Highlights * 6 night stay for 2 adults (adults only) * King Room - Lagoon Side - 8th Floor * 4/5 Would come back! We were originally planning on staying here in December 2024 for a friends birthday and New Year's celebration, however, those plans were ruined. I appreciate the intentionality and beauty behind the aesthetic they design for ocean club to be a boutique arm of the Condado hotel family. It is a completely different vibe from that of the Vanderbilt, which exudes a traditional European brand. Ocean club is the cool, vibey, minimalistic and modern cousin that you know you can count on to have a good time! CHECK IN: Check-in was a breeze, and we were luckily able to check into our room earlier than expected, which was a huge win after a very early flight. Upon check-in, you receive a wristband which will operate as your key to access your floor and your room. You feel the ocean vibes right away and the lovely fragrance piped in throughout the hotel is delightful (I forgot to ask what it was!). BEACH IS NOT FOR SWIMMING MAJOR TIP: If you are planning on swimming in the ocean, the beach right outside of the hotel is not intended for that. The waters are very choppy, and there are a lot of large rocks on the shoreline and the hotel specifically advises us not to swim there. There are a number of really great swimming beaches within walking distance which we had the pleasure of exploring multiple times. ROOMS: Walk in and paradise is before you whether you have the lagoon or ocean view. We always came back to a super clean and fresh room which meant a lot - especially since sand gets everywhere! The bathroom layout was nice and I liked the "ladder style" towel rack which provided space to hang wet swimwear. However - it was really difficult to dry anything without a balcony. VIEW: With the lagoon view, be mindful that you can see the lagoon, however the room does face busy Avenida Ashford and a parking lot (which is also where water sports tours and kayaks depart from). POOL & AMENITIES: From the lobby you're able to access the restaurant, Social, which is open for all meals but definitely check the specific hours. The infinity pool is a really nice touch because it really does feel like you're almost one with the ocean. A little disappointing that we couldn't directly walk in to the ocean and swim from there but it's really not far. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool and really helpful that they also had sunscreen and aloe vera outside in case you forgot your own. There is a small gift shop in the lobby with some really gorgeous and unique pieces from clothing, but where jewelry bags and accessories. The hotel is pretty serene but hosts special events, so be mindful of what is on the schedule when you visit. There was a DJ residency during our stay (and for 3 more weeks), which was a nice energy boost during the day on Saturday. But for someone looking for quiet that day, they might have been frustrated. Non hotel guests pay admission to attend these events. VALET / PARKING: Since we rented a car, we were able to ballet it with the hotel, Diego was awesome! Just note that although you are a guest of the hotel, there is still a $30 ballet charge every night we parked there the first two nights, and then continued to find street parking in the area, which is successful if you have a little bit of patience! RESEARCH = MUST: As with any location, do your research to ensure you're getting the experience you are looking for! This hotel was wonderful despite a few minor hiccups. We stayed at the Condado Ocean Club the day before our cruise. The Uber to it and check in was super easy. One negative was the "resort fee", which is the reason why I've reduced a star. When people stay at your hotel, they want to book at a price and for you to charge them that specific price. Condado decides to add a random "resort fee" when you check in, in order to squeeze more out of their guests without stating it on the front end. That is shady, and it removes a full star for that unethical business practice. However, that is really where the negativ w s end. The facility is beautiful, and very welcoming. The location couldn't be more perfect, and the amenities of the facility were exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and minimalistic, without being dated. We were able to walk to a wide variety of attractions to see San Juan without needing to get an Uber. The restaurant was excellent, with unique dishes and drinks to sample. We really had a fantastic time here, and we can't wait to visit San Juan again in the near future! read more

I love that it is adults only that's the biggest perk and the place is beautifully decorated. The staff are Super Duper, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. This hotel is right on the beach, has a nice little infinity pool with a poolside bar, and most importantly NO KIDS allowed! In certain areas they could pay a little bit more attention to the details. For instance the decorative pillows were stained, but that bed was so freaking comfortable! Oh and the floor to ceiling windows and beachfront views are unmatched! Overall, I really enjoyed it for a great stay over if you're taking for a cruise. read more

