HORRIBLE SERVICES: I explained before coming that it will take me 1hr to get there the day of. I got there and they were made in the wrong size. mind you, I spoke through the phone about the size and quantity and even emailed the size and quantity of the postcards and on the invoice it clearly said the size and quantity that I ordered. So I get there and they were made wrong! Drove 1hr to get there and they were made wrong. They said they can fix the order and it will be ready in 2hrs. That brings me back to the scam where they offered faster services for 100$ more when really they can make them in a couple of hours. So I come back after a couple of hours to get the ones that were remade and they tried selling me the ones they made in the wrong size. And I said no. I believe they made those wrong purposely to try making more sales. And they disregarded my time as a customer and tried scamming with fees for faster services. I did my research and they sold 7x5 post cards for 29cents each which is pretty pricey considering I got 500 of them. For 500 post cards you can get them for 16cents-19cents a card. I highly recommend to avoid this place or at least do your research before going there and say no their scam which is 100$ more for next day pick up.

The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. I would definitely trust them any projects and will definitely be using them in the future!

I used them in the fall of 2012 for printing and they did a great job, the owner that was. Since…read morethey did a good job I thought I would go use them again, unfortunately it was not the same results. I had talked to then emailed the owner what I had needed printed he said he could get it done the same day, which was great. I did not know this but he was having his employee work on it, which is fine, if he knew what he was doing. The printing order was printed crooked on the paper. I also had an insert that was printed on 11x17 paper. There was only about 30 rows down on the sheet, last time they made it so it fit the whole sheet, which would make sense. Unfortunately, the employee did not think. He just pressed print without even looking at print preview or what they looked like once they printed. I asked him why it did not fill the whole sheet and he just shrugged his shoulders. I would have made the font bigger if I would have know that. I expected too much from them apparently, to use their noggin. I will not be returning to this place. I like supporting local businesses but its hard when they mess up the order. If you have the owner do it, it will turn out great, I wouldn't trust anyone else there.

They did an amazing job and delivered the banner in the time promised. We also printed business cards and their work is amazing. We had business cards printed on Vistaprint and the quality was horrible. Vistaprint even redid it and they were still not good that's why we wanted to have them remade. Arlete checked the file to make sure we wouldn't have the same issue and the business cards turned out perfect. They pay attention to detail, have reasonable prices, and have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to use their services.

When the timeline fell apart, I was not fully refunded, even though no real work was done. Sam claimed he "worked on my project all morning," but the only thing that happened was downloading my file to see if it could even be printed. That's it. I also had to follow up myself just to get basic answers. They kept $35 for no service. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Businesses that take upfront payment, misrepresent work done, and refuse full refunds are not trustworthy. Plenty of better options out there -- save your money and go elsewhere.

What can I say about Rush Copy? Just this…read more... If you need to make a couple of simple copies and this is close in proximity to you....Go here. If you need to make copies of your resume for headshot purposes....Go here. (They have pre-cut 8x10 paper, which makes your life a whole lot easier) If, however, you need a BIG copy job done that's going to require a lot of customer service and one-on-one attention.....you guessed it......don't go here. I've been making copies at Rush since I moved to LA in '05 (for the simple fact that it's close to home) and I have yet to be greeted with a smile. I've walked in on a few inappropriate arguments between the owner and staff or wife of owner and staff. But a smile? Not a one. Eh well....I guess it's not that important in the world of paper inking. They actually do pretty good work (which is why I still go there).....but I just wish they'd un-bunch their undies....and SMILE!!!!!
