False advertising. I bought a Groupon for a single process color and haircut. When I called to make an appointment, they said the Groupon was only a root touch up and NOT a single process color. They told me they were going to charge me extra for something I already paid for. When I explained the false advertising, they explained they were already giving me a good deal so I should be happy. They acknowledged the Groupon ad is incorrect, but refused to take responsibility for their mistake. It's a bait and switch. Luckily I got my money back from Groupon for this dishonest company. Where do I begin? My daughter went in with healthy hair and wanted to go a honey blonde. Nick the owner of this salon did it. It took 5 hours. Not only did completely fry her hair but he was seeing other customers in between. Left her with the bleach for hours and would even go hid and sit on his phone. She can't even brush through her hair. Her hair is naturally straight and now it curls from the damage. I called to ask for a refund, I spoke to nick and he called me unreasonable and even hung up on me. Save your money and go somewhere professional where they will be honest with you and not just take your money. I have no idea how this man is the owner of this salon. Had my first hair appointment with Deborah in April of this year and was very pleased with the results. I love how Deborah took the time without me asking any questions, to introduce herself and shared how many years she has been a stylist and she asked about my personal hair care regime, wanted to know if I experienced any issues with my hair, if it shed much when wet, what was I looking for as in style, etc... I loved this because no other stylist had ever asked this before and some will just do your hair the way they see fit without asking, and her brief introduction just made our conversation flow. Another positive point I loved is how Deborah shares with you the state she notices your hair is in while it is wet because she shared that is when our hair is in its most critical stage. Deborah assured me that I have been taking good care of my hair and she was honest that there were see-through ends that would eventually need to be removed. I trusted Deborah to remove the dead ends off my hair and she definitely understands an actual trim and she did not cut more than needed to be cut. During our conversation, she picked up how skeptical I was about allowing a new person to do and cut my hair so Deborah definitely understood the assignment. I have been back to Deborah for color which I was very pleased because she listens to her clients request, and I look forward to making future hair appointments with her. I've had good experiences here in the past, but I recently got a HORRIBLE haircut from Hilda. I went in with waist length hair, asked for a couple long layers and a 2 inch trim... and I left with the longest layer mid back, at least 6 inches shorter and the shortest layer literally too short to go into a ponytail. I purchased a Groupon, waited 2 weeks for my appointment, and within that time I received texts from 4 different numbers, changing my appointment 4 different times, and then ultimately cancelling on me. And, now that the allotted refund time has passed, I can't get my money back for the Groupon. $80 down the drain. I would give the ladies who run this salon 5 stars for incompetence. Trusting Concerto with your hair if they can't even keep their appointment book straight? Uhhh...yeah, that's a no from me. I was literally on my way to drop off my seven month old for babysitting when I get the call that the hairstylist would not be in today. I called in the morning. They were able to see me same day for consult and then they were able to provide my service same day. I had a 3 year old grown out highlights ombré kinda sort of. I needed a new look but not to drastic. Laura the stylist decided partial highlights just a few toned lighter than natural would blend nicely with the old highlights and natural dark. Michelle is fantastic. My hair is stick straight and I wear it short so I need someone who understands my hair and she does.

As a sufferer of chronic bacne, I came in last weekend for a back facial with Nicole. After a week I have really noticed a big difference in my acne! Nicole was so lovely throughout the whole appointment. She's very sweet and accommodating as well as a great conversationalist! I felt like my time with her flew by because I was having such a good time! In the one hour I was there she cleansed and steamed my back, did extractions, used a skin mask and high frequency, and moisturized! I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable facial experiences I've had. Nicole is also very knowledgeable about skincare and she had many helpful tips for me!
