The work was not cheap but the quality seemed good and certainly worth doing after our crawl space had a few rodents intrude. He was educating me and I am very grateful for the time took to do so. Austin also gave us a big bonus. I had a blower fan motor replace a year ago by Carson Oil Co. For entire year I was having problems with heat blowing into our living spaces. Austin identified the problem quickly and informed me that the motor had been installed incorrectly and that it was running backwards!!!! His knowledge will save me a lot of money.
