I have a client from a large law firm that had a trial at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles, I was worried because I had not worked with Concord before, but they were highly recommended from a friend. We needed 35 exhibit trial binders x 5 sets for the court. They also were able to provide electronic exhibit stickers on first page of every exhibit. Problem is like all trials, things are done the last minute and we needed it done over the weekend and in court Monday morning. My law firm had a large eDiscovery project in Downtown Los Angeles.   My client was concerned with costs so I contacted a couple of esi discovery companies including Concord. Concord provided the best solution and at the right price.   I felt better using them knowing they've been in business for 26 years and do work for many government agencies. I can't say enough about this company. This summer, I decided to create my own educational materials for my school. I had no idea what the heck I was doing. It turned out that I needed to scan the materials to pdf before I could print them. If I had done it myself, I would be scanning until 2025. This company got it done in a flash and the owner was incredibly sympathetic to my every need. After researching and talking to several companies, I chose Concord for scanning and digitalizing several binders of custom educational material. I was nervous at first, since these materials were my one and only copy, and I could not afford to loose even 1 page. I and am extremely happy with the results. I needed a banner sized piece of paper scanned and called Concord DT. The lady who helped me over the phone, Jennifer, was very patient with my questions and making sure I could get the document scanned by the time I needed it. Douglas took care of the scanning once I was there and he was very friendly fast and efficient. The scans look great and it took under 10 minutes for what I needed. I think they have a minimum order price but they still helped me when I was below their minimum. Very thankful and will definitely use again sometime in the future! read more
