I have been doing business with Concierge for more than 10 years, buying and selling my timeshares. Dana, Michelle, Megan, Stephanie and all the rest of the staff have been magnificent. Efficiency, effective communication and friendly personalities are good qualities for a business to exude. My experiences have been nothing less than outstanding. I credit that to the professional and dedicated staff. Once again thank you for your exceptional service. It has been a pleasure working with Concierge, and I look forward to the opportunity to do so again in the future.

As far as I know it's still locally owned and is a bar with a lot of character in an otherwise commercially often soulless area. They have both an outdoor bar and an indoor bar. On weekends it gets a little rowdy and young with a DJ after 10pm inside. The staff are all great bar professionals and the bar doesn't rape you on price for the drinks. I love that they carry Crooked Can IPA as well as other IPAs. They often have drink specials. The place is a tad run down, but I'll take that any day over an overpriced soulless bar. I've been coming to this shopping center since before COVID when it was dead, now that it's busy it's nice to see Kitty doing better than ever. Basically I'm frequently here and the BJs when I stay in LAke Buena Vista once a year!

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.

Hard to describe this place. It was decorated like an old time speakeasy. There was a pianist doing Billy Joel songs which was quite good. And the patrons here were top notch. Liked the tree they have up all year, the theme for February was Valentines. Frankie is the chef and she is making magic here. Had the short ribs and it came with rosemary and garlic mash and brussels. Can't believe how very delicious this was and it was 5 star quality and worth every penny of it's $36 price. One of the best meals I have had in months. The bananas foster cheese cake is to die for. Actually everything was great. The food, drinks and such friendly service. So in love with Phyre Brewery & Tavern. Crystal and Kristen were our bartenders. Kristen made a smoked old fashion which was awesome. It was a little on the sweet side, but definitely awesome. See the videos. They also have a Clydes old fashioned which is garnished with their phyre bacon. Aubrey and Allie were taking care of the tables, but got to meet them too and they were awesome. There is Karaoke here on Mondays... so definitely have to come back and check that out!

When we decided to visit the area over the Thanksgiving holiday the park was an option for camping but not the first option and that was mainly due to the accommodations when compared to the other options right outside the entrance to the park but that's another review. The admission is five bucks a car which is collected a few hundred yards from the main road - the ranger wasn't over friendly as he reach out for the payment using a six foot pole with a pail attached insisting on exact change then offered a map which he passed using the same method. These covid-19 protocols are really getting ridiculous I noticed he grabbed the bill without gloves how did he know I didn't just sneeze on it. The drive to the campgrounds, the park store, the marina, the observation tower, the pavilions pretty much everything is quite a drive, I think the loop is just over six miles at 15 m.p.h - I'm in no hurry the day is as beautiful as the drive. We drove through the campground to validate our decision to stay elsewhere, there's no doubt the value is here but living off the gray and black tanks for a week means super conservative measures since there are no sewer connections. I prefer not to carry a portable dump cart or moving the beast every few days requires a lot of effort especially when I'm supposed to be relaxing and having fun. Another park void of many visitors even on a holiday weekend, the campground seems nearly full but the park amenities aren't being utilized. I witnessed a number of park employees doing their daily chores, everything is so neat and tidy it's almost as if they've been assigned busy work to get their hours in. Like most business I'm sure the revenue had dropped off, fortunately for them the state subsidies them for now but I'm sure if this pandemic continues these places too will start shutting down or implement reduced hours. It's was an interesting drive - a nice place to walk and climb to the top of the observation tower. Honestly to me it's a been there done that type of place, pine trees and palms if your going walk the trails bring plenty of water and enjoy...

I've stayed here several times over the last 15 years, and it never disappoints. As one of Universal Orlando's original three Premier Resorts, it has everything you could want. The rooms are huge, the beds are hands down the most comfortable in all of the Universal hotels, the sheets are unbelievably soft, and there are plenty of great restaurants on property. The value is incredible too. Your room key doubles as an Express Pass at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, and if you've ever priced those passes, you know they can easily cost over $200 per person, per day. That alone makes staying here worth considering. We kicked off our trip with drinks at the Thirsty Fish. Check out my separate review because it was fantastic. We also had dinner at Mama Della's, which deserves its own review as well. This trip was all about the resort. We talked about going to CityWalk and maybe even hitting the parks, but we were having such a great time that we never left the hotel. Since it was just the two of us, it turned into the perfect relaxing getaway. Most people head to the Beach Pool with the slide, but we spent our time at the Villa Pool, and it was exactly what we were looking for. It reminded me of the pool at the Ritz-Carlton. Palm trees everywhere, a huge pool, tons of lounge chairs, and a much quieter atmosphere. It's only a short walk from the Beach Pool, and I was happy to find out it has the same full food and drink service. I ordered a tequila berry spritzer...or at least I think that's what it was called. I'll post a picture because I can't remember the exact name, but it was so good that by our second day it seemed like everyone around the pool was ordering one. Our second night, a big thunderstorm rolled in. We had reservations at CityWalk but canceled them, grabbed pizza and a Caesar salad from Sal's Market (see that review too), and had dinner in our room. Honestly, it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the trip. Good food, a little TV, some quality time together, and no reason to be anywhere else. We were only there for three days, but it felt like a true vacation. Whether you're coming to Orlando for the parks or just looking for an amazing staycation, Loews Portofino Bay is hard to beat. Was this review a little long? Probably. Do I care? Not even a little. We had an amazing time, and I think you will too.

