    What I asked for
    Christine C.

So I went to Zuri in between visits and came back here instead, rememberingthis place's service. I showed the manager what I wanted and she came back with a mock up she tested on an acrylic nail for me! I've never had anyone make a sample for me before! She also showed me nail art they are capable of on her phone. 5/5 stars!

Go here if you want to spend 2.5 hours sitting in a chair for just nails. I wanted a quick full set, but ended ups staying here all afternoon because she was chatting so much. The nails are fine, nothing insane. What is the worst part is they were $85. I got VERY short French tip acrylic. That is an insane price. If it was quicker, maybe I could understand. I'm very unhappy.

Everything was fantastic. Jimmy was full of energy and fun. He recommended a color I might not have thought of myself and I love it! Vivian did my pedicure, and it was right at the top of my list of best pedicures. She matched my nail color perfectly even though there was not a direct match. She mixed two polishes and it looks stunning.

Fast, friendly service and got exactly what I wanted. Reasonable pricing for the amazing atmosphere they provide. Definitely will be going back!

I am actively looking for a nail place. I got my nails done on 12.14.23 and these pictures were taken in 12.24.23. The peeling began 12.19.23 after 5 days. It took over an hour and they had to redo several nails because they were too thick.

Ok so this used to be my fav spot then it went down hill. I went back today after a bout a year and will NEVER go back again. What a joke My nails done by the manager Cindy look like I did them myself. They were too short. Uneven bad and some were round some were straight corners. When I said anything g I got attitude. Now let's talk about the worse pedicure I've ever had. This lady told me basically shut up as she was the technician I said I'm im the damn customer now do it how I ask. The massage was all of 2 min and sloppy as hell. She kept pushing for me to have gel which I didn't want and then said ok if you don't want gel it's $10 to take off gel on your toes. I am soooooo disappointed My day off I'll be going to a real Professional set getting these nails that look like my grandson did them and professional nails on. Don't dare say you don't like they won't do shit about it. So now I remember why I stopped coming here and all my friends too.

I went today for the third time, probably won't be going back. Having grown out my nails, I have been doing dip because they are too thin to do gel without breaking. From reviews it seems the place is pretty hit or miss, but I guess I had been lucky on my previous visits. They don't clean under your nails or touch your cuticles much, which is whatever. I can come home and do it myself (but shouldn't have to when paying for a nail service). I went right after work today to avoid any rush, the shop was pretty quiet. Unfortunately my nails were rushed; my left and right hand look completely different in length and shape. My right pointer finger was filed so uneven that even after I asked her to even it out, it's still crooked. On the last picture you'll see the manager took a file to it after I had paid, in an attempt to straighten it out, but of course that just took some polish off and left it rough. I have a few bubbles on some nails from the old bottle of finishing polish - which can be hidden by a design or glitter, but irritates the crap out of me when it's solid color. I normally pay $50 total for dip, a tip on a broken nail, and including a $10 tip. Today I was charged $50 pre-tip, including $5 extra for doing multiple colors. Frustrating when you are charged more than usual for a sloppy job on your natural nails that will take much longer to grow out and match the other hand. Will go back to driving 25+ minutes for a shop I can rely on.

I enjoy going here. Friendly staff and welcoming ! It's a little further for me from home but I don't mind the drive to get better service than near by places near my home. I love the Gel Nails they do for me, makes them look very natural, doesn't go over my skin so then it peels off in a week like other places I've gone. She makes the gel thin and smooth where they last me a little over 3 weeks. Lee is my go to, she's so good at what she does! I've got dip nails here too and happy with my service.

Went to get my nails done last night and had them add chrome on top (which was an add on to my service), they did it the first time and I wasn't happy with it because it looked as pictured: scratchy and bubbled up on some. So they kindly buffed it off and redid it but they continued to still look like this afterwards. The whole service costed me $95!!! They didn't even take off the charge even though they knew I wasn't happy with it. They said I could come back and have them fix it but I will not be returning. Beware of this and be picky, especially if you're paying that much money for what should be a perfect nail service.

Messed up my polish putting my feet into my sandals and didn't mention it or fix it.

This place is so close to me that I decided to give it a try despite the bad reviews. Prices are about average and the front desk lady, Lindsey, is very sweet. So things started off on a good note. The manicure and pedicure were also about average. I will say that I had gel polish on my feet before this and most of it had come off except on the big toe. It didn't seem like she took the time to actually take it off correctly, just filed it down a bit. I could tell the paint job wasn't great but I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. Just really sloppy. It's a shame because this is a nice place and so close to me. Guess it's back to my old favorite.

