At around 7am on a Friday, I decided the two inches of dust in my ground floor studio was two inches too much. I got a wild hair and yelp-searched cleaning services. You fill in your particulars and Yelp sends out your request to the appropriate places. Within minutes, Conny's responded with a text. Others followed shortly thereafter, but all of the others were auto-generated. I asked about specifics and indicated that my place was much smaller than most and sent photos as proof. A reasonable price was quickly and easily negotiated and time slots were offered. I got a same day appointment which is really great; when you finally decide you're going to spend your money, you pretty much want to do it before you find a reason not to. Keyla showed up on time and went right to work. She was friendly yet professional, diligent and careful. She tackled all the nooks and crannies. A job well done. I'm 100% satisfied and will certainly be calling Conny's in the future. Highly recommended indeed. read more

This place was great! Last min my previous cleaner I hired through Task Rabbit did not show up. I had a move out inspection next day and Lille and her team showed up with full force! I've never seen the house so clean before and they did so great making this place sparkle and shine! Thank you again for all the great work! read more

Conny did the service requested beyond my expectations. My college kid had some health issues and wasn't able to clean as frequently as was needed. With the move out, there were several things to be done and no one in the family had the energy to do it. Conny communicated well and asked things I was hoping for her to focus on. I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

During the inspection, he not only identified the issue I had noticed but also pointed out a few preventative maintenance items that could become problems down the road. What I really appreciated was that Hameed was able to handle both the roofing work and the fascia and soffit repairs, which saved me a lot of hassle of finding other company to work on fascia. His team repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and fixed the fascia and soffit, all with excellent workmanship and 5 years warrenty. Throughout the entire process, Hameed took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. He is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
