When I mean this is a high quality hotel, it is! From valet, to service desk, room service, amenities, and bed comfortability I couldn't have asked for a better stay. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to Gainbridge (for all you Pacer and Fever fans). I always enjoy Hilton properties and when you're a Hilton Honors member the perks speak for themselves. The room was clean and spacious. *I do my own thorough checks for cleanliness* They passed the test. Ahh you'll get a fairly decent view from the room. But you are in Indiana so it will definitely not be a Chicago or NYC view. If you're in the area and need a great place to stay, look no further. Price point may be steep for some, but you'll definitely get your moneys worth. They do have a bar located within that deserves its own review!

Easy process checking in. Helpful staff when you walk in. The hotel is spacious and clean, although the elevator in certain areas is a bit outdated. Overall, it is clean. The rooms could use some updating. The bed was challenging and uncomfortable, including the pillows, which were so flat. However, the bathroom essentials were superb because they offered the complete line of Byredo body wash, lotion, and hand soap, and they smelled amazing. The plug by the bed, however, needed to be updated, as the plug wouldn't hold and kept falling out. And the AC wasn't cooling in the room at all. And it got much warmer at night in the room. There was a nice-sized refrigerator in the room, so you can buy stuff to keep cool. It's conveniently located within walking distance of various places to get food.

The Conrad has sent a standard that I will be using to help book stays going forward. EXEMPLARY is the best way to describe our experience staying here. First thing.. arriving was a mess due to the Pacers winning and the celebration hit the streets causing traffic jams and delayed our arrival. The staff were very polite & said our reservation will still be standing when I called to inform our late arrival. Secondly check was so relaxed & a breeze, we went ahead & did valet parking due to our late arrival & drive we didn't want to hassle with finding parking. But the reception was great everyone was friendly & so helpful, just made my evening a bit better. The concierge who checked me was so patient with me, I was in the middle stages of hangry weariness that my brain was shutting down and I was so glad that she should me some grace. The room was so beautiful and quiet. I immediately felt relaxed there was a robe & slippers, the decor was calming & comforting. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable & inviting it was hard to leave in the morning. Check out was even more amazing, they had a coffee station, and concierge was so professional & helped with the valet service offered a water we waited for our vehicle. The valets were very helpful in getting us loaded up and directly us out due to the traffic. We were both blown away by our overall experience during our stay that we may only book our stays within the Hilton chains.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 1-year anniversary and decided to book a room downtown at the Conrad. We'd stayed here overnight during the Summer and had an absolute ball. The level of customer service here is a cut above the rest. I am a proud Hilton Honors member and enjoy staying at many of their different properties, but the Conrad definitely aims to please. I had a hiccup during booking and phoned customer service. Together, along with the front desk at the hotel, they were able to quickly and seamlessly remedy my issue. From valet, to the bellman, the front desk and room service, everyone made a positive impression and made sure that we were well taken care of. During this visit, we were on the 6th floor, which is also where the spa, pool, fitness center and jacuzzi are. Normally, I would've preferred a higher floor, but this worked out for us perfectly. During the night of our stay, we were able to quickly pop over to the jacuzzi for a quick soak before bed (and before it closed for the night) and the next morning, we were able to do the same just before preparing to check-out. I'd like to give an extra special shout out to Jacob in dining services. My husband and I try to be unproblematic guests wherever we venture, but we do like our food a certain way. My husband only uses Splenda with his coffee and adds an obscene amount of creamer to it and I like to add sugar to my already frosted flakes! Hubby likes jelly with his eggs (don't ask) and I like to dip my sausage in syrup. It was a tall order and when it arrived we were missing an item or two. I think I called down to Dining Services 4 times and Jacob was more than accommodating. He didn't get cross with me and sent someone right up with everything we needed. He is the real MVP!

I booked an overnight stay to celebrate my partner's birthday and the Conrad did a fantastic job helping to make it special. I received an email from the concierge a few days prior to arrival and replied to let the concierge know that I was a diamond member looking forward to our stay. I inquired about some restaurant recommendations and asked if possible to include a small treat to acknowledge the birthday. They did even better. I received a complimentary room upgrade, chocolate covered strawberries, snack basket, and a bottle of champagne. He was so very happy and appreciative for the extras, I looked like a rockstar. We arrived early that day and for a small fee of $60, we have access to a room. Definitely worth it. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It has a wine tasting room and Capital Grille Restaurant connected to it. The room was spacious and clean. Outside within minutes of the property are other restaurants and shopping as well as a cigar lounge. Approximately 15-minutes walk away is Mass Ave that has lots of restaurants, shops, and an ice cream shop. Lastly, the Lucas Oil Stadium is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has amenities that we did not get an opportunity to experience but I would definitely stay here again.