We checked in on a Friday afternoon (bad bunny concert) the staff were very friendly. The elevators were broken which was an issue as I have a bad knee and walking up and down isn't ideal. (Wasn't broken our entire stay, but relevant nonetheless). The room was beautiful and we had a nice ocean view. The housekeeping staff also very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was mid. And the service was bad. I unrolled a silverware only to find a nice kiss embedded by someone's lipstick. Cute. The infinity pool was nice and warm and they even had a DJ on Saturday afternoon. Condado Ocean Club has a few things going for it: the views, the pool, and the staff. I did not have a bad time but I would not stay here again. It's a small, boutique hotel in Condado. While there is not much in the immediate vicinity, a 10-minute walk can prove fruitful and Ubers are available within minutes. Staff is fantastic. From Andres at check-in to Alfredo (an absolute gem) and Juan (I think) on the pool deck, and everyone else we interacted with, the staff were amazing. So friendly and so helpful. We had an ocean view room and the view was perfect. The beds were OK, not great, and had I realized they were low (I need a high bed), I would not have stayed here. Cleanliness is majorly lacking. There were hairs (not ours) in the bathroom. While I never saw a bug, there was a dead bug on the bathroom door frame. Our room never should have passed inspection. The design, while aesthetically pleasing, is not great from a functional standpoint. The shower is walk-in but the handle is under the showerhead. Also, it's a glass half-door, so water was constantly spilling into the main part of the bathroom when we showered. We went through lots of towels because of that. I was excited because the towel rack looked like a warmer as well, but alas, it was not. The only two hooks were behind the bathroom door, as was the rack, so nothing could dry. Our sink did not have a drain cover, so it was hard to wash our clothes. The hair dryer barely worked yet got so hot that you could smell the plastic burning within minutes. There was one chair for the seating area. A Curio cabinet that hosted the minibar did not close properly and a picture was hung crooked. We did appreciate double luggage racks. However, Condado Ocean Club felt cheap, and I understand that at $350/night, you are only getting a basic hotel and the bare minimum, but I was hoping for a little better. The room was serviced once during our stay and that was a disappointment. No vacuum, no cleaning of the the bathroom/mirror, just trash removal, towel replacement, and beds made. We wanted new sheets and missed that we had to put the placard on the beds, so had to contact housekeeping to get new sheets. Elevators are small and the elevator floors were always dirty. The pool was great. It's an infinity pool overlooking the ocean so we loved it. It was clean (we witnessed morning vacuuming/cleaning of the pool, so that was good). Water was cool so it was refreshing. The food and drink we had from the pool deck were good. However, if you are considering a day pass, don't do it. The cabanas are not worth the price. The cushions/pillows are old and dirty. There was always hair and debris on the deck, even in the cabanas, plus it is super slippery. Ocean Club has very fun vibes. They have events at their restaurant next door, like a rum tasting, and supposedly, a DJ at the pool on weekends. And the staff is great. But I would not return. read more

I mean overall its cool. There are times where the valet is hard to reach. There are times when no one is at the front desk but overall its good. The staff try hard and the hotel is in a good location. Would I stay again? I would probably go somewhere else to compare but the hotel is clean, nice and modern, not to big. We were a bit on the fence given some of the reviews, but honestly had a really lovely stay. We were only in town for three nights but the hotel's location allowed us to wander around a good bit. We did not eat at the hotel but did have pool side drinks. Hotel bar price, but they were good pours and well made. The view from the hotel room was ABSOLUTELY the best part. Hotel staff were very pleasant and the gym was not bad. We've had some pretty horrible hotel gym work outs, but really like the brightness of the gym as well as the equipment. If you want a relaxation day you have to rent a Cabana at the Ocean Club! Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach. The food here is good too, I highly recommend the truffle fries. My friend loved the shrimp Caesar salad as well. read more

