Got ZERO acknowledgment when I came and I was the only one that came in. Not even a " Hey I'll be right with you." Something so you're not there looking like a dummy. There's about 3 different clinics going on drug screenings, urgent care and workers comp so it takes forever to get seen. I was injured at work and being seen by a regular physician at concentra, very open minded listened to my health issues, this was ongoing for 2 months. My last appointment was with a physician I had never seen and she came in with her mind made up and concluded that my injury wasn't an injury but a pre-existing issue. She wouldn't listen to anything I said and kept arguing her point. I walked out of the room because she wouldn't listen but only argue with me. My injury is now a reoccurring daily pain that I never had ever she didn't care but to say my case should be closed and take my health issue to my own doctor. read more

I finally get called to the back and the Nurse Practitioner Nicole stated "it doesn't make sense" and sent me back to the front. The staff of nurses is amazing and very kind with every step of the process. I came here needing to have a physical done for a job. The issue was after completing all the requirements I sat waiting for the doctor for over an hour. Over the weekend it's not as busy. A regular urgent care visit without insurance is $185.00. I would say that's pretty pricey compared to another urgent care I ended up going to. I don't even know where to begin. This place is very unhelpful. I had a work related injury that took place about a week ago, was able to get in and seen the night it happened. The first initial night wasn't bad however the wait was extremely long...about 2 hours. They will not see anyone under any circumstances as a walk in patient for any reason. I ended up having a follow up appointment for tonight at 11:00pm but was turned away due to them saying I had cancelled it. I never cancelled, I had an appointment scheduled at a different location that was closer to my house however the date was farther out. I called on Saturday 1/8/22 to confirm if I can't find anything sooner that I would just attend my normal follow up scheduled for tonight at 11:00pm. When I arrive this evening (9:30pm) early, I let them know I didn't mind waiting as my appointment was 1.5 hours early. When they go to check me in they said I have no appt scheduled and that I canceled it even though I called to confirm my appointment on 1/8/22. When asked to be seen since I already took the time to come in all while still being in pain, they told me they couldn't see me today. Their customer service is in the trash can. They told me the next available appointment would be 1/17/22. They don't prioritize the needs of their patients what so ever. You could have a broken arm, or anything and their best response is that they can schedule you weeks out. They actually turn other walk ins away as well. Very unprofessional. I would advise avoiding this place at all costs and go to a place that actually cares and values the people they see. I even showed them my appointment on the paper they gave me and they didn't even seem to care. If you have a work related injury, chances are you will get sent here. I'd advise ahead of time to request a completely different place because concentra in general, really is horrible. Better yet, just try to get hurt at work because the pain of dealing with concentra is probably far worse than any injury you will have on the job. read more

No stars! It's called Concentra. Employers send their employees there when injured. The worse service ever. I had appointments on two occasions but still wasted 3 hours of my day waiting to be seen!! Next time I get hurt at work I won't say anything. This was pure punishment. Even checking out was another 30- 60 minute wait! So glad this is NOT medical/ Dr.office. Even while you're waiting you can hear the nurses just gossiping and joking with each other. Definitely short staffed of Drs. What you are reading in the other reviews is pretty accurate: wait, wait, wait, wait. It's absolutely ridiculous how long the right times are. I was especially incensed by the fact that the medical assistants who are supposed to be watchin in the front lobby or in the back playing with their clothes. Yet another 3 hour delay in providing care--I wish I had another choice of provider. There is ALWAYS some egregious delay every visit, and it seems many of the patients ahead of me were pretty upset too. Apparently they've scheduled 7 patients to be seen in an hour and a half... and the doctor is almost 2 hours behind. Bring a lunch and a phone charger, you're gonna be here awhile! read more

This clinic has been the worst I Got injured at work they had me waiting for more than 4 hours, just to take my pressure and ask questions they had no x-ray tec to see my crushed foot. They sent me back to work next day, Howwww in the world, if they did not know if I had a broken bone, oh but they gave me crutches, and a next day appointment to take my x-ray. Finally got out of there almost at 10pm no pharmacy were open where I live had to hold the pain. I honestly don't understand why their scheduling system is always messed up. Every time i visit, Im forced to face this horrible wait and when you ask ETA the front desk has no compassion or empathy they don't want to answer or address you. Makes an awkward moment of standing and staring... They also know you are in need of their services so they will not show any care about your time. I arrive 15 mins early and still wait 2 hours and counting just to be called with a appointment. Get to the back and wait 2.5 additional hours ... I never been to a doctors office with such terrible organizing and appointment scheduling skills. Meanwhile the nurse did my vitals took 5 min and the doc spent 7 mins with me.
