At first I was extremely enthusiastic with transferring my worker's compensation case over to Concentra after dealing with Kaiser. As I began my visits I noticed that Concentras work ethics and integrity were no different than Kaiser's. Their indifference and inattentiveness stood right beside Kaiser's. Their Nurses are lousy and their Doctors don't truly care about their patients and only put up a front when face to face with them. As of the therapy department I have to say everyone is amazing other than Alberto the nurse and James the Director of the therapy department. Alberto never did his job and as of James he carried this extreme negative attitude and would never greet anyone which was extremely disrespectful. To top things off he would prioritize the needs of Doctor Daniel every time he would walk into the therapy department and only focus on his needs rather than his patients. Speaking of Doctor Daniel I must say it's as if he was recruited straight out of Kaiser. He was perhaps the one that I found the rudest. He is a lousy doctor due to his ethics and integrity and I must say he is by far one of the worst doctors that I have ever dealt with in all my years of life. My recommendation to any new patients is to strictly ask to see Doctor Audra Ford although I must confess she was quite unprofessional herself, a sweetheart but very much unprofessional with her methods. All in all I found her to be a very manipulative and fake individual. Concentra is less professional than Kaiser. I have to say I was very wrong with thinking that Concentra was any different than Kaiser. If you are a patient trying to find a genuine doctor/clinic that focuses on treating their patients properly and with great respect just know that Concentra is not the clinic. read more

I was referred to this facility for pre-employment check up. The people were kind and helpful. But a 2 hour wait I felt was unreasonable. 2 hours was the limit of my patience. It still was not my turn. If u take into account length of actual exam. Which I was informed would be an additional hour. I was looking at potentially 4 hours for a pre-employment check up. It is 12/20/2021 I arrived at 7am with 3 other people seeking services. I will make a second attempt tomorrow. read more

Wait time was over 1hr30min for a urine drug screen, I came with a full bladder and asked if I could give a sample and leave after waiting 1hr30min, no one really cares they said pee and you will have to wait till you can give us another sample when we are ready for you. Came in here for a drug test. The wait could've been a bit better since there were only about 3 people in the waiting room including myself but other than that, I had a good experience. Jennifer, whom I interacted with the most, was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice talking to her before and during the procedure (I got my hair cut). The place overall looks clean and I wouldn't complain about the staff. It was just the wait that bothered me because I didn't expect to wait that long (20 min) for only a short procedure and one person ahead of me, with what looked like a full staff. read more

Had an incident at work and was told I needed to come here for treatment, x-rays, etc. I came in on Sunday @5pm... Claudia who was at the front desk was beyond rude and unprofessional. She had a horrible attitude. She clearly did not want to be there, but guess what?! Neither did I!!! No one wants to be in pain, in this place, and specially not be treated by such rude people. I waited 1 hr to be seen. I had x-rays done by a guy who's name I did not know. He was also rude. Finally, Dr. Trie Le came to see me and ask me what had happened. I told him and he was also rude! I get it, it's Sunday but it is not my fault that they are working! I thought my nightmare has ended when I left that place ... NOPE! The x-day technician messed up my follow up date... So I had woke up with a swollen ankle one day and I had a cut on my leg from a week ago that looked really bad so I wanted to get it checked out for an infection. I called first to mAke sure they took my insurance the girl I spoke with said they did. When I showed up there's a line of at least 3 people in front me. The physical therapy side has been just amazing, they have been very understanding as well as patient while I've been going through the process. Paul, Joe, Erin, and Marlene have just been great they seem like a very tight group of people and it showed in their moral. I really do look forward to going there. The other side of the building not so much but their PT area more than makes up for the other short comings. I still have a few sessions but I did want to get this review in because it doesn't seem like their side gets enough credit for the great people they are. They take their time and they do care about how I'm feeling. They are not quick to say do the exercises and then just come back to have me do another. I appreciate the time they do put into helping me, makes me feel like the things I am doing are helping even if it doesn't always show. Thank you guys for everything you do! read more

Doctors give awful advice and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous even when it's no one here.

