Honestly, the doctors and the staff make this place exactly what it is. A great experience. The level of care given it is facility is above standard and the type of care makes you want to come back. With that being said here a couple things on why it got two stars. Thing number one space if this place were any slower, running the operations getting you in and out some people would probably die here. Luckily it doesn't seem to be many emergency cases or any showing up to this place. I came in a walk-in on a Monday and waited seven hours, I came in on a walk-in on a Wednesday and waited 5 hours. I came in during several scheduled appointments and even waited upwards of 4 hours. I can understand the long waiting times when youre a walk-in but when i have an appointment it would be nice for them to, keep your appointment times. Secondly, the TV, which is supposed to be entertaining is sometimes too loud, obnoxious, and just overall bad reception most times. Maybe putting it on a music station with the light music background would help not necessarily elevator music, but that would be better than what they have going on. I think the only reason I keep coming here is because the staff is so courteous and they take care of you very well. If I could've went to another location or place I would have but the great staff is the only reason I stay been here for a year and I can't complain about the staff how cordial they are and how well they take care of you. The quality of care is horrible, with unprofessional staff during check-in, lengthy lines extending out the door and around the corner. The staff appear disengaged, and there are significant delays in calling patients to the back, resulting in a very unsatisfactory experience. Many individuals departed prematurely, but I was compelled to remain to obtain necessary information for my job, and I feel that they take advantage of this circumstance. I waited for 5 hours to be seen . When I came early at 7 am and was 5th person in line. Negative 10 stars . Management definitely needs to look into this clinic and see what they can do to improve quality care for the people! No one should endure this! read more

The type of care is work related, like workman's comp or physical. The quality is not very high. The nurse practitioner had Oder coming off of her and was very rude. The office experience was very chaotic and hectic I have been here for 2 and a half hours just to get a TB test and physical. They do not make online appointments and do not take appointments in order. This place does not have good communication with each other. They wanted to give me a test that my employer didn't even order. I had to show them my paperwork just to make them understand. The hippa law here is in question due to them discussing a patents injury right in front of me as I'm waiting for my discharge paperwork. I arrived on Monday at 9:20 am. They open at 8 but thought a workmen's comp place would be too busy after the weekend. I was 13th in line and just inside the door. About another dozen were sitting in the lobby waiting or filling paperwork. By the time I got to the counter most seats were full. The employee was decent if not completely nice but busy Mondays do that to a person. My employer had fubar'd the request so I needed to complete the registration again. I don't like giving anyone everything needed to steal my identity but their paperwork had everything but my mother's maiden name. FML. The BIG problem with their paperwork is signing away my HIPAA rights. You sign that they can share anything with your employer or prospective employer that they find out including notes from therapy!! I've never been to therapy but if I had I'd think it's no one's business and certainly not an employer's. I don't see how there isn't a legal opt out there. I had no exposure so it didn't matter but if I'd had an STD, mental illness, a hang nail that got infected and they knew about it they could and would divulge it. I should've declined and maybe they had paperwork that could be completed vs the link that doesn't allow for any field to be incomplete but again no exposure. I have to wonder though if I'm sent to them for a workplace injury just how much they share with an employer years from now. The waiver of rights had no expiration date! As far as what had me thinking I'd be there all day well I brought a charger and cords for my phone and AirPods, thought about bringing food and snacks along with an onion and garlic sandwich in case it went really long. Don't have a crying baby to change a soiled diaper to encourage doctors to adhere to their schedule!! But I was inside the door at 9:24 and out by 9:57!!! The MA or CNA that does the urine screen is as efficient as can be. She takes you into a small exam room, barks commands and instructions and honestly if I thought I had anything in my urine she'd have made me feel guilty and drop to my knees pleading for her to fill the cup for me. Fortunately I don't do anything I shouldn't and didn't have to worry about it. People have said no appointments and that's true for testing apparently but returning patients clearly have appointments and can skip the line and go sign in much to the chagrin of the woman in front of me with her leg going in the wrong direction. I'll chalk her attitude up to pain. Not a bad place but very busy. And of course the screen came back clean and all is right with the world. 4 stars due to the HIPAA BS! read more

