Honestly, if you are reading this and need your pc fixed, I wouldn't even hesitate to call and ask any questions. Enrique is honest and quick with his work. I built my own computer for the first time and needed my motherboard bios updated to be able to use my ryzen, engine processor. I called Phoenix CPU Repair, after hours on Saturday. I left a message and received a call from Enrique within a few minutes. I explained to him that Windows 10 automatically downloaded the software and I was unable to login. We agreed to meet on Sunday so he can recover Windows 7. After looking at my tower, he found out my motherboard was bad and I had to get a new tower. My computer was about 7-years old and I knew the day would come when I had to bite the bullet and get a new one. Enrique set-up my new computer, added all the software needed and got it done all in the same day! He also fixed my boyfriends problematic computer at the same time!!!
