Tomatoes aren't salted and but that's such a nitpicky thing I shouldn't even mention it. They did have a weird, skunky after taste though, which I certainly should mention. Kind of like unfiltered Michigan tap water, just a hint of flint. The texture and taste of the bread is rather nice, but so much so that it so insanely outshines everything in between it. The average vegan burger and fries blows this out of the water, so take that how you will. The apple pie was subtly sweet but the apples were barely caramelized. Quite a small piece and they didn't bother to heat it up. I should've asked. Edit: The pie was actually the star of the show here. Crust was substantial and a great texture/flavor, pie itself wasn't overly sweet. It was small but mighty. That gives this place a half star higher in my mind.