I mean come on...I am still in my car writing this review. That's terrible... if I could give a negative thousand (-1000) I would. Very poor care. This is non one to update you on the time etc... When I spoke to the girl drawing my blood I let her know about what happened and she said she knew exactly what I was talking about and what the issue was. Worst experience ever. Waited since 8:45am for a physical, tb & drug test and wasn't roomed until 11:45. The physical was literally a joke, had me do 1 squat, touch my toes and trunk twists. Whoever the provider was that saw has HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE people interaction skills. She didn't even verify who I was and what I was going for. I also didn't even know her name. She looked like she had rolled out of bed, crocs (no socks - IN A MEDICAL FACILITY IS GROSS. Think about bodily fluids or chemical spills. NOT medically hygienic at all) and what looked like flower PJs. If the MA's and RRT are made wear scrubs or professional work attire, this should also be considered for the providers. The "check out" process is so unnecessary as well, because 1. The chart isn't even complete. 2. All the girl does is flirt with the male patients and doesn't even tell you what she's really doing to "check out." Totally informed my recruiter to avoid sending us here. read more

Wait time is terrible. Short staffed. I came in the morning at 7:50 before they opened, already a line of people, they told me I could come back at 10:30 or wait. I told them ill come back. I called to schedule to a future time like at 1:00pm. They said they that I couldn't and if i didn't come at 10:30 they would not see me today. So i came in at 10:30 like they said. Had to wait for over an hour and a half in the waiting room. I was told i was the next one and they called more than 10 people before me. The staff were not friendly. I DO NOT BLAME THE STAFF OF THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS. They are overwhelmed and obviously understaffed. I BLAME MANAGEMENT for the way it runs this place and the policies it has. It's gotta suck to work there. On the other hand the medical assistant was very nice and polite. Quoted a 4-5 hour wait time. This wait time alone is concerning even for occupational medicine clinics. But I understand, it's busy. I politely asked if I could return to work for a couple of hours and then come back. They quickly told me no and, that they would take me off the list if I left. Why? They said it's give and take. That It could be earlier. I said ok I'll be back in two hours. They still said no. Are you this insecure about your quote times? Then why give them. My employer is paying me for my time. HORRIBLE WAIT TIME! Got sent here for a work injury. I've had two visits so far. The initial check in was smooth and I was greeted very kindly by front desk. After being called back, the nurse was kind as well. Finally after a 50 min wait, dr came in and was informative. Unfortunately my paperwork had my name misspelled And my age incorrect so I had to wait an additional 20 mins just for a typo fix. My check in visit was horrible compared to the first visit. I waited for 1 hr only to be seen by a very rude doctor (different from the first!) he walked in being very impatient, as if he had been waiting on me or something, and then continued to cut me off when I'd respond to his question and then began talking down to me when I informed him I couldn't cramp 6 sessions of physical therapy in ONE week. I needed a medical exam for my new job. I had an appointment and was told it was gonna be a 3 hour wait. I called my scheduler to double check I had an appointment because 3 hours is a long time for an appointment. I was told that the clinic should have my kit for my drug screening and vitals ready. Even my scheduler called them about it and when asked about my kit Concentra said they couldn't find it even though my scheduler verified that Fedex had delivered it and someone signed for it. I never post any reviews especially negative ones but I absolutely felt this one was necessary. I am here because of a workers Comp injury. I hurt my back on 10/1/2020 and started getting all of my visits through Telemedicine concentra Via Virtual visits. It's suppose to be the same thing as coming to a physical location except your check in is virtual with the doctor where they diagnose you and refer you to physical therapy, acupuncture, surgery, etc. Well after about three weeks of physical therapy (prescribed by the virtual doctor) I am not seeing any improvement so the doctor put in a request for me to get an X ray done to see what's going on. So she sent me to this location but to my surprise the front desk is telling me they don't have any of my info, and need to treat me as a "new patient" . EVEN after providing them the paper work from the doctor! They basically discredit the other doctor and said in order for us to get you X days OUR doctor needs to check you out and see if he DETERMINES you need X-ray. So the last 3 weeks have been a complete waste of time and I'm having to restart the whole process all over again just to get admitted, hoping the doctor can see me today( I was rescheduled yesterday)... and today they are "backed up and are trying to catch up even tho I made an appointment at 11 am. Stay away from virtual visits, stay away from Concentra. There is a huge gap in communication and will have you going around in circles. read more
