He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.

I watched him run it over and leave all the plastic bits in the lawn.3.)There were some dead bunches of leaves by the curb by my lawn that when he was done he blew them under some bushes between mine and my neighbors house.Half of the debree that he did manage to blow off my lawn ended up half way across the street in front of my neighbor's house. Recently I needed a new pump for my pondless waterfall. It would have been easy for them to sell me a more expensive pump which also would have required a charge for a 2nd service call. Without me asking, they tested my system and determined a less expensive pump they had with them would work just as well for my needs. I've had the opposite experience (try to charge me as much as possible) with a competitor that shall remain nameless. Highly recommended.
