They told me my car was fixable and after doing an estimate for what should be 5-6k$, they estimated 10k$ and my car was deemed a total loss. There is also a mechanic there named Chris who told me to grab things that I needed out of the car but failed to tell me that I had to grab EVERYTHING and clean the car out so they could work on it. I also personally witnessed this same mechanic treat the receptionists poorly, speaking to them like they are stupid and yelling at others in the back office so loudly that I could hear him in the waiting area. The receptionists are very nice and super friendly but the mechanics could do better at explaining where stuff is/how things work especially since they have a large lot. I have a experience with Conicelli Body shop in Conshohocken to tell. Let me know what you think. Dropped car off Mon evening for repair. Repair was replacing front bumper, and the sensors, etc, total $2,500 or so, not an extensive repair by any means. Ran over a large rock at 5 mph. Got first response via text, Wed evening. "This is X w/Conicelli. I just wanted to update you that your vehicle has been disassembled & there is a supplement for additional damage that was found upon disassembly. The insurance company has been contacted and we are just waiting on approval. I will send another update once the supplement has been approved." Next response Friday, here's response. "This is X/Conicelli. I just wanted to update you that the supplement has been approved, so now we are just waiting for the parts to arrive to release your vehicle back into production. I will send another update once the parts are received. My reply "X, the supplement was approved Wed morning the parts haven't arrived yet?" As I spoke with adjuster who approved supplement Wed first thing in morning. Conicelli reply " They are scheduled to arrive on Monday" No update from Friday, on Wed evening, I sent this. "X, is there any updates on the repair status or my car? I'm scheduled to go out of town Friday. Thank you." Response "This is X w/Conicelli. I just wanted to update you that your vehicle is finished in paint & is now in reassembly. Once it is finished in reassembly, it will need to be cleaned up & finalized. I will send another update once it is finished in reassembly. Thank you!!" Notice no mention of my statement I'll be going out of town Friday. Went Thurs evening to shop to retrieve ez-pass transponder. As I was leaving saw a car in lot that looked like mine. It appeared that nothing had been done. Office/lot closed, so I left. Fri morning I'm told it was ready to have bumper put back on, it's in reassembly. In speaking with a manager, he originally said car would be ready that afternoon, I told him that was unacceptable, and I wanted to take car at that moment, his response was we can't do that as its ready for reassembly, and he would have it done right away. Right away took about an hour and 15 minutes. So, from sometime Wed until Friday morning, nothing was done, according to their timeline. Was the car going to be ready Friday if I hadn't protested? Additional 3 days or so, over the weekend, insurance doesn't cover full cost of rental, therefore I would be out additional funds. I explained to the manager with the lack of timely updates, I feel as though they're hiding behind the text responses. Last 2 things. Upon receiving car and paperwork, manager said to me the timeline wasn't that far off. My response was it was still off!! Think about it, Wed sometime to Fri morning, nothing done. As manager and I started to go different ways he made a comment about the supplemental check. At that point the check hadn't been cut, however I paid for repair in full to be later reimbursed by insurance company, less deductible. Did car sit due to them waiting on supplemental check? I've been getting a very similar string of text messages from them over the last month or so (just got 2 more today, back-to-back), and each time deleting & reporting as "junk". The thing is...... I DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY CAR THERE!! You'd think that if they REALLY cared about the customer, they'd text/call asking why I hadn't replied to any of their delay messages.......... But I know I won't be buying or definitely not servicing/repairing one there anytime in the future! read more

AVOID! Had my car towed there late on a Sunday night. Monday was told it'd be 2-3 weeks before they would even look at it. They emailed forms to charge the insurance company and a "delay" form to hold them harmless from any damage while the car sat until they got around to it. Tuesday I arranged to have the car towed elsewhere where no delay. The car was there from 11pm Sunday night to 1pm Tuesday. They would not let the tow company take the car until I paid them $772! Three days of storage at $95/day $ $300 for "administrative fees"! Downright thievery! I will report this to the Attorney General's office but BEWARE read more

Substandard work and not one once of integrity. broken items on my vehicle that had nothing to requested repairs.Then after admitting they did break it, refused to fix it. There are hundreds of body shops. Take your car somewhere else. Was told it would take 3 days to fix my vehicle rented a car out of pocket. Will take at least a couple more days due to their error. Would not recommend . Will spend at least a thousand on a rental. read more

I bought two cars at Conicelli and when I was involved in a car accident in October the Body Shop was my first pick. I trusted the service and I valued the help they gave me over time. Well, after a month and a week of lies, non-transparent communication, and continuous delays, I can't honestly recommend this to anyone. Their communication policy is centered on playing fool with the customer. "I don't know" is the answer to any question. One day, I was told "your car might be fixed in 3 days or 5 months. I don't know when it will be ready". In the meantime, I am still waiting for my car, I finished my rental car allowance, and I am handling life without a car. Can you imagine what I think every time I pick up the phone and hear as first thing "It's a nice day at Conicelli?". What consoles me is that all the people in the area I talked to you seem to be aware of the disgraceful disservice of the Auto Repair shop. read more

If you use this place make sure to remove all items from your car. A few items went missing and when I called about it I was told that's why they ask for you to remove all items from the car. The person acted like it's a normal thing and said there was nothing they could do about it. Not even an apology! Stay away!!! read more

Do not use this place!! I dropped my car off to get repaired. I accidentally left a bank envelope under my floor mat with 400$ in it. When I got my car back - my money was gone! Ownership was not helpful at all and were rude and dismissive. This type of place gives the whole car industry a bad name. I highly recommend you not to use this place. read more

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the auto body shop. We have bought many cars over the years at Conicelli. When I was in a car accident it seemed to make sense to bring it to the dealer. The accident took place on Saturday, May 13, 2017. Today is Thursday, June 15, 2017 and it still is not ready. I have been without a rental, since it is only good for 30 days per my auto policy. I have kids to drive to activities and also need to drive to work. This whole incident has been a hardship to our family. I feel like I am being strung along with "just another few days." I thought Conicelli cared. I do not think I will buy another car here. That is a shame because I have bought 8 over the years. I tried calling for a manager or Mr. Conicelli himself, but my calls were not returned. It seems the body shop wants to just send texts so they do not have to have interaction with me. read more
