Condo apartment 109-S is very neat very clean and updated in furniture. Crescent Shores - S 109 because obviously is individually owned by an owner and their family and stay there on their vacation so not only is it well kept and up-to-date but maintained beautifully. It is also decorated beautifully. Everything was clean and there is plenty of utensils pots pans and dishes. Location is absolutely perfect being so close to the water. The only thing is when it looks like you have other rentals or people from the town can get passes for the pool they were playing very loud radios and being on the first floor was not enjoyable. But mention it wasn't enjoyable sitting at the pool when I had my music very low and they came and blasted their music. That's something you still need to police unfortunately. the staff building we're very helpful and polite.

Scheduled last minute trip. On-line pictures from Condo World were in no way representative of what we received. Staff at CondoWorld told us if we were that unhappy, we could pack up and go home and they would refund our money within a couple of weeks. They were rude and very unprofessional. Some of the staff we dealt with were Allison, Tina Carmichael, Erica, Dawn, Hollie, Alisha. Do NOT rent Unit 5E, Crescent Sands, Crescent Beach. It is filthy, antiquated, mold on bathroom vents, dust, rust everywhere, furniture broken, dirty, fridge filthy, no closet in master bedroom, just a metal hangar for your clothes. Drawers in bedroom furniture had a nasty smell. Bathtub was barely wider than a roll of paper towels. Artifical fingernail on nightstand in 2nd bedroom, lampshades filthy, stained, switch plates didn't fit holes in wall, door trim everywhere was chipped. It would take me hours to list all the nastiness of this Unit.

No beach access. Not sure why I was moved to a place where I can't enjoy the amenities when the places I requested were open.

Update 1/6/2020 Ben reached out to us on Dec 26, 2020 to make things right and we were satisfied with his response. We currently have a reservation for March 2021 and are looking forward to hopefully having a wonderful vacation as in June 2020. We booked 2 vacations in 2020 through Condo-World, the first in June 2020 for a week at Crescent Towers II and everything was wonderful. The second vacation in Oct 2020 did not go as well. We got a call on the drive down from Ohio that our unit in we had booked a month prior (Bahama Sands) was having work done and we could not stay there so there and they had booked us at North Shore Villas. We requested another unit at Bahama Sands but apparently nothing was available but according to their website there were several available. We got to North Shore Villas and there was a lot of work being done to the balconies and outside common areas. So we couldn't use the pools, hot tubs, at times our ocean front balcony or the private beach access. We were disappointed in our October stay.

I just returned from my stay at Ashworth and wasn't too thrilled. 1. I have stayed at several condo world facilities and have never had such a filthy bathroom. Like months of not cleaning. The floor was beyond disgusting. 2. The lazy river and one of the main pools was shut down due to 'covid'. However, the properties next door had all pools and the lazy river open. So it was a willy-nilly decision on the part of the management. I called ahead of time to ensure that all pools would be open and was told that they would. So I was extremely disappointed in half of the pools being closed. When I called about it on day 2 - I was informed that each property made their own decisions. I feel I should have been informed so that I could have made another choice. I am paying for all amenities... and while I under stand the work out room situation. To close the lazy river seems ridiculous (especially since next door all outdoor pools were open). This is the first time I have ever complained about a stay at a condo-world property. I have emailed this complaint as directed when I call in to an 'Allison' twice and the general mailbox once. Absolutely no response. If I would attach pictures of the filthy bathroom I would. On 7/8 Dawn from Condo World called and I have been refunded the cleaning fee. So I feel that some effort was made with this issue.

Rented a 3 bedroom condo for 3 birthdays. This condo was filthy. The ceiling was leaking, floors were sticky, and there was mold growing from the wall vents. When you speak to Oceans one property, they say speak to Condo World about the hideous conditions, and then u contact condo world and they say go through the resort. This was over $2000 for 3 nights!!! If I could choose zero stars for this I would. #oceansonemyrtlebeachsc

Unfortunately, over the past few years, we've noticed a significant decline. Cleanliness has become a recurring issue. We've had to call housekeeping back multiple times because the initial cleaning was not done well. This past year, there was hair on the toilet paper holder, visible dust in several areas, and the indoor glass tables looked like they were wiped with harsh cleaners, leaving them streaky and cloudy. In the past, if something wasn't right, we could call and it would be taken care of quickly and professionally. This year felt very different. The hot tub was broken, and instead of a straightforward apology or resolution, the issue seemed to be brushed off. We also had random sheets placed in our elevator that we didn't request, which added to the confusion. What was most disappointing was that when my mom left a review on their site, parts of it were altered and the negative feedback was removed--even though she still gave a generous 4-star rating. As long-time renters, it's frustrating to see the quality and customer service go downhill like this. We've made many great memories over the years, but we hope to see improvements moving forward.

