Thought I'd do a 2021 update! Especially during these crazy times. This nail salon truly never lets me down. They handle everything with professionalism and class. I typically come here for a spa pedicure after work and it is always super clean which makes me feel at ease. They are always playing soothing music and I usually fall asleep in the massage chair! Plus if I need my nails done I know John will get me in and out of there in a flash. They have a great variety of colors as well. Julie is still phenomenal at eyebrows and whatever else you need in terms of waxing needs. Prices are pretty affordable, they do not overcharge in terms of the amenities you get like other salons I've been to. It's just my reliable nail spot that I know what I am getting when I go there. A close friend and I decided to here for the 1st time last Saturday just to catch up. At the time I just wanted a pedicure in which I got the $37 pedi which was the next after the basic pedi. The massage chairs we sat in was a bit rough on us and that could just have been due to the fact we really didn't know what to expect nor really how to even work the remote. I guess I was too busy gossiping and catching up that I didn't really pay attention to how my pedicure went needless to say I loved it. I came back 5 days later (Today) to get my nails done. When I called to make the appt as well as when I walked in I specifically requested to get a manicure with dip powder on my natural nails. Maybe I didn't know what I was asking for because I didn't get a manicure more like just a full dip set on my natural nails. I figured my cuticles would get tended to and nails prepped and ready for the color as if I was getting fake nails put on. I got a deluxe pedicure with paraffin. The foot scrubbing was good, my calluses were rubbed off vigorously, my cuticles were cleaned up nicely. Paraffin helped heal some of the dryness in my feet but the wax was too hot the first time the girl put my foot in the bag. Great polish application and a super cute flower design, picture posted. Four weeks later, my heels are starting to turn into a mess again but the polish on my toes still looks awesome. $40 for pedicure, callus removal, paraffin treatment, margarita, and a flower design on my big toes. Add $5 for a tip. two months later when I took off the polish, the nails on my big toes had been damaged. not sure how that happened but it has never happened before in my life. took six months to grow out the damaged nail beds. i would be reluctant to return. read more

We all got the deluxe package for both mani/pedis. My pedicure was really good but the massage could have been better as I did get the deluxe package. When we were all getting our manicures I noticed that I was the only one that got the Paraffin wax and the 3 others did not get it? We all got the same service? They do offer drinks while you get your pedicure/manicure done. They are on the pricier side compared to other locations. This place is really big and clean. P.S. After having my color on my toes for a few weeks, my toes turned blued after taking off the polish. I came here for my sister's bachelorette party/girls-day-out last week for some manicures and pedicures. The salon has an extremely convenient location, though it's a little tucked away off the street. Walk-ins are welcome! The employees were all very nice and there were enough of them to do all of our pedicures at the same time! There are about 20 massage/pedicure chairs facing each other (and flat screens on either side for your television needs) and the chairs were VERY comfortable and relaxing. The prices were reasonable (my pedicure was $35 or so) and it was obvious that they do more cleaning than the government minimum. The manicures all looked very professional and, again, the pedicure was amazing. They slapped all kinds of scrubs and lotions on my legs, making them super soft. I've already recommended this place to my mom since she's in the market for a new nail place. The decor is a little much but it doesnt bother me really. The have rooms for Facials and Massages as well, so it seems they can take care of any spa service you may need. read more

I loved this place!! I have always had a bad experience with nail salons but this place exceeded my expectations. They were all so kind and did a great job. They didn't rush my nails and did a great job with my pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure did a fantastic job. At other places the people who have done my pedicure were too harsh with my feet but the girl here was great. I felt relaxed which was something I haven't felt in a while. The service was phenomenal, making sure o was okay at all times. The man doing my nails did so great and made them exactly how I wanted. I wasn't sure about length so he sampled some before doing the entire hand that way. If you're looking for a nail salon I wouldn't recommend this one for a couple of reasons. The service was great, but I got ripped off on a manicure big time! I usually go to Miniluxe, but there are none in the burbs so I decided to try this place. I was promptly greeted and told them I wanted a full pedi and my fingernails filed and shaped with no polish. I was invited to pick a color from the samples. They don't want you to browse the actual nail polish which I guess helps them stay more organized and find the polishes when they need to. They do not have the fast drying polish that doesn't require a lamp here! Seriously?! You can get the Essie brand at the pharmacy so I don't know how a full scale nail spa doesn't offer any kind of quick dry polish. My nail tech was really nice and friendly. I really liked her. She did a great job on my toes and she filed and buffed my fingernails. However, when I got my bill I was charged $15 for a manicure! I didn't get any cuticle work, no clipping, and no polish. This is probably my own fault for not asking how much it would be to get my nails shaped and buffed, but I never would have thought it would be $15 for something that took 5 minutes! $5 would have been a more reasonable price. This salon could have easily gotten 4 stars if they offered quick drying nail polish and I would have given them 5 stars if my "manicure" hadn't been $15. read more

