Since I haven't done other services here beside the Brazilian wax, a 4/5 overall review for this business is fair. BRAZILIAN WAX -- I visited for the first time in October 2021 for a full Brazilian wax. Much to my surprise, I came back again on 6 January 2023 for another full Brazilian Wax. This time around, I had Candance Haynes as the waxer. I preferred Candance over the person I had before (no offence) because Candance was a bit more thorough or attentive with the final cleanup process and she didn't leave any hot wax behind on my body. Overall, 5/5 stars for Candance doing such a great job on a full Brazilian Wax service. I highly recommend her especially if you hardly get this service done or if it is your first time. She doesn't accept male clients but there is another employee (Jessica I believe) who does take on male clients. I may come back for eyebrow threading in the future. First, they blamed the confusion on hiring a new employee, but when the owner got involved, she refused to apologize. Instead, she boasted about running a successful business for eight years with 2,000 clients and went as far as telling me that I was no longer a customer--while I was still in the store. I left feeling humiliated and with the following questions: If the subtotal is $140, what is the total cost? (I was willing to pay up to $300, yet the website provides no clear pricing details.) Why was my time wasted when this could have been clarified over the phone? Was I refused service based on my appearance? How much does it cost to treat a customer with basic respect in front of the staff?
