Even though they are more expensive than other companies I've had in the past when it comes to things like this, they can't be beat. He was even nice enough to tell me how to remedy the problem so that it won't happen again and willing to come back to work with the contractor for the repair.

It's a high pitched squeal. We've had Onofreo out maybe 10 times and each technician has had a different diagnosis and /or solution. Sometimes they contradict one another entirely. Onofreo just keeps coming back, making tweaks, reversing and re-reversing solutions. My only assumption is that the system has faulty parts or was installed incorrectly. It's been terrible and the ordeal has lasted for 8 months now after installation.

I can confirm that even though I've been paying for a service contract for 3 years (and been a member since Kasden Fuels in 2017), I can't get oil either. This is on top of an email confirming I'd get oil yesterday. The only response I got from the customer service rep was "I'll get oil when they're in the area". Uhh...we're not talking about stopping by for a coffee, we're talking about heating oil to keep my pipes from freezing over. My guess is either the company is on the verge of bankruptcy and can't afford to get heating oil to deliver, or is such a bad company to work for they don't have any remaining drivers. If you're somehow reading this review in the future and debating if Petro is worth using for services or oil...don't. Whatever is going on, this is clearly a company in deep financial or management issues that I don't see them ever coming back from. My heart goes out to the employees that have to suffer from whatever the hell is going on over there. Look up the CT Oil Co-Op and have them redirect you to a company that is worth using.
