I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Andrew Lee for his exceptional care and expertise. I had been in pain since June 9 and visited my regular dentist twice -- on June 11 and June 17 -- but the source of the pain remained unresolved. The tooth I initially complained about (#18) had already been root‑canaled years ago and was part of a bridge with tooth #20. My dentist could not found an issue, so he referred me to an endodontist. That referral led me to Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee took a new X‑ray and then performed a CT scan to get a complete picture. After a thorough analysis, he detected a subtle but important change in tooth #20 -- the true source of my pain. He scheduled me for a root canal on June 29 and was meticulous in every step: preparing me carefully, ensuring I felt no pain, and performing the procedure with remarkable precision. He also guided me clearly on how to manage post‑surgery sensitivity. Thanks to Dr. Lee's skill, attention to detail, and ability to look at the bigger picture, I can finally say -- as of July 7 -- that I am pain‑free. My daughter had a root canal done by another endodontist and it failed. The other dentist left two canals with root material/incomplete and the tooth got reinfected and my daughter was in pain. The other endodontist even dug into the bone and created a "ledge". My daughter was even suffering from bone loss. Dr. Lee had to go in and try to fix the other endodontist's poor work and errors. Dr. Lee was patient and compassionate. He explained that what his work would entail, how complicated it was, and that it may not work. He said he would try to save the tooth, but he may not be able to, and it may need a surgical root canal through the side, or even extraction due to the damage, bone loss, and poor work of the other endodontist It took two visits over two weeks and amazingly, Dr. Lee was not only able to save the tooth but was able to correct the faulty root canal. We will go back in one year to check the progress of the tooth and see how the bone is regrowing around the tooth. He said none of the surgical interventions should be necessary. Throughout this entire process, Dr. Lee took the time to explain to me every step, then he would repeat, and explain it to my daughter. We were reassured and informed. We are so grateful to Dr. Lee that he is so adept at fixing root canals that have been performed poorly and not just failed, but failed miserably and caused such horrible pain and bone loss. This dentist was amazing, patient, kind and a great communicator. He kept us informed and was able to show patience and kindness with my disabled daughter who I took in for a complex root canal. Thank goodness for excellent care. The day after, my daughter said it was better. He listened carefully to my concerns before and coordinated with my dentist for the follow up. I did accidentally go to the wrong dentist in the same parking lot who has a sign Lee Orthodontics and have seen bad reviews that described exactly what I encountered. Thank god it was not that Dr. Lee. I would highly recommend using this dentist. He took the time and was careful. I have no idea how my daughter had no pain the day after because most people I know tell me it is painful. He really seems to know what he is doing and even though it was complex, he must have taken really good care and paid attention to detail. I really love the staff here they are super sweet from the front desk to the assistant DA to the dentist. They are all very professional. If I email them they contact me immediately when I'm complaining of pain and that I need to get seen sooner they got me in ASAP. I'm on my second root canal there have one more to go. Wow! I generally am not a big fan of going to the dentist and having to have a root canal is at the absolute bottom of my wish list of things to do... Dr Lee and his crew were really outstanding in their service and professionalism. He took a long time with me during the consultation and explained everything in detail, answering all my questions. Dr Lee and his staff made the dreaded root canal smooth and comfortable (wrll as comfortable as drilling deep into my tooth could be). They worked together smoothly and with obvious high regard for eachother, which lends to a better experience for me and eliminates human error. Their expertise shows in the minimal pain i have suffered, i saw how deep they drilled into my tooth and one little error and i would be aching! I was totally scared prior to my appointment. I have had oral surgery before and it was a bit traumatic- even for a grown woman. By the time Dr. Lee and his genuine, kind staff finished explaining what was needed and how to get there, I was ready for the novacaine (or whatever local anesthetic they used). The Dr. was patient and cautious to include me in every step as he performed this surgery. He came into the building and first thing, came to the room I was waiting in and greeted me, a quick check in. On 10/8/2021 had an appointment/consultation with Dr. Lee for some root canal treatments. it was our first meeting. Dr Lee came highly recommended by my Dentist due to the complexity of the treatment requirements. Dr Lee was very thorough and checked out all of the teeth in question. He checked for sensitivity to temperature, impact and how structurally sound they were. He also looked at my X-rays in great detail. After checking everything out he described the issues with each of the affected teeth. He gave me his honest and professional opinion about the restorability of the teeth, which was guarded. He told me to speak to my dentist about his prognosis and decide what we wanted to do. He said he would treat my 3 teeth if that was my dentist and my decision.