The property is located on the beach but surrounded by plenty of restaurants and just a minute drive away from the shopping outlets. Check-in was a breeze and of course, you have to encounter the dreaded timeshare "owner update" speech when picking up your parking pass, but I declined despite the push of 15,000 points or dinner certificates as well all know it's never just a 60-minute update... However, I politely declined again as I travel for work quite a bit and accrue my share of hotel points and airline miles... Anywho, I reserved a 1 bedroom deluxe through the timeshare site and I ended up in the South Tower, 14th floor, and in a nicely sized oceanview room. Loved the hardwood floors, modern decor, full kitchen w/coffee maker, blender, and dining/cookware, washer/dryer, nice comfy king bed and the roomy stand-alone shower. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice along with the easy beach access. The weather was very nice and going this time of year was great as it wasn't too crowded due summer break not starting yet, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. I'm sure they called my room several times to get me attend the timeshare owner update, but I just disconnected the phone line from both phones to have a nice and peaceful stay. Check-out was just as easy and they printed me an invoice to show no charges (my first time ever receiving one as an owner ever), but no big deal... Overall, I had a great stay here and look forward to booking another stay here soon.

(We refused that offer because they said we had to buy more points, Sea Watch said that was not correct.) After 90 minutes of BS we got up to leave as we had a tee time to get to. They offered to take up the conversation when we got home. So, I set it up with Jake provided he'd send me three specific pieces of info. He agreed. The day came and he neither sent the info nor called. He contacted me a week later and apologized so I foolishly gave him two more dates to call. He said he'd confirm the day. Those two days came and went. No confirmation, no counteroffer, no info, no call, no text. If you are asked to sit down for anything, refuse. Refuse as many times as it takes, and it will take quite a few. Trust quotient is Zero.

Resort amenities are abundant and include direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, (small) lazy rivers, a fitness center, an arcade, and a fire pit. We made a relatively late reservation here for five nights when we learned that international guests would be visiting. There would be seven guests (all adults) for two nights, and only four of us for the other three nights. We used extra timeshare points (making it more expensive) in order to get a unit on an upper floor, hoping that the upper floor would give us the best ocean view. Unit. (3/5). Our unit in Tower 2 was spacious (especially when there were only 4 of us), and had everything that we needed and was clean. We especially appreciated the fully-stocked full kitchen with generous pantry space, having a washer and dryer in the unit, and the jacuzzi in the main bedroom (which we under-utilized!). The beds were comfortable, and had high quality linens. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the unit as our ocean view was limited (although you could see the ocean, beach, and one of the pools from our balcony). And, as the resort was built in 2002, and last renovated in 2011, it's now beginning to show its age -- with sofas and chairs that were no longer firm, some chips on furniture, and the musty smell that comes with high humidity. Amenities and Activities. (3.5/4). Tower 2 was convenient, and had many amenities that we utilized. It was home to the Lobby and Registration, had direct beach access, a lazy river, access to indoor and outdoor pools, game room/arcade, activities center, gift shop, and fire pit. As with our room, some of the amenities need upgrades. For instance, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and the markings on the shuffleboard had eroded off. The resort also had a full calendar of "Resort Experiences", which included arts and crafts, shows, fitness classes, and more. HOWEVER, we were three days in before we even learned that there were resort activities, as we weren't given a schedule at check-in. For instance, we would've gone to the Sunday evening "Karaoke Welcome Party" at the fire pit, but we weren't aware. We DID enjoy the "Hula Fire Show" a few nights later. A few other random points. (1) Parking could be challenging if it's important to you to have parking close to your unit. If not, there's plentiful parking (and a free shuttle, which we didn't utilize) behind Tower 4. We were able to get parking in Tower 2 most evenings, except one evening when we got back late. (2) we were surprised that the concierge did have discount tickets to the shows in Myrtle Beach that we wanted to attend. (3) we would stay here again, but probably wouldn't pay extra again for a higher floor.
