I didn't know that if you were a client it was completely unacceptable to politely let your lash lady know that the previous set of lashes had come off. Never do this or apparently they block you from ever booking again and block you on every other outlet... what the what?!? Yesterday I went in for my routine fill- this only being my second time ever at this salon I thought I should let her know that the classic set she did came off within a week- i mean- that's my job right? As a client ? To let them know if something had happened? She immediately told me she saw my pictures on Facebook from a family photo session and told me that it was because I wore eyeliner? Ummm what? I've had lashes for almost 10 years and switched to her because she convinced me she had better service and better product. She told me she was going to give me a free volume set- i told her that wasn't necessary and I would gladly pay for whatever a fill cost because that's why I was there and I wanted to remain a client for years to come. I don't like moving around... Well after my appointment she told me she had refunded me my deposit and told me i was done "happy Halloween " she said snarkily as I was about to leave. I brushed it off and asked again if there was any way I could pay her for the fill she said no, and when i mentioned coming back for a 2 week fill she said "ummm i don't know your eyelash regimen...." i was so shocked i didn't even know what to say.... so I said oh okay well I'll book online when i get home. I get home to find out she has blocked me from booking on her online services and has also blocked me from FB. What the actual f.... Why do people think it's okay to treat others this way?
