I've been going to Lili for many years, since two salons ago! I got my husband going to her, my daughter and now my son, not to mention at least a couple of friends! We moved to Chatsworth and still drive to Lili - I feel like she is a friend as well as a stylist. Lili does color, cuts, styling, you name it and a beautiful job. My hair always looks great, healthy and stylish, and so does my family's. She is friendly, professional and works with our schedule needs. HIGHLY recommend!! Edited to add a photo - masks required and no waiting area inside - customers only when allowed during #covid19
This was my first time coming to this salon. I reached out and asked Jeanna for an appointment, she was quick to respond to my text and was super thorough through out the whole process. I absolutely love how my hair came out! Highly recommend both Jeanna & April at Top Knot Loft! They are super sweet and customer service is great! :)
April is AMAZING! She knows her craft well and it shows. She cares about the quality of your hair. Upfront and honest. Before reading any further, just book an appointment, you won't regret it. I told her I wanted to go blonde. FYI, I'm naturally a dark brunette. She told me it would take time and a few sessions to achieve the goal I want. And to maintain the integrity of hair. After giving me my best options & educating me of the process- she said it's my choice- we could just go for it and see what happens or take gradual steps to achieve exactly what I wanted. Not gonna lie, when I said I wanted to go blonde, I expected to walk out of there as such. But, good things take time, as they should; we shouldn't expect good thing to happen overnight. So guess what? I put all my trust and faith in her. She did not disappoint. I've never been so happy and obsessed with my hair. Besides the fact that she is talented hairdresser, she's a beautiful person. I enjoy going to her place of business & chatting with her. It feels cozy, clean and welcoming. Pictured below:Top left- my natural long brunette-ness. Second, after my first balayage session. Third, decided to cut quite a bit of length. Fourth, the blonde blonde finally takes. Last two, hair shorter and full blown blondy. Decided to go shorter mid way through our sessions and by the end I just kept going blonder and shorter! This series took almost 4-5 sessions. I took my time in between sessions, months before getting to my next appointment. So, all together to get my hair where it is now was close to 1.5-2 years. Now April maintains the blondness and cut! BTW, this was a very long overdue review.
Amazing place !!!! I love my go to hairstylist April she is amazing. She is a artist at heart and our hairs are her work of Art!!!! She never over books you. Thank Goodness your appointment is just you and her. Not like those other places that work on two girls at the same time. She's so kind and professional and truthful my hair has grown so fast since she has been my hairstylist. Every time I get my hair done it's looks amazing this time I went darker and I love how she did step by step to go darker not just throw on some dark hair dye and call it a day lol. Love her and her cut salon!!!! Ps. Personal Note Her heart is so kind my mother is Fighting Cancer and she was losing her hair it was getting so knotted and I didn't know what to do so I text April what can I do and she was was giving info how to get her knots out. And she offered to drive to me to cut her hair she is a blessing not only in hair but as a beautiful kind hearted person love yah chica thank you for everything

She might have magic hands bc my hair grows a lot faster and stays soo much healthier when she cuts it!!

On top of that she educates me on products and how to maintain my color. I always look forward to my appointments with her. April's babylight game is AMAZING! I am constantly getting compliments on my blonde even after it's grown out and faded. She always keeps it healthy and tells me no when my suggestions of being "more blonde" will kill my hair. I know so many hairdressers and she's the ONLY one I'll let touch my hair. I've followed her for so long and I am so happy she finally has a space of her own! She's the BEST... hands down! I've always dreamed of being a blonde. I finally made the decision to do it and April walked me thru it. She's so understanding, kind and patient with every appointment. I'd text her random pictures of other blondes at random times and she would always reply with a realistic response. I remember I almost cried after my first appointment and as time progressed I looked forward to seeing her every few months excited to go lighter. I since then have gone back to my natural roots and still come to see her for my maintenance appointments. If you're considering going blonde or lightening your hair she's the person to do it. I find myself washing my hair everyday now so that I have to make an appointment just to see her. April is the best! She color melted my previously balayaged hair, giving it a better blend and overall color. My entire experience with April was fantastic--her style fits perfectly with mine, she is so friendly and ensures the client is happy. I was also very happy with how April cut my hair; I never realized a haircut could be a make-or-break when dealing with hair, but after she fixed my cut it has been less tangled and lays better. April is the absolute best! She has a fun and warm personality and is a top-notch stylist. She has been my stylist for years because I trust her! She's a creative and up to date artist with fun ideas. She's extremely professional and educational-my hair always feels safe in her hands. When I decided to make some drastic changes and go copper this past year she educated me on the process and custom mixed a color for me to match my desired goal. I have been going to April for years! I would recommend her to anyone in the San Fernando / Santa Clarita Valley. She always knows exactly what I want and is patient. A few years ago I cut a lot of my hair off and she aired on the side of caution until we were at my desired length instead of just chopping it all off. She is very knowledgeable with new techniques and current styles. She gives me advice on what products to use and that's why my color has kept so well!
