I don't usually go to Petsmart (or Petco for that matter) as I find everything to be pricy, but…read morewhen I do have to go, I, like everyone else, like to go where you feel most comfortable. This is a great pet store to go to. The prices here are better than at Petco, and all the employees are very nice: cashiers, floor staff, trainers, managers, and groomers. They all are polite, informative, happy, accommodating, love our dog - hyper as he is - and I enjoy going there to have an employee I've never met before guess what breeds are in my dog. Great to have a conversation, and yet they remain professional throughout. And I must say they set the mood to the whole place that even the other customers are extremely nice and friendly - which isn't usually the case I've found.

I enrolled my 12-week-old puppy in the six-week puppy class and decided after the first session that we would not be returning. The training area was visibly dirty, and I found a small black plastic cap on the floor that I had to grab before my approximately 3-pound puppy picked it up and potentially swallowed it. In a room specifically used for puppy training, I expected the floor to be clean and free of objects that curious puppies could ingest. Another participant was using a retractable leash despite PetSmart's class instructions stating that retractable leashes are not permitted. What concerned me most was being told that at the next class we would practice walking the puppies around the store. Since my puppy is still completing his vaccination series, I asked the trainer about having young puppies walking on the general store floor before they are fully vaccinated. Her response was that she "didn't know anything about that." I understand that early puppy socialization is important and can appropriately begin before the vaccination series is complete--that is one of the reasons I chose a structured puppy class. But I expect someone teaching a class specifically for young puppies to understand basic vaccination/exposure precautions and be able to explain how those risks are managed. Between the condition of the training area, the foreign object on the floor, and the trainer being unable to answer that basic safety question, I did not feel comfortable bringing my puppy back. I contacted PetSmart Customer Care immediately after the first class and requested cancellation and a refund. I'm sharing this because other owners of very young puppies should be aware of my experience and can decide for themselves whether this environment is appropriate for their puppy.

You can tell they really care about your animals, their office is extremely clean and they even played with my 10-month-old son during the appointment. They were super gentle with Vivian. We ended up getting her puppy shots DHPP+LEPTO, Rabies and a dewormer. Totaling out to $108. Amazing staff, amazing prices, extremely quick and efficient while being soooo kind.

Absolute nightmare of an experience for our injured cat. We took in a feral male cat about two…read moreweeks ago ages 6-9 months old and noticed his back right foot was smashed and bloodied due to an injury that was diagnosed as a circulation strangulation on his foot which cut off all blood flow and essentially killed his movement in that foot since our first appointment on 02-24-2025. We were told his foot would be able to be rehabbed and saved by following an extensive cleansing and care routine each night with medicines and materials that they merely suggested and did not provide at all. They failed to send us home with all the medication they stated he needed to rehab including bone growth and flea medication during his recovery. His foot was essentially developing a rotting sore that overcame his entire leg and is now severely infected and causing intense pain for our cat. I had a follow up appointment on 02-28-2025 and the doctors saw every what we did and advised STILL at that point that the leg could be rehabbed and eventually be used again. They wrapped his leg and put tape on his flesh then sent us home to remove and re wrap the leg after we cleaned it but we could not due to them using tape that could not come off from his skin without ripping his flesh which they had to do when we took him back for a THIRD time on 03-01-2025. When the emergency doctor on call that weekend saw his leg at that point she immediately suggested amputation because of the severity of our cats leg to that point but would not classify it as an emergency situation to perform the amputation that day and denied us services until Monday since it was deemed a non medical emergency. The staff was extremely friendly except for the receptionist and weekend doctor. I would highly advise to always get a second opinion when visiting this clinic and would strictly resort to only using them as a last ditch emergency option. They care more about how much they charge versus what can be done for your animal and it was all to prevalent with the handling of care for our pet. I am extremely disappointed with the moral Principles of this vet clinic and would never recommend them as anyone's last option for care for your fur baby unless they were the last clinic on earth. Below is a photo of the condition our cat has been suffering in due to the incompetence of this clinic. *graphic warning*

The team was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming as they introduced Maron to grooming and social experiences. They helped him build confidence around other dogs and groomers in a positive, stress-free environment, which made a lasting impact on him as he grew. Every time Maron came home from Bark Boutique, he looked absolutely amazing. His coat was brushed to perfection, he smelled incredible, and everyone commented on how handsome he looked. As a long-haired German Shepherd owner, I can honestly say they were able to get him cleaner and fluffier than we ever could at home. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. Communication was always excellent, and the staff was warm, friendly, and wonderful to work with every time we dropped him off. We always felt confident that Maron was in the best hands. We recently moved, and Bark Boutique is one of the things we'll miss most. We are so grateful for the care they gave Maron during his first year of grooming. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who will treat their dog like family.

Either cut it again or nothing. Then she offered a partial refund that would be refunded in 2-3 days. Never received the partial refund. I called her about it. She refused. She saw my caller id from work. Lodged a complaint because I called from work and alleged I got her personal information from work computer. Really? Poor poor poor service!