I waited 30 minutes for someone to fix my ruined toes. They took other customers and helped them while I still waited. I had to leave without getting my toes fixed. Now I'm going to have to find a different salon just to get this fixed. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Got a pedi here not too long ago. Actually, it was a couple months ago, but I still have the toe nail polish because I am disgusting and lazy. Anyway, I don't remember the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was extremely friendly and very professional. My feet felt like they had been taken back five years; convenient as my feet seem to age five years faster than the rest of me. I always feel weird and awkward letting someone fuss with my toes, but I felt a lot less awkward than I did normally. I let it leak that I spoke Vietnamese and she engaged me like a human being! I've been here at least 10 times. Depending on who you get to do your nails, it'll not be done very well. I love Lisa, Young and John there's also two other nail techs there that are good and make sure you get what you pay for and care about how your nails turn out. (I mean after all our nails are a reflection of your business) I hate paying good money and they just are lazy like today the dip mani. My Dipped Manicure was horrible I have skin hanging off and the little massage they give you at the end was just like she was putting lotion on but didn't give me the experience I'm supposed to get. The nails are not even the same length. I've been coming here every week to every other week for services but I will be looking else where. Since my money or business doesn't seem to matter I'll look else where to spend my money!! DO NOT COME HERE if you value your time. She never pointed me to the colors which are all over the place which was annoying because after choosing one in a small selection I saw an even larger selection that was somewhat hidden. She seated me & said just a few minutes so I sat in ICE COLD water for almost 30 minutes before I finally had to leave. I had no appointment and am more then understanding about wait times esp since I was a walk in as long as there is clear communication. I would have opted to come at another time or make an appointment if somebody told me they wouldn't be able to get to me for 30 minutes. The original lady who greeted me was older and so rude. She never updated me once. Another kind lady checked in once to say just a little while longer but unfortunately this was after already waiting almost 15 and it wasn't until I was nearing 30 minutes that I couldn't take it anymore & left. I came here Friday to get a mani/pedi since I was in the area. I was greeted immediately upon entering. And I was in the pedicure chair soon after that. I liked that they allowed your feet to soak in the water for a few minutes before they get started to actually allow the skin to get soft. It's pretty annoying when you barely touch the water and they was to start. They offered something to drink; which always makes the pedicure feel more relaxing. I called ahead to get pricing for a pedi/ mani for two little girls. The women on the phone told me it's 30$. I asked if that was per child or for both. She said both. I asked again for each individual child or for both, she again told me for both. (I made my appointment based off this phone call). I had found this place on yelp and saw it had pretty good reviews. She said to come in with in 30 mins. I was a few mins late when I arrived, so I had no problem waiting. (Reasonable, you miss your time you wait...all good). Everything was pretty good till they got to my manicure. It was not done well at all. I wanted dip but they did not shape them well and sideways nail. They also put on the wrong color powder. (Not a big deal sometimes you get a bad tech.) My pedi was good so I was feeling ok about it. Got to pay and the total seemed high. I asked what I was being charged for. They charged me per child. I had said I called ahead and I was told different. Some women comes to the front. (I assume the women I spoke to on the phone.) She says no it $30 per child, I was confused because I asked multiple times. If that's the case it's fine but that's not what you told me. She proceeds to argue with me even though I said I would pay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Won't ever go back! I was planing on tipping $30 any way for the nail tech who did our feet. Got dipped nails and they looked horrible after only a week. The last 3 nails on each hand had big gaps. When first done I tried to encourage the man working on them to do more cuticle work, which he didn't. Too, he didn't listen very well about the shape I had wanted. I went in and said I didn't want my money back, but just wanted them fixed. All I kept hearing was the gaps were "growth". I stated that was odd since it was only 6 out of 20 nails that had gaps. They offered no concessions for the obviously lack of attention to detail. And seemed very uninterested in taking any responsibility for the poor workmanship. So because of lack of time, I just had them put on acrylics and ended up paying full price. New technician, Heather, didn't listen to how I wanted my thumbs shaped and took file out of my hand when I tried to shape them. The other 8 nails did turn out well and I received some compliments. I had come here for about a year and usually enjoyed my experience. I will NOT be back. Stand by your work. read more

First and last time. Lady i was assigned spoke very very little English. She could not align my nails correct nore trim them or buffer them evenly. I came to this salon on the recomendations of other yelpers. :/ Called in to get a pink and white full set, and they were able to get me in no problem. The man that did my nails was very rough, knicked my fingers several times. Worst of all he starting cutting my nails before I told him how long I wanted them, the problem was he started cutting them shorter than I normally would get. I turned away for 10 seconds he cut them, didnt even ask me if it was ok. Supposedly they offer you free beverages, but I was never offered anything along with several other people in the salon.
