After the x-rays their Nurse Practitioner came in and told me the x-rays were negative. He asked if I lost consciousness. I said No but that I was disoriented right after the crash, but did not hit my head and it was now 48 hours after the crash and I had no symptoms of a head injury. He informed me Liam Neeson's wife died 3 days after hitting her head and that I needed to go to the Emergency Room and get a brain CT Scan in case I had a brain bleed, which I had no symptoms of. I asked if he could give me a shot for the non stop very serious pain and a prescription. He said no in case I had a brain bleed. I also had a cut on my cheekbone which I took off my glasses and showed him from a distance. He never examined me during the whole visit. He never got closer than arm's distance and he never even checked my facial cut for infection or to clean it. He literally did nothing about my serious injuries. I filed a grievance through Priority Urgent Care and followed that up within a day or two with another email and I also called multiple locations trying to speak to a manager. I've called over 5 times and left my name and number to have a manager call me back. It's 3 weeks later and they still have not contacted me about my grievance, or to follow up. I want to add that they did waive my copay 2 days later so I could go to their Panama location and the doctor there did an exam and gave me a pain shot and prescription for pain meds. He ordered an MRI, which apparently never got sent in or Stockdale Radiology never submitted it to my insurance. So I had to pay $349 out of pocket to get an MRI. Priority Urgent Care has failed in every aspect in my care as well as following up to address my grievance. If I could have given 0 stars or negative stars I would have done that. Absolutely the worst medical care or really lack of care and they truly don't seem to care in the least bit or they would have contacted me.

I joined specifically because of the advertised assistance with the Prior Authorization (PA) process, but a total lack of coordination between departments has resulted in a four-month delay. I have been attempting to navigate the PA process since March 2026, and despite qualifying and providing all required documentation, I have encountered the following issues: - Conflicting Information: Staff members repeatedly provide contradictory information regarding operating hours. I have been directed to call on weekdays only to be told the department only works weekends, and vice-versa. - Lack of Documentation: Despite multiple assurances that my records were received, staff recently claimed there is no record of my previous calls or documentation. - Misleading Claims: Staff confirmed a new PA was submitted in June 2026, yet my insurance provider maintains no request has been received since a denial in April 2026. That April denial was reportedly due to the office's failure to include the required documentation. - Poor Communication: My attempts to follow up are frequently met with dismissive attitudes from staff, even though I am strictly following the instructions provided to me. The administrative failures of this program have made it impossible to access the services I qualify for. I would caution others to be prepared for significant delays and a lack of accountability regarding insurance authorizations.

She's much more thorough than other MDs I've had. She's very personable as well, making those dreaded doctor appointments much easier. The office staff itself can be pretty hit-or-miss; it's a typical doctor's office. I do like that if you need blood work you can either do it in the office or walk a couple of buildings down to Quest Diagnostics. They can bill your co-pay to you, but if your bill goes over what's included in your insurance plan, have some Advil handy because it's seriously a headache trying to get a hold of these people just so you can get on a payment plan. They also have a website that you can log in to to pay your bill, but it doesn't always work.

Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! I recently contacted the office to schedule a follow-up appointment with my primary care physician after being diagnosed with shingles at an urgent care clinic. Given the nature of this condition, I felt it was important to receive more comprehensive and ongoing care from my primary doctor. I was informed that because I had not been seen in the office for several years, I was considered a "re-established" patient and therefore could not be given an appointment for over a month. The earliest available appointment is February 27, and today is January 22. Dr. Ghadia is listed as my primary care physician, yet despite having a serious medical condition that requires timely attention, I am unable to be seen for more than a month. This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Access to appropriate and timely care should be a priority, and unfortunately, this office has failed to provide that. This situation reflects poorly not only on the practice, but on a medical system that allows established patients to be treated this way. Shame on this practice and Dr. Ghadia for allowing his medical judgment and responsibility to patients to be compromised by an inefficient healthcare system.

The same employee was also adamant to collect a coinsurance when I have no such thing. I know my insurance inside and out as I'm a cancer patient. Previously, we had good experiences at this location, and that is why we chose it on this occasion. After x-rays, my wife was very upset because of the extremely rude demeanor and behavior of the NP. English is my wife's second language, so she asked the NP to repeat and explain several times. However, the NP was extremely impatient, stating multiple times that she "already told you," even pointing her finger at my wife in an aggressive way. This went on for a couple of minutes. My wife asked multiple times if my son should have a soft cast, and the NP rudely said no because urgent care was just a temporary, short-term solution until going to a doctor or hospital. Later, a friend of ours told us that when she fractured her elbow two weeks ago, she went to Accelerated Urgent Care, and she got a soft cast. And when we went to the specialist, the doctor said he should have been given a soft cast. So I'm wondering the reason for the terrible attitude AND the malpractice. When the NP was heading out the door after talking to my wife, my wife heard the NP say "Oh my gosh!" ---clearly in response to her interaction with my wife. When my wife came home, she was even more upset because of the NP's behavior.
