Best stuff crust in town and the staff here is awesome always go out of their way to help out

so first off I called the restaurant and I was on hold for 10 minutes which I understand it could be busy so that wasn't the problem. The problem started whenever it took her 10 minutes to say each sentence and I repeated my information about seven times and she still got it wrong and then because I was laughing, she hung up on me and said I am done with this Prank. Ordered a pizza last night using their website. Should have been about 35 minutes for delivery. I waited about an hour, and called to inquire about my pizza. The first time, they never picked up the phone. When they finally answered, the said the driver couldn't find my house on Google Maps. (it's been on the map for a few weeks now). They then said they called my phone, but the number was disconnected. That's either BS, or incompetence. My phone is in my profile. How do I know that the had it? The TEXTED ME to let me track my order. The final straw? "We canceled you order!" No offer of any option or accommodation. Extremely poor customer service. read more

My pizzas were left at my doorstep without any indication they had been delivered (no knock, no doorbell ring or call). They forgot my 2 L of Pepsi and when I opened the front door I saw them left there with ants on the box and cold. They had to be sitting there 30 min and were delivered much earlier than the time estimated online. I even tipped the driver for this type of treatment. I will not ever order from this store again and I highly recommend you not to even tip your driver online. When I called the store, they'd answer then hang up on me. I called them at least 8 times and they didn't even have the decency to answer the phone. Horrible service. read more

We order through the app a lot and the pizza order is always correct. My biggest complaint is the pizza is almost under cooked. The delivery drivers are always super nice though. Overall a pretty good location. read more

I haven't had Pizza Hut in over a decade, so I ordered a medium veggie pizza and cheese sticks for my son and I since everyone else in our household had other plans. In town visiting and this location is great! Ordered online, food got here fast and hot and the delivery driver was nice and prompt. Order was correct, toppings on pizza and sauce on wings were evenly distributed. Pizza sauce was a little light but overall food looked and tasted great! read more

I was making an order via phone and the guy who took my order then all of a sudden he transferred my call to a different location and this lady who was on the phone took asked me the same questions again and i asked her what happened to the order i made awhile ago and she was rude to me she simply asked me are u gonna order or not?!!! What the hell was that? No customers service at all!!! I was asking her a questions and her reply was different then she said it was a different store location!!! Pizza hut !! Delivery driver says they knocked on our door and nobody answered. We were here waiting for our pizza the whole time! Delivery driver said that she called our phone; never received a call! Pizza Hut canceled our order!! When I finally called to see why our pizza was late and told them that we've been here the whole time waiting, they offered to make us another one and send it but its already 9:30 on a weeknight and the pizza probably wouldn't be here for almost an hour! I will not be using this particular location again!! We were frequent customers and should have been treated better! read more

We ordered our food at 7:24pm on the app and was supposed to be done in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passed, the app tracker mentioned the pizza was done. We arrived just in time, however pizza WAS NOT done yet. We waited another 20 minutes for the pizza to be done. The app tracker isn't accurate! read more

If you plan on ordering via phone and speaking with someone, make sure the person actually works there. This is the first time I was trying to order pizza and a lady picked up and all she kept repeating was their store location. As if she didn't work at that store location herself. I have never had any issues with ordering over the phone but this lady said they couldn't honor any deals they were promoting via internet and that she could not be of any assistance and hung up!! read more

The Pizza Hut located at 206C S Loop 336 W Conroe, TX 77304 (936) 539-4040 This is the worst ever... Ordered a large supreme @ 2:49.. expected delivery time 4:44.  Showed up at 4:35... wrong pizza... went back to his vehicle to get the other pizza... wrong pizza again.  Said he would check on it..  called from the store at 4:46 and told me they are remaking it and will be there within 15-30 min.   Pizza arrived wrong again @ 5:03....  Called the store got hung up on twice... This pizza hit branch always gets my order correct! I've never had any problems and the staff is friendly when answering the phone as well.

I visited Pizza Hut back in the beginning of June 2019 for lunch before an important meeting at my work. It was a Pizza Hut that was on the North side of Loop 336 in Conroe, Texas. The food is awesome, but the manager is an insufferable woman. She [the manager] often goes out for smoke breaks while her employees work their butts off in their bustling and sweltering kitchen. It is an educational guess, being as the manager would often smell like cigarettes when she finished her smoke break. One girl that was working there was especially afraid of the manager, and for good reason too. The manager screamed at the poor girl for taking too long with an order from another customer; the girl was really sweet, and surprisingly knowledgeable when I spoke with her. Hell, might I add that the people that work there don't receive a single break during their strenuous shifts? That is illegal where I'm from. If I could give this place 0 stars for the manager's piss-poor attitude towards her employees, I would do so in a heartbeat. read more

OMG. Service is terrible. Pizza gets cold while waiting 20 minutes for someone to hand me the pizza and take the money

We have had terrible experiences with this Pizza Hut since moving to Conroe in June of this year. If your pizza order isn't in by 9:59 PM, they call you and tell you that they're not delivering anymore and cancel your order. We've had that happen four times and just gone to their competitor, since they obviously don't want our money. Even though they're supposed to deliver until 11 PM, and their website takes our money and allows us to place the order. We've alternately received raw pizza and pizza that was literally so burned that we had to pry the pieces apart to eat them. The employees at the store don't ever seem very apologetic about issues, so it doesn't do much good to complain. If I were you, I would order anywhere else other than this particular store. It's worth the gas to drive to a better Pizza Hut than this one. read more

My family and I love this Pizza Hut! The pizza is always fresh and ready to be picked up when I get there (it is pick up or delivery only.) The new pizza crust recipe is the BEST! The stuffed crust is an extra treat on an already delicious pizza! We have been ordering from this location for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed. read more
