My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle after a devastating hail storm took out our Chevy Cavalier. We did our research and decided on the 2016 Kia Soul. We actually live in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, but after doing some internet pricing, we discovered that no Kia Dealership in our area could compete with Cowboy Kia's prices! As a result, we made the 2 1/2 hour drive down to Conroe, and are so happy that we did! Our salesperson was Joe Holeman, and his sales manager was Joel. From the minute we walked in the door on a rainy Saturday night, these guys made us feel right at home. We were immediately able to test drive the beautiful silver Kia Soul that we now call our own. Joe and Joel were fantastic to work with because they listened to exactly what we told them we could afford, and did everything they could to find us an amazing interest rate, without any high pressure sales at all. My husband and I were able to talk everything out, and within 3 hours of walking in the door, we were walking out as new Kia Soul owners. The finance team was also the best we have ever worked with. The finance director explained everything in clear detail and made sure we got the loan we needed to fit our budget. I think the best thing about this dealership is the way that they treat their customers. They were genuinely friendly, caring, and helpful. Easiest car buy experience we have ever had. We plan on purchasing our future vehicles from Cowboy Kia, and would recommend them to all of our friends and family! Everytime i visited this week (3 different times) we were offered water by evert service member, and seated almost immediately. Aaron was our first salesman, he was extremely polite and was a great conversationalist. Hes very persistent, but has your best interest in mind. Cant forget Juan! I was his first sale, and i didnt even realize until after the purchase! He was extremely engaged with what we were looking for, attentive to answering every question he could,and he made it a point to listen intently to our needs. Not only did he bring us water immediately, but he eventually directed us to, and showed us how to use their really nice coffee maker in their lobby while they ran my credit. Lastly, our financial half was handled very smoothly. Ty did amazingly by explaining everything extremely well. He was patient when we asked questions, and was very keen on making sure we understood everything. Very through and through with his process. All in all, our experience at this dealership was extremely amazing and i would 10/10 recommend going here. AND ASK FOR JUAN! Hes a great representation for this fine establishment. When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.

There was an issue with the car, the very next day, and they stepped up and helped to take care of it. I really appreciated that. In all fairness, the catalytic converter just happened to show a check engine light the day after the sale. It was not their fault but they helped cover it and I will be a repeat customer because they are honest and reasonable.

The only other thing she said to me was "Cash or card." Again, not a question. After I paid it was "sign here and here" while avoiding eye contact. She then handed me the necessary paperwork, and mumbled "have a good day" still avoiding eye contact. It was weird. I would have given them one star, but the guy in the orange shirt outside was helpful, friendly and smiling. I know everybody has a bad day, but if you're having one, you shouldn't be working in customer service.

Do NOT Trust Wiesner Buick or Their Warranties…read more I bought a brand-new 2024 Buick Envista from Wiesner Buick in Conroe, TX and paid extra for a windshield warranty. While they are extremely nice and attentive when you're buying the car, everything changes once the sale is done. When my windshield was damaged, Wiesner outsourced the replacement to a third party, and the work was done incorrectly. The windshield seal was poorly installed. When I contacted Ariel at Wiesner, I was told it was not their problem and that I needed to deal with the installer, even though I paid Wiesner for the warranty. Just like a car loses value the moment you drive it off the lot, customers seem to lose their value the moment the purchase is complete. I lost time, money, and had to take time off work to correct their mistake. I do not trust Wiesner Buick and will never do business with them again. I strongly warn others before buying a vehicle or any warranty from this dealership.

Per the pre-owned sales staff, the car had been mechanically vetted and had regular service records. One week later, I had a mechanical breakdown on the highway. I was upset, pulled over and called the dealership. I thought no company is going to be ok with something they sold breaking down within the week it was purchased. The sales rep told me in so many words "call your insurance" "You bought it as is" "Its not our problem." I towed it to Hyundai in Conroe because Hyundai in Humble didn't take my extended warranty. They have been so kind. The verdict, the oil had not been changed as told by Demontrond. The car needed a missing skid plate as well a knock sensor which was causing the initial fault code. The knock sensor had to be replaced twice because something was causing it to constantly fail. Since the car has been in and out of the shop for various issues such as EGR Valve, gasket, wheel speed sensors etc. Now it is sending a code for "total engine failure." ALL less than a year after buying the car. I've driven Hyundai of Conroe rental cars more than I've driven the car I'm paying for, as they have been so kind to let me do. Demontrond of Conroe is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It was the newest car I've ever been financially able to buy and yet the worst car. Right now Hyundai is checking to see what can be done. My loans Gap and my extended warranty, I was responsible enough to purchase, only covers collision and acts of God. It will not cover mechanical failure, due to the dealer selling me a lemon.

Stephanie, replied "ok we will see you then" I get two minutes from there and call to tell her and she gets an attitude and wants to know where I am at bc the process can take a while and once again she isn't staying past closing time at 6. Then she tells me that I can not do the paper work my husband will have to be there. Keep in mind I have already paid someone to bring me and I ask what happened bc she literally said it was ok an hour before. She really gets attitude then saying no she didn't say this. I said yes you did and she tells Me That the last she said to me was that she wasn't staying late. So I say no I have it right here and read it to her. Her response was that if I were gonna argue with her that she would just change the application to denied right then. I explained I wasn't arguing but letting her know what my reasoning was. She met that with saying it was her A.I. who replied telling me it was ok to come on. Then she said her AI was actually a human in FL dealing with a hurricane so that's what happened. Like what? Ok. She said she would be there on Thursday and Friday. So my husband takes off work early on Friday to get there in enough time to do paperwork before closing at 6 and she wasn't there and no one in the office would do the paperwork. Needless to say they had wasted enough of our time and we went else where.
