This the worst place to deal with. All they are worried about is money money money!!!!! I wish I could just give them no stars, but they were good at the beginning. Once I got sick and went on medical leave and couldn't pay until I went back to work they called everyday and all day telling me to borrow money just to pay them damn my medical issues. I'm new to the area. I went in to purchase a washer and a dryer. The service inside was good. I was told to call a number to see what time my delivery would arrive at my home. I just want to say this my order was placed on 6/03/2023 and I have no washer or dryer.. Now the delivery did come the first time when expected. I'm in a townhome which is three stories. My washer and dryer connect is on the third floor.. When the drivers came to deliver my washer and dryer the delivery guy said it won't fit.. he made up every excuse not to try and even see if they would fit. I bought the add on that sit at the bottom of the washer and dryer and I asked him to bring those in. If he would have brought those we would have known if they would have fit.. he went down stairs and came back without the add one and said it won't.. plus he said the washer opens from the left side so I won't be able to open it. You guys when I went back into the Conn's store the washer I bought opens from the right he said it opened from the left.. also I measured my space and it said that the washer and dryer would fit.. I spoke with a manager who then scheduled me another delivery which I was told would be the next day which was Tuesday 6/6/23 and I was told I could expect delivery the next day. I had to call the number to confirm a time. When I called I was told the delivery wouldn't be until Friday which was okay. I did everything I did for the first delivery however I never got a time that they would be coming out .. Thursday we had a storm and the power went out in my place. The first time for me and living here in Texas so I was more worried about that.. power was restored later and I was excited about Friday... I got up early and did my trip to the grocery store since I had no idea of the delivery time.. I'm writing a book so I sat at home working and y'all my delivery never came. They never brought my washer and dryer. At this point I'm gonna get all 2,673.65 of my dollars back and take my business where it's wanted. I'm so disappointed with the service right now. The delivery man who didn't want to bring up just the added bottoms.. I measured my space and I also measured the washer and dryer and if they would have just brought the added bottoms we would have known if the dryers would have fitted for sure but the lazy deliver guy wouldn't sad part is I would have brought the damn things up my damn self.. now I have no washer nor dryer.. I had been doing research since I moved here in January .. I went by all these places to see which ones I loved and who had the better prices and I took pictures as well.. my pick was Conn's and this is what happen to me... now I have to start this journey all over again but first I'm gonna get my money back from these people who have no customer service at all.. the disappointment read more

I ordered a chair online that was unsightly and hideous after minimal use within 6 months. Their Furniture is junk.

My Wife and I needed to upgrade our TV and decided to buy from Conn's on Hwy 6. We found a nice 86 inch Samsung TV we liked. It sold for $2299. We started the process to purchase it. Around 45 minutes later the Sales Lady came up to us and told us the price was wrong, it was really $2499. We asked to see the Manager and he told us that Conn's arbitrarily changes prices on their existing inventory and someone just "forgot" to change the price on that one. We argued that they should honor the price that was on it. He said he would see what he could do. An hour later he comes back and tells us his Superior would not budge on the price. So after 2 1/2 hours all I received was a Hard Hit on my credit report and plenty of frustration. They should have informed us of the price increase before they checked my credit. On a good note, we went to Best Buy and got an 85 inch Sony for $1499 and it only took 30 minutes !! And FREE delivery. read more

Horrible customers service. We came in to purchased 4 Tvs and 1 soundbar. The store manager's named Jerry helped us out. He didn't mention about once you purchased the products, you can't return it. We had the soundbar less than 48 hours and it didn't stay connected to the device. So we went ahead and purchased a new one from different store today and that one works. That means the one we purchased from Conn's obviously has technical issue. And they didn't let us return or refund our money back. They offered to repair and it could take up to weeks. This is so inconvenient because we bought this for our business. We felt like they just like to take our money and don't care about their customers or not even knowing there's an issue on their products. So we recommend everyone to stay away from Conn's, especially this location. read more

