I was busy with various life happenings and he was extremely flexible and communicative throughout the whole condo hunting process, showing me 7 locations total in Winter Haven and with good vibes throughout the entire process. He made sure to find me an amazing home which I'm currently moving into and I'm more than satisifed with his service. I would recommend William and the IPG Realty team to anyone seeking a place in central Florida. We were in Florida just after Hurricane Emma. We are senior citizens and we were staying at one of the pricey resorts and scheduled to check out Sunday morning at 10 am. As it turned out turned out I had to take my wife to the hospital at 2:00 am that same morning. She had to have emergency surgery and was going to be hospitalized for a week or more. Before her surgery and because I had to check out by 10 am and that was when the surgery was scheduled, I went to the resort and explained the situation. I was told that if I wanted to stay there I would have to pay triple what I originally paid. I said thank you very much and checked out. I found the Budget Inn East less than a mile from the hospital. When I went in, I was informed that they had offered the inn to FEMA. When I explained my predicament the manager said he would be very happy to help me. He gave me an excellent weekly rate and I moved in so to speak. After my wife was released from the hospital she was told she could not travel for another week or so. So I brought her back to the Budget Inn. The manager and his staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond in seeing that my wife was comfortable during our stay. I pray that none of you have to stay for the reasons I did, but I highly recommend this motel. And it is conveniently located.

We just spent 10 days in an owner-rented 1 bed 1 bath condo. We had a fantastic stay! We arranged…read morethrough HomeAway/VRBO and everything went smoothly. Our unit was pet-friendly for our small beagle and we did pay a slightly higher deposit, which is expected. The unit was clean, modern, and well-appointed, although to what extent can vary depending on who you rent from. We generally rent a condo or house when visiting Orlando for the space and being able to use a full kitchen and laundry. Also, the cost is generally FAR less than hotels in the area. You may not be able to step right out to the Disney Monorail, but other than that, renting a condo far outweighs the other options. All told, we paid $64/night for our stay. You really can't beat it. Legacy Dunes is on the smaller side as far as places we have rented. There are 2 pools, a fitness room, a game room/lounge with air hockey and table tennis, a tennis court, a golf cage, and a couple of open grass areas for whatever else you might want to do. There are also pet walking areas with short trails and poop bags/cans out and about. There are no elevators, so if you require one for any reason, keep that in mind. As this visit was in the off season, the facilities were really pretty quiet...no more than 10-15 people down at the main pool most of the time. Parking was no trouble either. The property is very well maintained and we noted FAR more security here than any other place we've stayed, with guards making regular rounds. This property is TRULY gated, unlike most others, and while it can seem like a hassle it is a great feature. We never worried about our safety or our cars here. A lot of places have an unmanned gatehouse you can just cruise right by...not here. Without the key card you are NOT getting in. Tucked back off 192 but VERY close to everything...15 minutes tops to Disney, a little longer to the other parks that require a jaunt up I-4, and only because I-4 itself is generally a disaster, not because it's all that far. Publix and Target are within a mile, and any restaurant you could want up and down 192 (or for a little less craziness/tourists, try a trip up or down US 27 - lots there too). This has been our favorite Orlando rental by far, we will for sure be back!