After looking over the reviews, the waiting time has not yet improved. I initially scheduled an appointment for a physical and drug test. Appointment was early in the morning a week ago and I currently have been waiting well over an hour and counting. Same procedure, handed me paper work to fill out, which took about 15min MAX. Then was called to the back and put into another waiting room. They are not busy, about 4 people in the second waiting room. I'm not sure what the procedure is, but does not make any sense as to why we are moved from one sitting area to another. The staff that I did encounter was average. They weren't over the top or careless. Facility is clean nothing out of the ordinary. Just playing the waiting game now. Hoping the actual physical and drug screen is not as long as my waiting time. read more

For any company I work for I always have to take a chest x-ray on an annual or bi-annual basis. This location is by far the longest I ever had to wait for the chest x-ray. I waited over an hour just to take a 5 minute chest x-ray. I was in the waiting room by myself most of the time so not sure what I was waiting for. There were hardly any clients in the hall when I finally got it. The lobby was also freezing cold. I will never come back here again. read more

Went in there for a simple TB test and waited for 1 1/2 hour to just ask for my paperwork and walk out because everyone in the office thought it was the beat time to go on break and tend to a birthday celebration in the break room was there priority. Do not go to this concentra they fucked up my results three times and had to redo drug test for no apparent reason! They are very slow and make you wait hours on end just to do a test that takes about 5 minutes. They also give off attitude as well they are rude and don't have the decency to be patient at all would not recommend going to this clinic!!!!! read more

*Physical Therapy* This is the best place to recover and build strength. James and Joe are such great people who make feel welcomed all the time. It seems like a pretty clean facility, and the staff were helpful and courteous. My only complaint would be the wait. I came to give a urine sample for a drug screening, and at the time of my arrival there was only one person ahead of me. Some who arrived after me were called in ahead of me, but they probably had some injuries to tend to. I waited 40 minutes to get called in and was placed in another room for just a few minutes before I was actually able to get my stuff done. Overall I spent 50 minutes at this clinic to get my drug test done. Bring a book or homework to do! read more

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews I usually go to the one in commerce and had a way better experience with the employees the two ladies working the front were very friendly in comparison to the other centers I've been. Had a work related injury and was sent here to get taken care of. The xray tech had trouble adjusting the settings to take an xray of my arm but when he went to ask for help the red head girl kept telling him in front of me, "I dont know if this is right" but they both continued acting clueless in front of me while I'm waiting to get xrays done. I regret not asking for someone else to do it, plus the doctor sending back to work full time after explaining how my arm is in pain shows they dont care how one feels. read more

My husband came here because he received a HEAD injury at work...been here 3 going on 4 hours and we are still waiting for him to receive an x-ray! I was sent here by my new employer for a pre-employment drug test, tb and physical. The TB test was done in a reasonable amount of time. However, the drug test and physical took over an hour longer of waiting and a complaint at the front desk to finally get done. After the drug test, I am still now over 2 hours from my arrival here still waiting for the physical. I keep being told it won't be much longer. I would never recommend this place. Of course, if your employer sends you here you may not have much of a choice- otherwise, stay away. I'm literally standing in the doorway of the exam room staring at an empty office. read more

This clinic is clean great front office staff but the wait for a simple 5 panel is way too long .... back office staff all they say just have a seat they will call you maybe if they had better staffing a designated staff just for prescreening maybe the experience would be better. I write this as I'm waiting to be given paper work for my next appointment. What appointment takes 2 hrs to be finished.? The reason why I'm giving this place a horrible review is because the wait times are atrocious, the front desk receptionists are rude, and the doctors have a "God" complex. The only saving grace about this place is the staff at physical therapy. I only went here because workman's comp is paying for it but even then I'm recommending our HR department to change medical offices. read more