For what we are paying the amenities here are low. Three restaurants in the hotel BUT two are only open Fri-Sun. You will not be accommodated if you don't have a reservation because they are full (stares at empty restaurant at 6:30). The room was nice enough but the beds were terrible, just soft and lumpy. There is a minibar with 350 ml wine and liquor for $45/bottle and juice and soda for $15 each. Water bottles were a bit scarce because housekeeping never had them on their carts and directed us to the front desk, where they told us to ask housekeeping. Because single bottles of water were like $12, MG walked down the street to a bodega and bought 2 gallon bottles for $3 each and we just refilled our own. Front desk staff were not ever helpful and it started to feel like we were pests. Be aware no one at the hotel will help you change a bill - like a twenty for five ones? Nope. Neither will the bar. They claim they are cashless but they are not. Mildly irritating. The pool area is small but the Infinity pool was pretty cool although shallow and narrow. The pool deck is in the sun by 10 but out of the sun by 2pm. We ended up only eating one lunch from the restaurant Social, served poolside. We did have their much hyped Social cocktail the afternoon we were leaving and it was good enough we had two. But the kick in that cocktail was supposed to be a flower-infused foam that makes your mouth tingle; instead it was a topped with a tiny bud that when sucked did have a tingle. There really isn't much of a beach, just a narrow strip of sand flanked by enormous rocks. The wind was so strong when we were there the beach was closed because the waves were enormous. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, I think I'd opt for an all-inclusive with an actual beach. read more

We stayed at the Condado Ocean Club for several days this month. Nice place! The staff was very responsive and friendly, very accommodating! The room was spacious and nice. Clean and modern! Nice bad! We had an upper floor king room overlooking the beach. If we went back, we'd opt for a 2nd floor room (I think it's the 2nd) ocean view, those rooms have balconies. Nice restaurant (separate review), serving food all day! The hotel is centrally located in the Condado area, lots of restaurants, shops, night spots within walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning around 3:00 AM after a long flight and offered to pay extra for an early check-in, but this was flatly refused. We were told check-in was at 4:00 PM, which left us no choice but to find another hotel in the middle of the night just to have a place to rest. This was extremely inconvenient and stressful. The room itself was generally clean, but the hairdryer had a brown, sticky, slime-like substance on it. I had to remove it with napkins and could only use the hairdryer while holding it with napkins, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Breakfast was also unnecessarily complicated -- every single time you want to have breakfast, you must notify the host in advance, even when there are clearly available tables. On top of that, when you order food, staff do not listen carefully and bring whatever they want instead of what was actually ordered, which happened more than once and was very frustrating. Another major downside is the beachfront. The shore is rocky and not swimmable, so if you're expecting to enjoy the ocean, you'll need to go to a different beach entirely, which defeats the purpose of a "beach club" hotel. Overall, for the price charged, the experience did not meet expectations. Between the lack of flexibility, cleanliness issues, poor service, limited beach access, and rigid breakfast policy, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers. read more

