A new aesthetician again, what is this 4 now! And they aren't getting better.The min they know your skin, they get someone new. That doesn't show confidence in their business to me. No one talks to you about what is best for your look you want, its whatever your money buys they do. Even when you ask, you never get a straight answer. This your line of work, not mine! Victoria and her staff have made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They are very professional and they are upfront about their prices, the process, how to achieve the results you want, and the machines they use. Btw, they have the best laser hair removal machine, I've tried others in the past! They have recently reopened after the Covid shutdowns and I was so impressed with their facility. They have stations for patients to wait separately throughout the building with sanitizer, Clorox cleaning supplies, paper towels, a thermometer, and a UV light in those areas. However, I was the only patient in the building at the time. They have done a good job of spacing out appointments. Michelle wore a mask and gloves the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. I have had problems with hair growth for years, particularly on my chin. The hairs were numerous and coarse and I would find myself plucking most days, which ended up causing bruising and hyperpigmentation since I would not let the area heal. I've gotten laser and electrolysis done previously, and have gotten lackluster results before (2 electrolysis, 1 laser) despite going for months of treatment. While there may have been some temporary reduction it was never significant enough to prevent my plucking (I know you shouldn't but it's hard when there's such coarse thick hair on your face) and consequent hyperpigmentation. I found Victoria through yelp as my boyfriend encouraged me to try electrolysis again. On my first appointment Victoria explained that she thought I would have an excellent result from the Soprano laser, but being stubborn and dedicated to the idea of permanent hair removal I opted for electrolysis, which she accepted very gracefully and we spent a few sessions doing that. She's very patient and does extremely diligent work. There may have been some improvement with electrolysis but it's difficult to tell after a handful of sessions as there always appears to be new follicles that grow in. I felt very comfortable with her and through our sessions I learned more about the SopranoIce technology and how few sessions were needed to see a result. I decided to laser my legs and was blown away by the hair reduction even on the first treatment. Because of those results and the lengthy time to do electrolysis on the chin (at least 1 if not 2 hours, and it was painful doing one hair at a time, I had a lot of hair), I suggested doing Victoria's original recommendation and doing laser on my chin. It's definitely not painless, but I will take the 15s of intense pain (cut in parts, she lets me take breathing breaks whenever I ask) (also the face is definitely much worse than the legs; I barely feel it on my legs), and the results are absolutely phenomenal. I've had 4 sessions on my legs, and can wear skirts or shorts at will. With the 3 sessions on my face, the hair on my chin is virtually gone, just some strays. And because there's no hair, there's nothing for me to pluck and the hyperpigmentation has nearly completely resolved. Because I used to wear so much concealer on my chin (and never could color match perfectly), I used to need to put on a whole face of foundation; but now I don't mind going to work without a stitch of makeup on because the hyperpigmentation is virtually gone and I don't need to cover up hair growth. I probably should have taken Victoria's advice to begin with, but she let me go at my own pace, was never pushy, and has always been professional. I refuse to go to anyone else now because she's the only one who gave me results. read more

I had a consultation with Michelle. I must say that she was not very welcoming. The consultation was rushed as if she was not interested in explaining the electrolysis process with me or anything to me honest. It seemed as if she was trying to deter me with pricing and also by telling me how ineffective and painful the machine is. She did not read my information form and never asked me questions about any information on my form. I will continue to get laser treatments at the location I have been going to for years, where they are very pleasant, professional, and informative. I have been going to Victoria for a little bit over a year now. Started seeing her for electrolysis and have tried her other offerings as they became available like laser hair removal. She is the only one in the Cleveland area to offer soprano ice laser which is the latest laser technology and is a breeze compared to the other lasers. If you had laser you know how bad it hurts, I could take a nap during this laser session that's how painless it is. Just recently tried microblading for my eyebrows. I love my new eyebrows, while mine didn't require much filling it is great to not have to touch up every day. Permanent eyeliner is next!! I had a great experience getting my eyebrows done. I got a powder brow which took 2 sessions over a 6 week time frame. Victoria explained the healing process thoroughly so I knew what to expect. They healed great and I love the final result! It did hurt, but I don't take to the topical numbing unfortunately! For most people it should not hurt much. It was still worth it for me though. I just wake up and go and don't do much else to my brows except brush them. I was previously self conscious about them since I over plucked as a teen. Now I love my brows. I live in Downtown Cleveland and I work from 9-6 pm on the weekdays. This place is in downtown and is open till 9 pm in the evening, which is why I chose this place despite the lack of reviews ( there was only one yelp review). I tried calling the number listed on yelp, seven to eight times, it did not ring. There wasn't even a voice mail facility attached to this number. I was crazy enough to pay a visit to this place and I found out that the address listed here is the address of Victoria's private condo. This place is not even a proper facility with all the equipments and other facilities required to set up a laser hair removal service.
