Kaiser on Ming Ave didn't have any soon appointments, so they said the only urgent care other than Kaiser on Stockdale I could take her to is Priority Urgent Care. I thought this one was the closest to me. There is parking in the front and in the back of the building, and I guess I parked in the back because we had to walk to the other side to enter. There were signs, thank goodness. I didn't make an appointment, but when we walked in, the receptionist had me check in on the kiosk where I registered and booked an appointment. While waiting in the front lobby, I noticed they accept walk-ins until a certain time or until they take too many, students needing sport physicals, and they're free!!!! Just FYI! Our time waiting to be seen was a total of 2 hours, I would've given 3 stars for todays visit, but when the doctor did come in and see us, he was very pleasant and considerate with my little girl. And that's all that matters to me!

She then proceeded to make nasty comments about how they aren't a planned parenthood and that maybe I should be having my tests run there (it's a service this urgent care offers so her saying that was completely inappropriate). After a heated back and forth I repeatedly asked for her manager to which she responded that she didn't have one (I found out that this was a lie). After finally getting ahold of her superior after months of trying, the lady I spoke to pretended to be nice and understanding and then I found out after that call that she had me banned from all of these urgent cares despite the fact that I didn't do anything and it was her employee that was being borderline abusive towards me. (I wasn't banned before this phone call, I know this because I went to a different priority urgent care between the first incident and the last phone call and they accepted me, it wasn't until after the call that I tried to go again another time and was informed that I was banned). So basically they can lose samples, lie about it, belittle patients, make inappropriate comments about your medical care, and then ban you when you have the guts to report it.

The front receptionist did inform us that the x-ray technician had just left, but I still wanted to see if this Dr would be able to help my daughter. My daughter said the Dr was nice, but that the Dr didn't know what was wrong and just offered pain relief. Maybe it is the reason we went to urgent care that urgent care couldn't help us, im sure they did the best they could, which I still appreciate.

I have been directed to call on weekdays only to be told the department only works weekends, and vice-versa. - Lack of Documentation: Despite multiple assurances that my records were received, staff recently claimed there is no record of my previous calls or documentation. - Misleading Claims: Staff confirmed a new PA was submitted in June 2026, yet my insurance provider maintains no request has been received since a denial in April 2026. That April denial was reportedly due to the office's failure to include the required documentation. - Poor Communication: My attempts to follow up are frequently met with dismissive attitudes from staff, even though I am strictly following the instructions provided to me. The administrative failures of this program have made it impossible to access the services I qualify for. I would caution others to be prepared for significant delays and a lack of accountability regarding insurance authorizations.

I later called Blue Shield and verified that they should just give me the results and the consult should be optional and even after getting the consult, they did not hand me my results. Then she misdiagnosed my son. Saying that he had hepatitis A when I know I had gotten vaccinated for that . So I had to call them again to get the results emailed to me and luckily my dad is a doctor and I had him read the results and he verified that he definitely didn't have hepatitis A and the positive was from the immunization and it even says that on the paper that he's negative for hepatitis A . so I think maybe they were trying to get me to come in again to get another office visit off of me and more lab work off of me. I don't know. I just don't trust this place and I would never recommend going here. Regardless this is malpractice and insurance fraud and it's unethical and it left my 16-year-old worried and stressed thinking he had hepatitis A for 30 minutes before I called my dad because it was kind of unbelievable. I needed extensive testing before an upcoming surgery, and they were the only facility with the advanced, on-site equipment to handle everything under one roof. It was an incredible relief. The front office staff and the doctors are professional, welcoming, and treat you like family. Most importantly, the doctors are phenomenal. Within minutes, they understood my health better than I did, looking at the bigger picture and solving medical issues I couldn't find answers to elsewhere. Their test results are incredibly fast, and their expertise is unmatched. I actually prefer coming here over a standard primary care doctor because they consistently go above and beyond. After the x-rays their Nurse Practitioner came in and told me the x-rays were negative. He asked if I lost consciousness. I said No but that I was disoriented right after the crash, but did not hit my head and it was now 48 hours after the crash and I had no symptoms of a head injury. He informed me Liam Neeson's wife died 3 days after hitting her head and that I needed to go to the Emergency Room and get a brain CT Scan in case I had a brain bleed, which I had no symptoms of. I asked if he could give me a shot for the non stop very serious pain and a prescription. He said no in case I had a brain bleed. I also had a cut on my cheekbone which I took off my glasses and showed him from a distance. He never examined me during the whole visit. He never got closer than arm's distance and he never even checked my facial cut for infection or to clean it. He literally did nothing about my serious injuries. I filed a grievance through Priority Urgent Care and followed that up within a day or two with another email and I also called multiple locations trying to speak to a manager. I've called over 5 times and left my name and number to have a manager call me back. It's 3 weeks later and they still have not contacted me about my grievance, or to follow up. I want to add that they did waive my copay 2 days later so I could go to their Panama location and the doctor there did an exam and gave me a pain shot and prescription for pain meds. He ordered an MRI, which apparently never got sent in or Stockdale Radiology never submitted it to my insurance. So I had to pay $349 out of pocket to get an MRI. Priority Urgent Care has failed in every aspect in my care as well as following up to address my grievance. If I could have given 0 stars or negative stars I would have done that. Absolutely the worst medical care or really lack of care and they truly don't seem to care in the least bit or they would have contacted me.