Live in Indy, but got to stay a few nights due to a work conference. (Honestly, something that would normally be out of my budget.) But all the staff, room quality, service, valets, everything was great. Just what I would expect. Convenient location and very walkable to other downtown amenities. I stayed on the "long end" of the building while a friend was on the "short end," and I liked the layout of my room a lot more than hers -- if just made it feel much larger even thought we techinically had the same type of room. The bathroom was great - super large tub and an adjoining doubble-head rian shower. (I didn't get pics of that, though.) Also, I learned that every room in the hotel is dog friendly. I didn't use this, but I like that concept a lot! They have a gorgeous wellness center and spa. My friend did get a massage and said it was heaven, too. #ReviewsByRL

Nice, safe, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff here is great. They make you feel right at home. Recognized me as a returning guests. The rooms are very clean and the beds are great. They seems a little outdated, as they haven't changed much since they've opened. The showers are great! I opted to park a block away for roughly $12 overnight as they offered charging for EV's. The hotel doesn't, as far as I know I didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. However, been to Capital Grill and the wine bar that are both very close, and they are great options.

We had a splendid visit . The Conrad has really come into its own in the last decade . I stayed there when it first opened , and it was not ready for prime time . It most certainly is now! Wow! I felt like I was in Beverly Hills . Service . Valets . Concierge . Maid service all exquisitely executed in Thor duties and the spa was a model of what a luxury's hotel spa should be. The pool was as clean as can be, as was the hot spa . Our room had a fascinating view of new construction on downtown buildings and we could see a few miles . It was really great

The hotel is attached to Capital Grille and Tasting Room but the ownership group does not allow resort credit to be used there despite allowing room charges. Some will tell you if you ask enough the credit is actually valid there but they want to force you to use the overpriced room service with fees . The room service was hard to even order - you have to call "0" and then try to be transferred which can take over 10 minutes. 2 Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and a small glass of milk is about $15 no wonder they want you to be forced to use room service verses the restaurant. The spa service was outstanding, room was comfortable and location great but this is not a luxury hotel. All in all I a happy but this hotel is not a luxury place to stay and should never have the Conrad name attached- it is a Curio or Hilton property at best. I do not want any thing from this review but just want other potential guests to know skip this place and stay elsewhere (Marriott or the normal Hilton ) The valet team including Jon is fantastic though- they are the face of the hotel and rock. Would be awesome if they took over the entire hotel ;)

The construction zone right beside our room that we paid 400$ to stay in

Check-in was a breeze, although a little delayed. We used our voucher to sit in the bar and have an amazing cocktail. The wait wasn't very long before the front desk came to find us and give us our room keys. We had an upper-level room with big windows that overlooked downtown. The room had high ceilings, a walk-in shower, beautiful amenities, and was very clean and very comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but there was nothing in our visit that stood out as something we were missing or that would have made us more comfortable. The bedding, the pillows, everything was great. Easy walk to the Gainbridge Field House. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Excellent place to stay. Check out was super easy. Just walk out and drop your cards in the box off elevators. We walked out to our car and drove away. My only concern is that the emailed folio with the total for the weekend was about $40 less than what was actually charged to my card. The charge to my card is only a hold, so when that payment settles, it should be the stated amount in the confirmation email.

Entry required being buzzed through locked double doors on both sides of the vestibule, which, rather than reassuring, reinforced the impression of a space struggling with control and upkeep. The parking situation immediately added confusion and frustration. We were first required to pay for parking associated with the Hilton property, and then instructed to move the car into a separate paid parking structure at an adjacent office building across the alley. What had been advertised as a straightforward $20 fee ultimately became nearly $100 in combined charges, with no clear guidance upfront. Inside, the details continued to accumulate. Hard and soft surfaces alike appeared dirty or worn. Linens were incomplete. Toiletry dispensers were broken, with no body wash or shampoo available. The air itself carried a stale, unsettled smell, as though prior occupancy issues had not been properly resolved. Individually these might be minor inconveniences; together they pointed to a pattern of ongoing neglect. Beyond the building, the surrounding area introduced additional concerns. Despite being advertised as airport-adjacent, the property is a considerable drive from the airport. The immediate vicinity included frequent loitering and panhandling, which may be uncomfortable or concerning for many travelers. Even basic amenities began to feel questionable in this context. Given the visible lack of maintenance throughout the property, we found ourselves uneasy about the cleanliness and safety of the breakfast offerings--especially frustrating given that our stay was prepaid and non-refundable. Only after experiencing all of this does it become clear that the issue is not a single oversight but a systemic failure in maintenance, transparency, and management oversight. Between the unexpected parking costs, the unsanitary conditions, and the misleading location description, the overall experience felt deeply misrepresented. It is worth emphasizing that the employees themselves were consistently professional and hardworking--some appeared to be carrying more than one role at a time. Their effort was evident and appreciated. Unfortunately, their diligence could not overcome the broader deficiencies of the facility.

When we got into the room. The staff was super accommodating and made sure that we removed a few doors down to a room that was smoke-free. Room was a good quality. Double beds. Shower okay, no bathtub. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The only downside about the coffee maker was that the universal coffee and plastic attachments did not go with the machine. It should have been a closed environment, but it was not. Once you inserted the plastic coffee filter and place the coffee filter pod into the maker, there was a gap, which led to splashing of the hot water onto the coffee filter pod that led to coffee Bean all over the desk. Second floor was also where the fitness center was. The floors were labeled with having vending machines on floors 4 and 7:00, but I could not find any. There was a snack area on the first floor where you could purchase snacks by scanning with self-checkout. Refrigerated items, frozen items, candy, chips, etc. The only thing the room really needed was a deep clean. Crevices and corners could have used some extra care and love. Outside of that, no complaints. Security key required to get into the hotel, as well as up the elevator.
