The directions and instructions HP offers give multiple approaches and app installations, all of which failed to successfully install the pdf scan option for Searchable PDF. Greg from Kevin's Computer Service came over to look into it and set up everything on two of my computers. He came on time and had both of them going in about an hour. We were very happy with the service and the on-site visit, so to be extra safe, we also scheduled a remote support scan on both computers for virus & malware detection even though we use both the consumer versions of Malwarebytes and McAfee. The remote support was excellent and went very smoothly.

Unfortunately one of the parts wasn't working properly when it came in, but that was not due to anything Daniel did,but was the fault of the place the part came from.