Do NOT see PA Ken! Went today with severe back, neck, arm pain for 10 days now! I WAS KICKED OUT by this Dr and he refused to treat me!!!! He was extremely rude as well as arrogant!!! This is what happened: So I was referred to an urgent care at the suggestion of my advice nurse from my health plan for complaints of severe back, neck, shoulder pain. As soon as this man walked into the room, he started to LECTURE ME about how this urgent care is not this type of facility to address my problems! Further, he told me I needed MRI (which they did not have there) and I needed to tell my PCP to order it! Really, tell a doctor what to do??? What a joke! THEN I tried to give home a little history...severe narrowing of C3, C4 and how I am currently going through physical therapy....but before I could finish, he told me this is a spine issue and could not possibly be a trigger point issue, meaning muscular instead of nerve or disc. So I got up, told this so called dr how could he know this because he hadn't even looked at me, touched me, checked range of motion...nothing! The response: why are you so angry? I'm trying to help you! I told him sending me back to my PCP is NOT HELPING ME! And he had done NOTHING to diagnose me! I picked up my jacket and he said he would go get another provider to see me and CALLED ME RUDE!!!!!! At which point I told him YES! PLease get me another provider cause you're an ASS!!!He walked out and I heard him tell the staff outside that he won't treat me and that I was calling him names and to get me out of there!!!! I stopped right in front of him, pointed to his face and said I would not have said that if he hadn't called me rude first! (Sounds like kids right!!) I walked out without any help, no relief, no diagnosis, NOTHING!!!! I am currently a Kern family member but I have not always been with them. I am a very educated (retired) Director of Revenue for an acute care facility that is well aware of the laws that govern medical providers and believe me, THIS WILL NOT END HERE! Even though I could have handled it better, it's difficult, AT BEST, to EXPECT PROPER TREATMENT FROM A LICENSED DOCTOR in my time of need only to get REFUSED TREATMENT and kicked out!!!! Worst experience ever. I was told originally 5-7 days for covid results, but when my test was about to be administered, I was told 10-12 BUSINESS days due to the labs being overwhelmed. Understandable. What I don't understand is, whenever I would try to call regarding my test results, the phone either rings endless amount of times until the call disconnects, or there is a busy tone from the beginning. I finally got ahold of them and they told me they had received my test results just this morning (11 days after test) and that they would have someone call me back within the hour to tell me my results. It's been over 3 hours, and when I try to call, NO. ANSWER. I understand these are busy, difficult times. But if you can't handle the amount of patients being tested to even tell them their results once they're available, DON'T OFFER COVID-19 TESTING. If you're needing covid related medical attention, take your business elsewhere. read more