We enjoyed the resort, yet I felt that the standards should've been a bit higher for cleanliness for the price of rooms. The room was fairly average and a decent size, but it seemed to be cleaned in what I call a "surface clean" instead of a deeper clean. At a glance everything was tidy and accounted for, but I noticed a handful of things that needed to be addressed: one bedskirt had many large white stains easily visible, the bathroom doors had quite a few dirty hand/fingers prints, the shower floor felt somewhat slimy under my feet with some clear mildew, and while the bathroom floor was mopped/vacuumed, the edges of the bathroom weren't tended to so some buildup was visible. And while I'm sure it's a hard thing to address, we did see a few large cockroaches around and while getting into an elevator at ground level. These sorts of things that fall outside of a basic room cleaning should at a minimum be addressed regularly if not at each room processing. For me, they definitely take away from my impression of a hotel/resort, especially one marketed as deluxe or luxury. As for the beds, I'd actually chosen this hotel for reviews that stated the mattresses were plush, however while I'll admit they weren't extremely firm, they definitely didn't feel plush. The food at the restaurants was consistently good...we enjoyed a few meals at Trattoria and a takeaway pizza at the Deli...appreciated they had gluten free crust as well as snacks available. Again, beautiful resort, pools, grounds, and great access to entertainment...they just need to up their game in housekeeping.

We started with the vegetable tempura. The batter had a nice flavor and texture, but the vegetables were cut quite large, and some of the thicker pieces weren't cooked through. They had an almost al dente texture, which took away from what should have been a crisp, light tempura experience. We also ordered two hibachi bowls--shrimp and chicken. The shrimp was decent, but the chicken was noticeably overcooked and dry eith no flavor. For a hibachi-style restaurant, properly cooked, tender meat is one of the things we expect to be a highlight. One thing that also caught our attention was that we were told the cooks were Vietnamese rather than Japanese. To be clear, nationality does not determine someone's ability to prepare great food, and we have absolutely nothing against that. However, there was a strong emphasis on the food being "from Japan," so we felt the overall presentation and messaging could have been clearer and more authentic. There is definitely potential here--the restaurant has a nice setting and could be a beautiful place for a meal. Unfortunately, based on the food quality and preparation during our visit, we would give it 2 out of 5 stars. Hopefully, the kitchen can improve the consistency and cooking of the dishes, because with some attention to those details, this could be a much better dining experience.

Of course, nothing quite compares to sitting in the restaurant with a steak fresh off the grill, but if you're looking to enjoy Texas Roadhouse at home, this is the next best thing. The pickup process couldn't have been easier. After checking in online and entering my parking spot number, a friendly team member was at my car almost instantly. She greeted me with a smile, let me know my order was just finishing up, and returned moments later with everything. Before leaving, she even took the time to make sure the order was complete and asked if I had any questions or needed to go over anything. That's the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The packaging deserves recognition too. Everything was clearly labeled, neatly organized, and packed with care. They included every condiment we could possibly need--plenty of butter, ranch, utensils, napkins, and all the little extras that are often forgotten elsewhere. It felt like they genuinely wanted us to have the full Texas Roadhouse experience at home. Now for the food--and it absolutely delivered. My filet was cooked perfectly and reminded me why Texas Roadhouse continues to be one of my favorite places for steak. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and my wife and son thoroughly enjoyed their steak and burger as well. Every meal traveled well and tasted fantastic. One unexpected surprise was opening the bag to find several bags of their famous peanuts. I always thought those were something you only enjoyed inside the restaurant, so that little touch made us smile and made the meal feel even more authentic. We were also able to put some gift cards to great use, making an already wonderful meal an even better value. If you're not in the mood for dining in, I highly recommend giving their curbside To-Go service a try. It's fast, efficient, well organized, and thoughtfully executed. Texas Roadhouse proves that takeout doesn't have to feel like a compromise--it can still feel like a complete dining experience. As they say, everything's bigger in Texas, and Texas Roadhouse certainly delivers. Thank you for a delicious meal, outstanding service, and an at-home steakhouse experience that exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely be back!
