies that can take my money.

He said he wanted to just double check the computer to see if that's really the problem and the other company was wrong. All i needed was a new graphics card and to reinstall windows. since money was tight for me and could afford a graphics card at the time, he tried some tricks to get it working and it worked!