I still believe they were not 100% honest about a tv I got but after months it's getting replaced. Conns has Easy credit and let's face it we pay cost for that at some point. If you must do business there buying extended warranty and if you go to this location see Erica. I purchased a king bed in March after the 3rd delivery attempt due to store errors I finally received my set. The FIRST week of having the set the bed railings began to break down. I filed a claim and was approved on half of the damage pieces due to inspector error. I made several request and phone calls to have this resolved meanwhile my matress and box springs are on the floor and it's May 5th. I now am working with the store assistant manager and store as well as customer service manager. To accommodate this whole situation I request to exchange the complete set due to my original set not being available until the end of the month. Now the exchange or refund can not be honored because the exchange has a $400 difference and just a simple no on the refund! This is the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with any purchase. The only reason I chose a star is because there wasn't a choice not to give any. read more

So we ordered a fridge from conns and at first, we were told they had one in the warehouse. So we drove almost an hour to the warehouse to pick it up and surprise surprise, no fridge. So we went all the way back and told the salesman and switched our order to delivery and our delivery date was set 2 weeks out. We were hesitant cause... well, we needed a fridge. But our salesman seemed pretty confident that we would have our fridge on that date. So we went ahead with the financing and set the delivery date for 2 weeks out. It has been 3 MONTHS to the date since then and still no fridge. I've called numerous times for to check in and all they have to say is "oh yea we have some other customers waiting on the same fridge" then blame Samsung warehouse for the delay. I even asked about other refrigerators and they've literally said "we don't have any refrigerators." As a matter of fact, I've even had to switch and talk to a different salesman because ours (john campbell) completely quit responding to me. ANYWAY I'm pretty done with conns. read more

Never been to a Conn's before and wanted to check it out to see if there were any electronic pianos. Instantly I was greeted by a salesperson and while I was walking around another associate shook my hand and introduced himself. He asked what I was looking for and told me unfortunately they did not have piano keyboards for sale. He asked me if I played piano and what my favorite band was. We talked about music and Gorillaz for a bit and exchanged some good conversation. Very personal experience! This store is going to go very far if everyone has this level of customer service. My wife and I have done several transactions with Conns in the past so when this new one opened up close to home we thought it would be just as smooth. We went in to get a laptop since our dogs chewed up the charger for our older model. We were greeted and helped right away. Got help with finding the right one for our needs. The young lady helped do our transaction, in which we got approved for 12 months no interest, and complete the contract of sale. We left with our new laptop and a couple of hours later my wife received a call stating the 12 months no interest was not put in and that she needed to go sign a new contract. The next day she went back to sign the new contract and made sure the no interest was intact. 30 days later when it's time to make the first payment my wife is told at the customer service desk she has 2 accounts on file. Which is incorrect especially because we only have one laptop! She was told to call customer service because it's a simple fix & she did then was told it was sent up to the right department for correction and would take 7-10 days to fix. In the meantime she is receiving texts, emails & letters in regard to the past due balance that supposedly did not have an invoice attached to it. So we decided to go back to the store and speak with the manager because she did not want it to effect her credit due to their mess up. One manager says it never came across his desk and we could comeback later to speak to the main manager Jerry. We tell him the same issue we're facing and that we would like to return the merchandise. He informed us we cannot return it after 14 days, but it's a simple fix to call the credit manager. We expressed our concerns about it affecting the credit because of all the texts, emails & letters received. He showed that on a printout there was no negative balance shown so it would not be reported. So we say ok let's wait until after the holidays then call the number he provided to ensure it's taken care of. Meanwhile it has been reported to the credit bureaus and it dropped my wife's score by 79 points! We had to call customer service again to complain this was supposed to be taken care of a month ago as well as Jerry. Moral of the story if you decide to get anything please make sure the sales associate triple checks the contract before they make you finish the contract to avoid this headache. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! worst experience of my life. I bought a set for my new home refrigerator, stove and microwave back in august 2020 and till this date 12/26/2020 I have not received my microwave. Delivery staff is extremely rude, they guy that delivered my fridge and stove, rang my bell once and because it took me a minute to open he canceled my ordered and scheduled me for another date. Of course I was extremely angry, I tried to reached out to someone about it and nobody could help me find a resolution or report this dude. To end the story because I can really go on about their poor customer service, I had called to setup automatic payments for the 90 day same as cash no interest and payments never went through, when I called back to see why my account was showing late, they informed me they had canceled my payments (mind you ) the same they I called setup the payments with no explanation as to why my payments were canceled , and of course took the 90 day same as cash off because of that now having to pay double the amount because of the interests. I really hope if you are reading this do not shop with this people they will take your money and find a way to screw you and once you sign that contract, nobody will give a damn !!!!!!!!!!
