They have everything you could possibly want and it sure beats driving down the hill. Yes, prices are 30% more expensive than Home Depot down the hill, but you're paying for convenience. I purchased about a thousand dollars worth of material recently for a home project. They deliver for free on the mountain, but the lumber wasn't as good of quality as I was hoping -- the plywood seemed OK (seemed to have some rot in the middle). Kinda surprised given the price. Another time, I went in the store at 450 pm and whatever you do, God help you if you come in at that time. Everyone wants to split at 4:59 .....they'll be pushing you out the door no matter how much crap you desire to buy. RFL works well for many things, but every now and then you'll have an experience that leaves a bit to be desired. Good place to visit in a pinch.

From what I could tell, they have a decent selection of trees, but after that interaction I wasn't even able to enjoy looking around because I just wanted to leave. My husband has been there before and says everyone else has always been friendly, so I'm trying not to judge the entire business based on one employee. Shocked by how many plants were in here and the super affordable prices. Most plants less than $30 even the big ones unless they're rare. Most of the little ones less than $8. Will definitely come back!! Tons of indoor plants - not many tree type of plants for large statement pieces if you're looking for that but I wasn't. They have a lot of classics plus other plants I had never heard of like a goldfish plant. I got all of the plants pictured for $39. A large lipstick plant in a plastic hanging pot, a large monstera adansonii, and a small free one on the side. They restock on Tuesdays.