I came in around lunch time for a full set of acrylics. "Do you want dip?" "No, acrylic" "So you don't want dip?" "No, I want acrylic." I'm asked to sit at a station and I'm given a book of gel color to look at. I guess there's no option for colored acrylic, not even ye old pink and white. Oh well. There are two books of options of color. I use some of the hand sanitizer next to the station while I decide. The tech arrives and asks, "You want dip?" "No, acrylic please." "You don't like dip?" "No" At this point I'm wondering if I should ask if they even offer acrylic, even though it is on their list of services. I do not. I do not say anything when she doesn't touch my cuticles and goes straight in on my natural nail with her drill. I do not say anything when she grabs a dirty file and goes to town to the beat of Dolly Parton's 9-5 that is blaring through the speakers even though there is only 5 people in the whole shop. I do not say anything when she forgets to add a tip to my thumb nail and has to get her box back out. I don't say anything when she pulls out a 1.5" filbert brush to apply acrylic. I don't say anything when she drips acrylic on to my fingers, or when she peels my skin away from the flooded acrylic to get that dirty file deep in to my cuticle. I should have, but I didn't. To be honest, they don't look bad to the point anyone else would notice now that I've peeled the excess super glue and from my skin and taken my drill to the underside of the nails. My cuticles are inflamed and bleeding in spots, and I'm cringing when I think about how nothing used was sanitized. Apparently they have a full bar, which is pretty cool. I don't think I'll be returning though due to the sanitary issues and good lord the country's biggest hits at 95% volume had my head pounding. I paid $65 after a $10 tip.

I had a great first experience here today! Jimmy did a dip nail removal, and then added new dip nails for me today. He checked in with me several times throughout the process to make sure the shape and color was what I wanted, and they turned out great! I will come back!

So much for a matching mani and pedi. They don't clean your nails after. Horrible customer service. My pedicure lady was great, too bad she works here. I'll gladly spend my $100 dollars elsewhere.

I was in dire need of a pedicure and did some googling and came across Zuri. I pass by here almost weekly and never noticed it was a nail salon! I read through some reviews and went directly to their website to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had an amazing experience. And I don't say that lightly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you walk into a nail salon and feel unwelcome because everyone is so busy and focused on their work. But I truly felt welcome there. I selected "random" on the tech for the pedicure and hit the jackpot! Kayla is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable with everything she did. She always asked if the water temperature was okay, if what she was doing felt good. And she was incredibly detailed clipping, filing, and polishing each toe nail. I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best basic pedicure and nail polish I've ever had. I love that she listened to me and understood that I don't like my toe nails cut too short or left too long. She got them to the perfect length and made sure to ask if I liked it. I would highly recommend her services! The salon is super clean, trendy, bright, and smells nice. You're offered drinks-non alcoholic & alcoholic beverages were available but I went with a cold water. If you're looking for a nail salon that welcomes new customers, focuses on cleanliness and catering to their customers this is the place for you. I will most definitely be back!

I have mild palmoplantar psoriasis--a non-contagious skin condition and without any flair ups --and instead of making me feel welcomed, the staff made me feel judged the entire time. The pedicure was rushed and barely addressed my calluses/extra skin (which is the entire reason I get pedicures! Is to keep the extra skin I produce off). No callus softener was used, and when I asked for more effort, it was done, but met with an energy as if I was crazy for asking that, again, it's literally the ONLY thing I look forward to and need. The neon yellow polish I chose was applied without a white base, making it look dull and sloppy. Then I was asked if it was ok - which kind of confused me, because shouldn't an experienced nail tech know that a white base is required for neon colors to pop properly? It looked horrible and I had to have her remove it. For my manicure, I asked for dip powder, but the tech convinced me into some "new gel technique" that burned my nails every time she put them under the light and smelled horrible. The result was so bad, it literally oozed onto my skin, and didn't stick to my nails because I couldn't cure the gel due to the burning sensation under the light. Felt like I was placing resin on my nails. When I mentioned the details I was experiencing and in as kind of a manner as I could and that it was ok I could just go to my usual place, I was met with an exchange of words in Vietnamese, which frustrated me even more and semi attitude from some of the staff. I really didn't mean to make anything difficult and I even mentioned paying for what I could and that I'd just happily leave. I finally was able to get up to leave and go straight to my usual salon to have everything redone. To add the cherry on top - I still paid $70 for this service. Beautiful inside and the salon and I really liked the way they displayed the colors they have, that was actually really nice. Their follow-up message basically blamed my skin condition instead of acknowledging their lack of care and professionalism. For anyone with even the slightest skin issue or who expects basic customer service: stay far away. EDIT AFTER REVIEW RESPONSE: Your response only confirms my frustration. Let me be crystal clear: I didn't come to your salon for medical treatment - I came for a basic pedicure and manicure like I've had at countless other salons without issue. What I received was rushed, low-effort service and a lack of care. My feet weren't properly prepped, my calluses weren't addressed, and the neon polish was applied without a base coat - resulting in a dull, sloppy finish. On my hands, I was pressured into a gel service I didn't even want, which burned my nails and smelled awful. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and $70 lighter... only to immediately go to my usual salon to have everything redone the right way. Your continued focus on my skin condition as a scapegoat is both dismissive and tone-deaf. This wasn't a health issue. This was a quality and professionalism issue. Own that. Do better.
