    bionico

My parents and I were craving something sweet and found this little shop online and thought we'd give it a shop. The ambiance is super warm and welcoming and you can get that energy from the women who were working there. They were extremely nice and we were served super fast. We got a bionico and it was so good! It's not often we eat stuff like this but if we're ever by the area again we'd definitely stop by to try other things on the menu too!

One of my favorite places to visit every time I visit California. Hidden in the San Fernando Valley is been around for years. My favorite raspado is nuts with coconut

These are the best raspados you will find. And the customer service is great! Absolutely delicious!

Love this place. Lady and son I believe are the owners. Not stingy with their servings. Great service. Cash only. Parking on the street. Enjoy!

Best hidden gem everrrrr. The raspados are great, the food is great. And everything is cheap. Very very good quality and very very good taste. They provide such great customer service as well! They're always so sweet and very helpful when I am indecisive on what to order. Love this place!!!

I've been coming to conchita's ever since high school. Her raspados are the best. 100% real fruit and syrups. The guava is one of my faves. So is the coco and nuez. Haven't tried anything else but I noticed she also sells chopped fruit, smoothies, and some savory bites such as tostadas.

Wasn't expecting much but my gf brought me here & once I walked in I saw $2 for a small raspado, which is very cheap. I was expecting artificial tasting syrup. But it ended up tasting like real fruit! Can't beat this. New raspado spot in this area

I have been here a few times as it is walking distance from my job. I love the raspado de guayaba. Delicioso! I have also tasted the yummy raspado de tamarindo. This hole in the wall gem instantly transports me to Mexico. :) The raspados are absolutely perfect for the summer heat but their food is good too! The staff...Conchita and her daughter are so sweet. Love love love this place.

The menu has a little bit of everything, from breakfast to lunch, and they offer both indoor (although rather small) and outdoor seating. I ordered the tacos dorados de papa with tater tots, and my friend had the French toast. We both enjoyed a café de olla along with water. Everything was delicious. The flavors were spot-on, and the portions were just right. The service was excellent as well. I didn't catch our server's name, but he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a big smile on his face. This is definitely one of those spots I'll be coming back to whenever I want a quick, tasty bite.

I used to come here for lunch almost every day when I worked in the area, and I was especially a big fan of their café de olla. The food menu (and prices) still seems to be the same as before, but the quality doesn't feel quite the same. Their spicy salsa (cacahuate) now tastes watered down and bland, and even the food and coffee don't have the same flavor they used to. I'll still stop by occasionally for my usual potato tacos or tacos de carne asada, but it's not quite the same experience I remember. The interior has also changed, and personally, I preferred the way it looked before. It used to have a more homey, cozy feel to it. The changes aren't terrible, but I do feel like some things went downhill after the rebrand. That said, the staff is wonderful. They're kind, helpful, and the service is always fast. I still have a soft spot for this place, but I do miss how it used to be.

The menu is very overwhelming, so I asked if they had matcha since I honestly couldn't find it on the menu. They have three kinds, original, strawberry or banana. I ended up grabbing a strawberry matcha with almond milk (.75) strawberry purée ($1) cold foam ($1) if I would have known of all these up charges I would have just stuck with a basic matcha. But I must admit my $8.43 drink was actually worth it, the matcha had that bitter taste and the purée/cold foam tasted homemade. Service was great, I told them it was my first time here which it was; hence me being overwhelmed and the barista offered me a free cookie, I got the chocolate chip. They have a variety of drinks, smoothies, coffees, boba and teas. Some pastries (no gluten free) but they did have some vegan options. They also serve sandwiches, wraps and salads. I also saw a mini fridge with to go items as well. Inside had seating with two small tables outside. Small parking lot, but street parking near residential area.