The hostess and our waitress were very rude, and the worst part was that it took them a long time to take our orders and bring the salads we ordered. We arrived in the morning and there were two other groups, a woman and two men, sitting there who had already eaten and paid their bills. I don't understand why there was such a delay, but when two white families arrive, Yesenia wants to be punctual and attentive. They came, ordered their food, and their food arrived almost instantly. That's not how customer service works. Every customer should receive high-quality service, especially if they choose to spend their money at your establishment. We were not rude or displayed any kind of off putting behavior so I don't understand why our service was so bad. All that, for the Caesar salads to be basic and not that good. Stayed here 4 nights during my most recent trip to Puerto Rico. I am glad I didn't read the reviews before booking my stay here. Some of these reviews sound nothing like the experience I had here. The hotel is extremely clean! The decor is fresh and inviting. The staff is so friendly, they greet you with a smile and are happy to fulfill all of your requests. We did book last minute so the only king sized bed they had was a laguna view but it was still pretty amazing. The room is spacious. There is a couch, desk, mini fridge, safe and coffee maker. As others have noted there is no microwave, but to be honest I think that's a trend now. I haven't seen one in many rooms at other hotels either. The room was cleaned every morning. The only thing that could have been improved is one morning they took all of our towels and didn't replace them. They brought them up quickly when I asked for them though. We were on the 9th floor, so maybe we were just too far up to hear, but I did not hear loud music or this "party" atmosphere other reviewers complained about. I was in the pool most nights until it closed and it was a very relaxing time every night. I enjoyed not having any children running around. The adults only atmosphere is honestly so perfect! We did take a video of the room upon departure because I was scared we would get overcharged, but all of our deposit came back. No issues there at all. The beach is beautiful to look at and lay out and catch some sun. However, it is rocky so going into the water may not be a good idea. It is an eco-friendly hotel though. I find that hotels like that don't mess with the natural environment of the beaches. Not a big deal to me because there are plenty of other spots nearby to get into the water. For how expensive this hotel is... I expected a lot more. The pool area is extremely small, and yes they cannot necessarily help this but it is something to be aware of. The accommodations are decent, but the rooms refrigerator did not work, nor did the TV! The hotel itself is missing some things that would have made this stay significantly more enjoyable. There is no microwave.... I know seems silly... But I couldn't warm up any of my left overs from dinner which was extremely annoying. The cleaning service also did not clean our room or make our beds for almost all of the days we stayed. We also had an overflowing trash for a few days. Overall, I am certain there must be better options for staying in Puerto Rico! read more

Stayed here for my 30th birthday and I loved the room! We chose a room facing the ocean and it was beautiful to see every day. Our room was clean and house keeping comes by everyday if you need them to. The pool is nice, has a bar, and is beach side! If you go down to beach area, it is pretty rocky which was a bummer because I love swimming in the ocean. I still managed, lol. Great experience overall! read more

