The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. I purchased a custom cup from this business back in March. An item that was supposed to take 2-3 months, I ended up receiving over 4 months later with little to no communication about delays. The only time I received any update about this item is when I reached out to the seller! By July, I receive my item and there's minor damage. I emailed pictures to the seller only to get no response. Only AFTER I left an unflattering review for the product did I receive a text from the seller berating me for leaving such an "unfair" review! Keep in mind I had emailed the seller, which is how most of our communication took place to begin with. Nonetheless, the seller offered to replace the cup within a WEEK! A week turned into 7 weeks and again, I only received any form of communication from this seller when I reached out to her. She informed me that my item was ready and I let her know I would be sending my cup off soon for the exchange. Honestly I didn't think much about the packaging. I really just wanted this transaction to be done with. I packaged the cup in one of those bubble wrap envelopes and sent it off via 2 day shipping. I was NEVER provided a shipping number for the replacement cup I was supposed to receive. Every time I reached out to the seller I was told "oh, I'll text you the tracking number" or "I'll send it to you in 40 minutes". IT NEVER HAPPENED. Had this seller had actually sent a new item to me I would have received an alert from UPS considering I am a UPS customer and I am signed up for alerts. Once my cup reached the seller she began berating me again about how much damage the cup had and how she was stopping shipping on the new cup because it was not "fair" of me to receive it. She was basically blaming me for the damage that was caused in transit; which is NOT my fault! I sent the cup back in the same condition I had received it!!! The seller continued to text me blaming me and ultimately taking back what she had said she would do, which was replace my item. INSTEAD, she offered to "repair" the cup I had sent her back. How bogus is that? Unfortunately, there was just a lot of dishonesty and terrible communication on the part of this seller and now I don't have the item I was originally sent nor do I have a replacement item! I'm now stuck disputing the charge with my bank because of this sellers unethical business practices! Buyers please beware!
