Heather, who has been affiliated with Rubin Properties for many years and is now the owner and operator of the business, is amazingly responsive to our needs and has a wealth of knowledge and trusted contacts to service our HOA. We are a very small building and even so, everyone at Rubin treats us like their most valued client. As a board member, I have had many opportunities to interact with Heather and her team, and their efficiency and concern impress me greatly. Emails are answered promptly and action taken immediately when something needs to be done. Heather has saved us thousands on insurance premiums and has just the right contractor to handle even minor nuisance repairs promptly and at a very fair price. I am currently selling my unit and Heather has been super helpful with providing my escrow company with documents to speed the process. I do not get return emails, phone calls, nothing from Heather Miller. She owns this company and is a horrible owner, and property manager. Extremely unprofessional. She refuses to address any concerns in a timely manner, and when she does, she is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't use this company. They break the law, and do not treat the homeowners legally and respectfully. I have been forced to use the visitors side to access my community and get to my home for 5 months. Because they decided not to purchase the transponders due to wanting to change the security company. Who does this to residents/home owners. Who makes decisions to inconvenience residents this way. I have never seen such incompentence for the last 18 years. They haven't been the management company for a year. And they have brought nothing but chaos and confusion. I wish Ross Morgan was still managing. At least they were ethical and did everything by the law. Rubin Properties is unethical and lawless. It looks like I will have to hire an attorney to get what rightfully belongs to me as a homeowner. Disgusting. read more

This company, Rubin Properties, is a power hungry HOAs best friend. They are more than pleased to screw over the homeowners to make a buck. I don't see how they can sleep at night being the dishonest bullies that they are. As your condo complex deteriorates and your dues skyrocket, you will hear them laughing because they get paid no matter what happens to homeowners. I have seen some despicable leeches in my time, but the people I have dealt here with are just plain EVIL and devoid of ethics or morals. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part--and having communicated clearly that I am dealing with medical challenges--my concerns have not been addressed in a timely or considerate manner. Recently Comuneo has come and taken over running our community. they are extremely hard to get ahold of, do not respond to emails nor answer phone calls. You have to call about 3-4 times to get a call back. They make paying HOA fees extremely difficult. It's extremely unfortunate. read more