Wouldn't stay here again. They take out $430 baseline for "hotel tariff" even after you pay the full amount just to get in the door plus $100 a night for incidentals. But if you're lucky they'll chip that down a few hundred and strip you from being able to do room charges. And this is fine as it encouraged us to escape the perpetual party environment and explore the actual culture and city of San Juan. Beyond that the facility is overpriced from the food to the drinks. A bag of chips in the room charged well above the $1.60 price tag you could get it for at the convenience store across the street. The front desk staff is rude and you're seemingly an inconvenience if you take them away from whatever they're openly doing on their phones. Other highlights of the trip were the 3 hour false fire alarm. What an excellent hotel!!! My hubby and I came here for our honeymoon in June and we had a blast! The oceanfront view is incredible and so luxurious feeling. The food at the hotel is pricey but worth it if you don't want to leave. The bar tenders at the pool are amazing and all deserve raises! Karla, Angel, and Carlos provided such wonderful service, drinks and vibes! Monica, Joseph and Diego were fabulous as well! I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff is courteous and friendly. Here they have valet parking and the price is pretty steep, they charge 25 dollars a day for parking. The place is a boutique hotel in San Juan, super well decorated, with an fun and young vibe, this place has a lobby bar, a clothing boutique in the lobby, weekend events with DJ, pool bar and a restaurant that is connected to the lobby with beach view sitting. The room views are ridiculously magical if you are in the rooms facing the ocean. The place looks pretty good, the reason I give the rate I am giving is because you need to look a bit closer in to see some of the things that can be better here. They do have an infinity pool, however the pool is pretty small for the amount of people that come and go into this hotel, they do not have another pool nor a hot tub, so the small infinity is all you get. The beach front is nice, but it is definitely not a very bathing friendly beach. The little boutique store is nice and they have some interesting items however the prices in this store are not realistic at all, 300 dollars for a bikini? I mean, they must be insane. The pool bar is very nice and the bartenders are friendly, now for the breakfast, it is sad, the food choices were a couple of sweet pastries and that is it. if you want a hot choice it is paid only. The gym, is small, very small, again not enough for the amount of people that actually goes into the gym and workout, you will be waiting for machines and weights. The rooms, I have not one thing to say about the rooms. I think the rooms were the best feature of this place, the bed was amazing and comfy, the view was majestic and the bathroom was really nice. I lived through 1 year of Covid quarantine and was looking forward to my trip to San Juan - horribly disappointed!! Staying at this hotel is like staying at a bad night club - loud music, drunk guests, and a cabana crowd that is unaccustomed to staying at a nicer hotel and don't know how to act around other guests. Two half naked women were all but having full on sex with a guy in the pool in front of everyone at 3 PM - with music blasting and friends cheering. Trashy!!! Do not stay here! This place is a trashy party / thug hang out masquerading as a boutique hotel. The hotel caters to "day trippers" they don't actually stay in the hotel / but rather rent out the cabanas by the pool and host pool parties - invading the pool deck and making it impossible for the paying guests of the hotel to enjoy their stay. But they fork over $$ to buy bottles of booze and champagne - split the cost among 30 friends taking up the space in the pool. Rooms are overpriced but nicely decorated. Non existent room service - rooms only cleaned after you have been there 4 days - trash never emptied - beds not made. Requests for towels go unanswered. Hotel guests looking to sit by the pool will find not enough lounges around the pool for paying guests - and seating areas are taken up by "day tripper" cabana renters. Not enough umbrellas to go around as well. Cabana guests and take drinks into the pool in glass containers creating a dangerous situation. Toward the end of the day the pool is littered with plastic solo cups. It's like a bad spring break hotel - only for $400-$600 a night. Do yourself a favor and book at the Vanderbilt next door. Management is rude and disinterested in customer requests and complaints. I slipped snd fell on the wet lobby floor and was told "I'm so sorry that you didn't pay attention to the clearly posted "wet floor" sign" - which was nowhere to be seen. Covering his butt and not so much as offering any assistance after I fell. A total let down after months of longing for a beach vacation post my COVID vaccination. I left early and got a room at the Condado Vanderbilt next door. It was like night and day for virtually the same money. read more

Despite being surprised by how expensive San Juan is (like Hawaii!) I am so glad I found Condado Ocean Club! Not only is it adults only SO lovely to enjoy the gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean without rugrats screaming and splashing about. DJ Gandhi is seriously the best DJ I've ever enjoyed at a resort or a pool party- just only on the weekends sadly. The staff was nice enough to switch the generic music to reggaeton (more appropriate for the island imo.) Drinks are pricey but the ginger coconut mojito is worth a try. The room service was great, nice to get lots of complimentary bottled water and a great view of the bay or the beach. Had a brief incident where a fire alarm went off around 10:45pm on Tuesday night, but a soon as we got downstairs we got the "all clear!" Walk to great options for food and other resorts with great bars, cigar lounges and more. Definitely recommend Pannes and Pinky's for breakfast! Note to Owners of hotel: Pay the staff higher wages, better customer service training . The members do just does enough to not getting fired. Managers should should be retrained or fired. We had an amazing time at this hotel! I have NO complaints!!! The staff were amazing!!! They are so friendly and fun!! The staff makes you feel like you are staying at your fun cousins home. The food is outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ocean view rooms and pool are comfortable, gorgeous and clean!!! We had an amazing time shopping, dancing and touring the city. I have been here two nights out of a seven night stay. From the pictures on website. You can pick a lagoon view or, for more money, a beach view. I opted for the Lagoon view ( The pictures were stunning in advertisement). They put us in 5th floor room and low and behold, open the blinds to have the perfect view of a very well lit up Parking Lot ! Lol! You can see the lagoon but at night we had to close the blinds ( no view now) because the lights from lot were so intrusive . First thing in morning, went to front desk to request a different room as we had 6 nights left. The manager was sweet and said she would try, but no guarantees. We waited around for two hours and ate at the restaurant. The food was good.. But could have been more comfortable as they allow practically naked,shameless,ass hanging out, females walk through dining areas. Food at ass level. finally decided to go do our thing. Had to call again to get an update. "Still trying" will call you with update. No call back . We get back and yes she changed our room. No assistance was provided to move our stuff. We got trolly and moved ourselves. So far during our stay, the tiny pool is full of people who are lathered up with oil and then into the oil slick they go! We did have a very good interactions with the valet people!! And The Bar manager filling in for bartender was great! So knowledgeable and helpful to the area and just all around such an asset. You should know that TV is limited channels. Only CNN !! As far as world news! Just saying! The food at the restaurant is outstanding but hit or miss on the server. First time exceptional service ! Second time Not good. We sat ocean view to have coffee and food.. to see banged up lounge chairs for our use .. and this couple basically making porn. See attached video! read more