As a disabled Veteran traveling with a toddler and two other children, I am appalled by the…read moreunacceptable conditions and lack of proper customer service we encountered. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room that reeked of a foul odor. Despite immediately informing your staff, nothing was done to move us. After investigating myself, I found the source of the smell--a soiled carpet in the far rear room on the right. It was only after I insisted that a staff member come to the room to experience the smell and see the soiled carpet that we were moved. The new room, while not as odorous, was still far below acceptable standards. The furnishings were outdated, lizards were entering the room, and the smoke alarm beeped incessantly throughout our first night. Additionally, condensation caused the return vent to leak, creating a hazardous environment. Furthermore, the condition of the bathroom was deplorable. The caulk around the tub was crumbling, and the jets for the jetted tub had deposits and rust, which I had to clean before using. To my disgust, I also found long, stringy hair in the tub. The freezer and refrigerator were filthy, with visible dirt and grime. Even the white towels had hair remnants on them, indicating a lack of proper laundering. On top of that, I found what appeared to be rodent droppings in the room. The sponges provided were cut in half to presumably save costs, raising concerns about whether sterile scissors were used. There was a hole under the sink in the kitchen leading to the tub area, cracked tiles on the floor, and hair in the side dresser drawer that did not belong to us. The floor and carpets were dirty throughout the room, and there were loose toilet tissue holders and electrical outlets that would not hold my iPhone chargers, further contributing to the unsanitary state of the room. On the second day, I requested a broom to manage the mess, especially given that we have a toddler crawling around. I was shocked to be informed that no brooms were available for guests and that housekeeping only cleaned on Wednesdays. This information was not provided at check-in, nor was I told that I needed to specifically request housekeeping services. To make matters worse, we woke up Wednesday morning to find the hallway flooded with water from the AC leaking from the ceiling. We left for Disney and was unable to inform the maintenance of the leak because we were out all day and hoped the housekeeping staff would see that we attempted to clean up the leak with our body towels to clean the floor because no cleaning supplies were provided. With a toddler, this situation was not only unsanitary but also dangerous. We gathered the trash and placed the soiled towels in a pile, expecting them to be retrieved and replaced during the scheduled cleaning on Wednesday. Instead, we returned to find the room in the same state. The front desk staff then informed me that it was my fault for not specifically requesting a cleaning, despite her previous assurance that cleaning was done on Wednesdays. When I expressed my frustration and concern for my family's health and safety, the front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. She mentioned that she didn't need the job and was only working for extra money, showing a complete lack of empathy or responsibility. She even blamed me for not leaving on the first day if I was unhappy and insisted that it was my fault for not knowing I needed to request specific services, despite the lack of clear communication at check-in. The excessive trash left in the room caused my toddler to trip and hit her head on the hard tile floor, which caused her to bite her tongue and draw blood. This incident could have been easily avoided if the room had been cleaned or even if the floor had been swept when I requested it. This experience has been distressing and has significantly impacted what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I rely on clear communication and support from the facilities we stay in to ensure my family's safety and comfort. The conditions we faced were not only unsanitary but also dangerous, especially for my toddler. As a disabled Veteran, I've slept in worse conditions while deployed; but I wasn't paying a fee to live in deplorable conditions. I was unprepared for the condition of this timeshare location, but only decided to share my experience after Tawanna (sic) insisted on asserting my failures by choosing to stay here instead of acknowledging that a miscommunication occurred and presented a solution with empathy.

I had to go back. I requested a resort map, which should have been in the resort folder, they told me they didn't have one. She finally walked me to the laundry. She told me the cost but it too was wrong and I had to pay more. The laundry room was so small (closet like) the dryer door wouldn't open completely. The room was tacky & dated, the tile floor was sticky, and the mattresses were the worst I've even come across. We had to ask the desk to change our room or mattress because it was so old & and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping n a hole. They said they changed it but I think they just turned it around. I had to sleep in the middle, out of the hole, but it was Very uncomfortable. My husband ended up shoving the old comforter under his side of the mattress to be able to sleep. My son said the room looked like a Spring Break room with its two sleeper sofas in the living room. Also we were coerced into attending a time share presentation with an awful (worse than any fast food restaurant breakfast ever. Originally we were told the presentation would be very brief, we arrived & were told 1hour but it took over 90 minutes. The presentation staff were typically pushy and the "finance" person was so incredibly rude. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

We recently stayed in orlando and needed more room than a hotel room. It was spring break for my last 2 youngins. We stayed on vista cay resort property. We rented out a very nice, spacious 3 bedroom. Looking at the reviews made me skeptical. I had to see it for myself. Each apartment unit is different. The property is gated with passcode access. The grounds were well maintained and that was a good start. Once we entered the apartment it was just right for us with plenty of room. The entire apartment was nicely decorated with flatscreen tvs with cable channels in every room plus living area. Kitchen also had all the appliances, dishes for cooking if you would like. There was also a pool table to shoot pool for entertainment in the front room. My boys enjoyed that. Throughout the night it was very peaceful. No noise or any night disturbances from the neighbors. There is a very nice lake to walk around with plenty of parking near each apartment. I will definitely rent through milllenium properties in any state i visit that they have rentals in.
