The shuttle service that both Disney and the "good neighbor" hotels are wonderful (generally on time, drops you off at the park(s) and are free). One for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Both trips they only gave car seats that were front facing. The first trip I let it go even though it was terrifying to have my husband hold his arm up against our barely 19 lb one year old to protect him but the second trip I realized this company truly doesn't care to keep kids safe. I had to sit back with my son to keep my arm against my son to make sure if there was an accident that he would hopefully be protected but it was so stressful. Speaking to their management they tried to pin it on me that I didn't ask for specific car seats. They had me give the age of my kids when I booked. I even double checked before my trip that they'd have a car seat specifically for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Those ages are specified multiple times on my confirmation emails and my invoice. In what world do you put a one year old in a front facing car seat that's at least not convertible to put them in facing the back?! They offered a refund for the car seats cost but at this point I don't care if I get it or not. I care that no one ever books with this company that has small children because they will not take the time to make sure your kids are safe. There were other issues too with having the driver not be at baggage like they said they would and having to push for help with our bags but that's low on the totem pole. This company is garbage and should be ashamed of themselves.