It was pricey!! I didn't feel the quality matched the cost. we had the Cajun Chicken sandwich and Poke Salad for food and two berry drinks. The poke salad was super overdressed and the tuna was not good quality; I didn't want to finish it. The chicken sandwich was good, but the fries were cold. In a nutshell: this is a loud, classless, party hotel with rooms that are not well thought out, inconsiderate and uncaring staff, and safety issues - we had to call the police regarding a screaming woman on our hall in the middle of the night. The long story: First off the rooms. Beautiful on the surface but not well thought out. No lamps by the bed so you have to cross the room at bedtime to turn the light off. Knob falling off one of the lights. Cheap furniture. The fridge is filled with drinks so there's no room for your leftovers etc. No dresser to unpack clothes in, and just five hangers in the closet. Bathroom is tiny, at least in the double queen rooms. View is beautiful, at least from 807, I will grant you that, but there's no balcony so you are closed in. Maid service is lacking, often delayed til late in the day, not returning your smiles or "holas" as you pass, turning our AC down from 70 to 62 so we returned to a freezing room, moving things around in our room, leaving a spray bottle in our room, not vacuuming the halls, not bothering with "excuse me" or "perdón" as they barge down the hall with carts, and once, coming up in the elevator with a huge cart while we waited to go down... not bothering to hold the elevator for us so it took off without us and the room cleaning staff did not even apologize or say anything at all. As far as other issues... We arrived on a Saturday late afternoon in January to ridiculously loud music at the pool, carrying up to our 8th floor room. Went to check out the pool, screaming women hanging around the bar chugging alcohol. Went to dinner, came back and the pool music was somewhat quieter. The partiers seemed to have left for the evening and we were able to enjoy some quiet time around the pool, enjoying the proximity to and sound of the waves. Next day, a Sunday, the music was even louder. I heard a staff member say to a woman as she walked through the door to the pool, "¿Qué tal, la Call Girl?" which is roughly, "How's it going, Call Girl?" Not sure if she was an actual Call Girl (doubtful - at least I hope so!) or if that was just an icky compliment to a beautiful woman. Gave me the willies either way. When we asked about the loud music, since we were considering finding a higher class, quieter hotel, we were told it's a pool party on weekends and were assured it would quiet down at 6:00 and be quieter the rest of the week. Spent the day walking around Condado, went to dinner, came back and music was still crazy loud even well after 6. Asked manager to turn music down and he did. Shortly thereafter, on the Sunday evening, a couple starts YELLING and fighting at the pool. I was getting worried about safety. She is yelling the F word every other word, and after ten minutes we call the manager to alert him. He says he will wait to talk to her, I tell him it has already been going on for ten minutes so he finally asks them to leave. We enjoyed the rest of our evening. We had a nice evening Monday at the pool. Monday in the middle of the night - so actually very early Tuesday morning - a woman starts screaming HELP ME on our hall. Men go out in the hall. I call the desk but no answer (!) so I call 911. It was weird, the woman claimed a man was in her room hitting her and would come out in the hall begging someone to come in the room with her. My husband was like, no, stay out in the hall, get out of the room. But she kept going back in the room trying to get someone to go in the room. So something was up, like they were trying to lure someone into their room. Police did arrive and took over the situation but I have not felt real safe here since. Now it's Tuesday and we have been out all day. Returned hoping to spend a quiet evening by the pool overlooking the ocean. Music is pretty loud again, and yelling drunk woman has returned. I recognize the voice. My husband stops by the front desk to ask them to ask her to quiet down. She does not quiet down - I am not even sure if anyone came out to ask. I gave it a bit and asked her myself and, naturally, being a classless person in a classless place, she gets louder. I call the front desk and ask for the manager. I am put on hold for ten minutes before getting him. I tell him the situation and, again, nothing seems to be done. We head upstairs by 8pm, disgusted with this place, wishing we had chosen somewhere else to stay. Sadly we have two more nights here. The Condado Vanderbilt or Marriott will be on our list to try next year, and we will certainly never stay at Condado Ocean Club again. Their priorities are clear: maintain the party atmosphere at all costs, with no attention to safety or good manners. read more

