I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

They just sat her in the waiting room for 3 hours. Driving down Loudon Road I accidentally hit a curb, causing my right front tire to quickly go flat. My first thought was to try to reinflate the tire, but then thought better of the idea, opting instead to have it checked by professionals at TFT. Arriving a little after 5:00 when they close at 6:00 I didn't really expect much help. But to my surprise Chris (the manager) got my car in almost immediately and took great care of me... and with a smile and good attitude to boot!