My trip to White Lane Accelerated Urgent Care was preceded by a bad experience at a different urgent care where six stitches were put above my right eye in the eyebrow area. The doctor who put in these stitches made them so tight and small, even HE could not remove them a few days later. In desperation I switched to Accelerated Urgent Care on White Lane and had the good fortune to be treated by Dr. Mark Shafik. He was gentle, competent, knowledgeable, skilled and carefully removed these extremely small, tight stitches around my eye. He listened and there was never the pain I had experienced the day before when the original doctor, from a different urgent care, dug around and could not remove his own stitches. If you need stitches and Dr. Mark Shafik is available at the White Lane Accelerated Urgent Care, he is the doctor to see for professional medical care. He is a 5-star doctor. read more

Terrible experience with the doctors & head nurse. I went in to get checked for myself and 3 of my kids. They checked the kids for covid but not the flu. Even though they had symptoms for illness the doctor told me they had nothing! I couldn't believe that I was told to just go home by the doctor. The next day I was able to have the kids be seen by their primary doctor. They all had the flu and one also had strep throat. Save your children. Do go here read more

Ridiculous. My son had a bloody nose clogs of blood coming out and they had us waiting 3+ hours just for the doctor Mark Williams just to say "so what can i do if he's not bleeding no more" He was speaking rude with attitude and the front desk lady as well had attitude. She should've known the doctor wasn't going to be able to help if he stopped bleeding. I wanted to know why and he wouldn't tell me. 0/10 do not recommend he's bad with kids. read more

I'm starting chronologically but it gets worse as it goes…read more An employee informed me that they lost my sample for a test they were supposed to run and when I complained about it the manager then lied and said they didn't lose it despite her not being able to produce the sample for the test. She then proceeded to make nasty comments about how they aren't a planned parenthood and that maybe I should be having my tests run there (it's a service this urgent care offers so her saying that was completely inappropriate). After a heated back and forth I repeatedly asked for her manager to which she responded that she didn't have one (I found out that this was a lie). After finally getting ahold of her superior after months of trying, the lady I spoke to pretended to be nice and understanding and then I found out after that call that she had me banned from all of these urgent cares despite the fact that I didn't do anything and it was her employee that was being borderline abusive towards me. (I wasn't banned before this phone call, I know this because I went to a different priority urgent care between the first incident and the last phone call and they accepted me, it wasn't until after the call that I tried to go again another time and was informed that I was banned). So basically they can lose samples, lie about it, belittle patients, make inappropriate comments about your medical care, and then ban you when you have the guts to report it.

I've seen a few great People there, one stood out. Kim hatton, nurse practitioner. This woman, went above and beyond yesterday to help my husband who'd been in an MVA the week prior. She ordered the tests and made sure he was comfortable as he's been in tremendous pain! I highly recommend centric urgent care, the staff are also great, especially Toni!

I'm not sure why there isn't much people. I do know it is new so that could be it. The young ladies at the front were so nice and kind. The doctor that seen me asked questions. I think Aumen something similar like that. I was in and out of there in 20-30 minutes and they helped me with my migraine. I will be going back when I feel sick 10/10

Despite confirming multiple times--both with the doctor and the receptionist--that our prescription needed to go to the Walgreens on Gosford because Costco was closed, it was still sent to the wrong location (CVS on Panama). Mistakes happen, but given how quiet the office was, this felt like a total lack of effort and care for the patient experience. We will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.

This urgent care is on the other side of the shopping center where Winco is, so it was easy to find. They accepted walk-ins, and it was empty when we got there. They took my daughter in the back pretty quickly, and she was back out in less than 20 minutes. The front receptionist did inform us that the x-ray technician had just left, but I still wanted to see if this Dr would be able to help my daughter. My daughter said the Dr was nice, but that the Dr didn't know what was wrong and just offered pain relief. Maybe it is the reason we went to urgent care that urgent care couldn't help us, im sure they did the best they could, which I still appreciate.

My first time here since switching new insurances and had to come here for myself (dry, wheezy…read morecough, with mild congestion). Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. Thank you for taking care of me.

I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.