I really loved this hotel. Right on the beach and the vibe is just great. I'm also obsessed with how it's decorated. So modern and fun. Rooms are gorgeous. Large, floor to top windows overlooking the ocean. Beds comfy. Customer service great. Particularly reception staff - Fabiola was so welcoming and accommodating. She helped us upgrade our room to 10th floor where we were treated with coffee and yummy treats in the morning and a lovely happy hour spread in the afternoons. Location is also great. On the beach and 10 minute taxi to old town and airport. Only gripe would be that the pool was a little too warm and would get pretty shady towards the afternoon. But that wasn't enough to knock a star off. I'll be visiting here again in my next vacation in PR! read more

Decided to stay at this location as it had great reviews on tik tok. The rooms are a bit pricey we stayed on the fourth floor had a view of the Laguna, Next Door on the left is the new taste. This is a perfect stay 8 minutes from Old San Juan. Ubers show up in a heart beat if you decide not to rent a vehicle. Door Dash as well you have a variety of options to eat. The room service was okay we ran out of toilet paper and could not get a hold of no one at 8:30 pm. The rooms are nice and clean the bed is very comfortable. There is no mini fridge but there own that stores alcohol to buy. No ice dispenser like majority hotels have. Will I come back maybe.. they also offer a match 25 gift voucher to the Casino down the street.. read more

Absolutely loved my stay at the Condado Ocean Club. It used to be call Serafina Hotel in the past. The check-in was quick and efficient, I even got complimentary upgraded to an ocean view room. The view is simply stunning!!! Their infinity pool is small and cozy and has a beautiful view of the ocean. They have a restaurant in property with great Brunch, Lunch and Dinner options. While at the pool, they have a small outdoor bar for drinks and on some weekends they have a dj. It's a small boutique hotel with a beachy vibe. Can't wait to visit again! read more

Beautiful but devastating lack of amenities. The front desk staff was nearly always impossible to locate. Our drain was clogged with a greasy grimey mess when we arrived. The rooms hold moisture since no airflow (I would recommend a stay at a hotel with balconies). The bars and small restaurant closed as early as 2 some days (yes there was a demand but they said there wasn't so it wouldn't be opening) and the pool closed at 8 pm! Lame! No partnership with local outfitters to give you once in a lifetime experiences. Just a mess and wouldn't go back or recommend. read more

I got a resort pass here with a friend of mine while we waited for our air b n b to be ready and from start to finish it was amazing. Everyone at the front desk, the managers, the bartenders. Everyone was beyond hospitable and very welcoming. The view from the pool is unreal, I definitely recommend this hotel whether it's to stay or visit for a day.
