He was the second such cat we brought to Arden, and we expected similar same-day treatment as the first time. I was asked whether the cat was sweet to humans enough to handle him. Apparently, if you answer "yes" to this question, even if you had been guaranteed same-day treatment over the phone, you get booted and have to wait several weeks. We didn't have several weeks. You can't confine an unfixed outdoor cat, sweet or not, inside a home with twelve other indoor and indoor/outdoor cats, some of them waiting in another line for their spay surgery. It's a company policy, they said. Avoid companies with policies. We called North Concho the next minute and were admitted there in the next ten. One extra star for the low price range and another for the doctor's professionalism. They can be really nice when the patient meets their expectations. Today we may have just found who we are looking for when it comes to grooming our mini schnauzer. Friends recommended her to us so here we are. Wendy and her team are friendly, accommodating and actually listened to what we wanted. Coming from Michigan to Texas is a big change climate wise so a short schnauzer cut is what we wanted. Wendy and her team delivered and actually called us mid way thru the session to question the previous groomers cut style. We took her advice and made standing appointments for the next 6 months. If you are searching for that groomer who will give that "personal" touch then call Kuts & Pups. Also, we feel the grooming services we wanted were very reasonable.
