When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.

I said yes you did and she tells Me That the last she said to me was that she wasn't staying late. So I say no I have it right here and read it to her. Her response was that if I were gonna argue with her that she would just change the application to denied right then. I explained I wasn't arguing but letting her know what my reasoning was. She met that with saying it was her A.I. who replied telling me it was ok to come on. Then she said her AI was actually a human in FL dealing with a hurricane so that's what happened. Like what? Ok. She said she would be there on Thursday and Friday. So my husband takes off work early on Friday to get there in enough time to do paperwork before closing at 6 and she wasn't there and no one in the office would do the paperwork.
