I have been coming here for about a month now and literally every time i show up to my visit i see the patients that are done with part of their therapy/exercise either they have to go get their person thats assigned to them to get their attention or wait patiently because the workers here are too busy talking about other people's disabilities or how much they want to leave home already because apparently they're working so hard sitting on the beds and other equipment either on the laptop or their personal phones were the patients are supposed to be on not the workers from Concentra in front of everyone else... While the office staff are great, the "doctor", is a very verbally abusive woman with no bedside manner save to demean you, berate you. After multiple appointments there due to a broken ankle, not only did this "doctor" not even examine me, after being there three hours, all she wanted to do was be verbally abusive. It should be noted that it took them a MONTH with multiple visits to X-ray and diagnose a fractured ankle. One concentra wouldn't even see me, here I made an appointment at 9am- mind you I had to walk in for that because no one answers their phone!- for all my pre employment work up. I went there due to a work injury so my workplace sent me here, I would say at best I would give it like a 3.8 the biggest problem was the wait time. It is ridiculous how long the wait times were. I would absolutely not go here if I ever needed to visit an urgent care based on the experience I had. The workers were ok, friendly and helpful but the wait times were too horrid to make the experience anything other than a drag. If there were at least a way to charge our phones while we waited it wouldbe been slightly better. But it was not a good visit. Hopefully in the future they improve on that. read more

Just here to make a suggestion that might make your life easier if you are here at this location for a blood draw. If your doctor gives you the option of doing a mobile blood draw (given that they provide you with a natera kit and doctor form request). Do it. Someone from Natera's team Took about a day to reach out to me after filling out their google form requesting a mobile draw. They scheduled me in quickly and came to my home the same day. If I could have gave them less, I would have. Save yourself the wait--don't even bother going here. They have a bunch of women standing around doing nothing. I came in around noon and the girls said about two hour wait. No problem three hours in--I asked how long it was going to be and she asked my name, I gave it to her and I wasn't even checked in. She asked who I spoke with at the front desk and I told her there was nobody there when I came in so I just signed my name on the sheet. Well, someone seen it and of course removed the sticker with my signature on it and never called me up to fill out anything so then apparently my time started from there. 5 hours and wasn't seen--I had it and left and then low and behold they called at 5:50pm--5 hours and 50 minutes after I had originally arrived and said, "We have a room ready!" WTF--yeah sorry--I had left by this time. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to try again tomorrow and I told her, "Yes, at another facility cause you guys don't work!" Mind you--I have an injury so I'm not already feeling good and this just topped it. This by far was the worst experience ever--I could have had better luck at the ER. read more

Been to quite a few urgent cares and labs for pre employment testing, and dang does this place take the cake for the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Staff sitting on their phones ignoring customers, no real idea of wait times, very rude when asked questions, and they lost not only mine but a gentleman next to me forms for tests we both very much needed. I luckily scraped by with a 6 hour wait for a UDS and some very basic lab work. I will not be returning and have informed their manager as well as my compliance company. read more

Did a DOT class A license renewal here and the entire process took over 5.5 hours. I'm not sure what the issue was but it's disheartening to see people walk in after you've been sitting around for 2 hours and they still get called before you. I am often complimented on my patience, but my visit today had even me angry by the time i left! 1st, they asked me to fill out the same paperwork twice because they "lost it" in a matter of literally 2 minutes. Arrive at 5:05pm, 30 min wait to confirm with employer, 1 1/2 hour to process paperwork, only one clinician after 5pm; 1 hour just to see the clinician in the room, to be told 'they messed up your paperwork' as if this was a follow up visit instead of date of injury, wait longer. Which I then witnessed the shift change: female clinician left, new male clinician arrives about 7-7:30. After nearly another 30 mins I asked to see my boyfriend and rudely was rushed off after asking why my boyfriend was let into the office over an hour ago and still hadn't returned, we didn't leave 8:05pm. not to mention from 5-7pm a bunch of bottles an drinks were sitting around the room, housekeeping came about 8pm to clean up, apparently a dirty lobby is cool all the rest of the day. read more

My first impression was that this establishment was a little rough around the edges and not the cleanest. Expect to have a wait to see a doctor since most of their business is walk-in workman's comp type issues. After seeing the doctors, I can say that the staff is friendly and is competent and everything was explained well. I was referred to PT and they are absolutely top notch. I'm here to get a Department of Transportation physical because I'm a commercial driver, and unfortunately my company doesn't allow appointments. So considering the fact that I'm a walk in client things are moving pretty fast. The staff is friendly and the doctors are efficient. I'd say prepare yourself when coming here meaning bring a book, your laptop, a hand held game, or some music to listen to because even with an appointment clients are seen on a case by case basis so sometimes you might be here a while. There's a television in the lobby but it only shows health watch so if that's not your thing then you'll be pretty bored. There's an urgent care here as well so that may be helpful if you need it and if by chance they don't accept your insurance they'll refer you to an office nearby.
