I don't think I would have used them anyway. I needed to get purchase my sons X-rays to bring it to the office otherwise they would not have released the film. The dentist at this point just got it himself. In addition, the office staff had music so loud it was difficult to have a conversation. Lack of professional attire amongst staff also. Attempted to discuss my concerns with office manager but she failed to listen and made excuses for her staff. Again the provider was very good but he was also clearly frustrated with his staff.

After contacting the office, the receptionist got an attitude and hung up on me because they were calling the wrong phone number for a patient. The billing department is even worse. Apparently a code was changed with our insurance, which we were unaware of, yet when I called the office to discuss it, I should have apparently knew this and called them much sooner, extremely rude behavior by everyone other than the hygienist. I told the office to listen the recorded phone calls so they could properly train their staff on how to treat patients.
